Caro y alejado del centro

Contratamos una habitación para 4 personas e incluyeron solo 1 cama. Tuvimos que pagar una extra. Está situado en una zona residencial, a 15 minutos del centro. Hay que coger grab para todo. La cita del gimnasio no funcionaba. No había gimnasio sino algunos aparatos en el porche.

Hele mooie bungalow. Fijn zwembad met ligbedden. Goed restaurant. Mooi resort met super relaxte sfeer

Resort ligt wat afgelegen waardoor je alles met taxi moet doen. In de nacht werd er 1 keer veel herrie gemaakt door tuinman die onkruidspray ging spuiten.

Inattendu et surprenant

Établissement tranquille à la décoration “kitch” mais agréable . Très bien entretenu. Accueil et service au top. Excellent rapport qualité prix. C’est à faire cependant .

La cuisine par trop vietnamienne ne peut ne pas plaire à tout le monde. La cuisine manque de finesse pour des européens. Il faut commander un Grab pour aller en centre ville (15 mn)

Beautiful and friendly

Chose to spend the last part of long holiday here to relax. It is beautiful. The attention to detail is amazing. The pool is lovely and I like the kohi pond next to it. Huyen organized transport for me to HCMC. The staff are friendly and smartly presented. This could be a place that is both good fire families, relax time or romantic get away. Unfortunately on the second night I got gastro sick. As I had not turned to breakfast I was rung by reception. Upon hearing I was sick Huyen bought me ginger and lemongrass tea, rice soup and bananas to my room. They remade my bed so it felt fresh. Later in the day I was checked upon. Given more water, tea and bananas. As I was on my own knowing I was being looked out for was very nice. Overall, good venue. Clean, comfortable, nice staff, lovely environment and pool.

This would only be a rare occasion however, the only negative is that there was a big business celebration there. I was told when I arrived and that I could cancel for free but seeing as I'm in a city I don't know this was hard to do. I was compensated with a couple of drinks. My suggestion is to let people know before arriving.

Gros complexe qui ne correspond pas aux photos

L’hôtel est confortable, belle piscine, belle vue de la chambre sur le Mékong

Nous avons été tres surpris en arrivant car nous pensions voir un hôtel un peu lounge avec des bungalow de type Mango a be tree hors c’est un grand hôtel en dur qui a ajouté des bungalow sur le bord de la rivière. Les photos sont trompeuses car on ne voit que les bungalow ça donne une impression d’hôtel un peu sauvage en bord de rivière ! En fait c’est un gros complexe en dur dans lequel on a vu débarqué des cars entiers qui viennent prendre le petit dej la matin. Le resto n’est pas ouf non plus

The staff were friendly and accommodating and the room and grounds were lovely.

The bungalow was such a fun place to stay in. Spacious and the jungle themed shower was amazing.

Location was superb. Very quiet neighborhood.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. A lot of kids running on the corridor. Rooms sound proofness is quite questionable.

This hotel probably caters better for Vietnamese families than international travellers.

The bungalow was spacious and the bed very large. The pool was a good size. It was easy to arrange a taxi pick-up.

The plastic animal figures and ornaments, in what was otherwise a pleasant garden environment, looked cheap and tacky. The breakfast did not have a wide selection of pastries/fruit/yoghurt options; these were very limited. Our packed breakfast for an early start trip was very poor. The hotel is quite a way from the tourist area in the evening and there was no shuttle service.

Great family friendly hotel away from the noisy touristy centre.

The property is far from the city, but that why I chosen it, very quiet. Ammenities were really good, pool and kids stuff was great.

I found not all staff speak English, or at least the minimum to understand basic conversation, mainly restaurant staff. We found our selves having to use the google translate when trying to get something.

Very nice resort to rest in Can Tho

We had a wonderful stay at Con Khuong Resort. The staff was very helpful and helped us organise a scooter as well as transfers to HCMC. The Resort is perfect to rest, with a big swimming pool and bar. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Not the stay I thought I would have, the staff were superb.

Upon my arrival i was greeted with smiling staff and a much needed cold drink. Check in was easy and my room on the second flor overlooked the pool area with river glimpses. During my stay my injured knee flared up and I ended up incapacitated. The hotel staff were most concerned about my health and well being as I seemed trapped in my room. To my surprise I was provided with a mobility device which allowed me some freedom. Nothing was too great for the staff in assisting me in my stay. Kindness was overflowing from everyone that I came into contact with. The hotel staff rearranged my method of return to HCMCity via taxi rather than the prebooked bus due to my incapacity. Fantastic team work. Many thanks.

Beautiful resort

We loved everything about this resort. The room was amazing, one of the best we have ever stayed in around the world. The staff were lovely, helpful and caring. Great choice of food at breakfast and we had dinner a couple of times outside around the pool which was nice. Finally the grounds were exceptionally pretty, flowers and twinkly lights at night and a large swimming pool. A good place to chill out after sightseeing trips out.

There was nothing that we disliked although the resort was further away from the town and restaurants than we thought.

GORGEOUS RESORT.

EVERYTHING!! Gorgeous resort, I don't have words to describe it and I can just share 4 pictures whit you. Super clean and quiet. The room huge and with a beautiful balcony facing the river... every morning I went out there to enjoy the birds flying around. The pool beautiful, the decoration great like a fairy tale. The bathroom amazing with cascade bathtub and separate great shower. Good wifi. The customer service OUTSTANDING!! The people at the front desk very polite and helpful, they helped us calling the cabs and booking a very good priced and comfortable limo van for our return to HCMC. The food good too. Located on an exclusive area out of town but the taxi ride to the center is just 85k dong and you don't have to deal with the noise and contamination of the city. Yes I would go back without hesitation to this gorgeous resort.

Nothing. At the beginning when we just arrived we thought it was too far from the town but after our first visit to the town my husband told me "I'm glad is far from the town so we can breathe!!" too much traffic and smog in the center. And at the end... It wasn't that far. Taxis arrived fast and they were cheap. The people from the hotel called them and told them were we where going. I always carry the address of the hotels in local language in a paper in my purse so in our way back I showed to the cab driver and they knew exactly where it was and the same 85k or less.

I really liked the access of the pool and free breakfast with tons of different food for breakfast. The best hotel so far of every hotel I’ve been through

Unable to get to leave our bags and use our room until 12.30. Check out is 12 I know but we were booked on a tour at 5am returning at 12 noon. We had no breakfast and yet they wanted to charge 33% extra. This in a huge hotel that was practically empty.

A lovely stay

Beautiful large modern clean room. Lovely views to the river from my balcony. The pool was beautiful. There was a large and varied selection of items at breakfast. I would stay here again

The terrible music. 3 days and nights of listening to the same 4 elevator music songs played over and over and over and over again at breakfast, by the pool and at dinner.

Bad location, you need taxi to anywhere. 5 min taxi to city. Western breakfast was quite bad.

The environment and the foods and drinks..

We have some problem with the staff. Early morning nobody at the reception, we ask for help with the tv remote controll, they can not help us (I fix d it with telephone remote control...). First time, we have 5-6 waiters on the restaurant, but nobody cares with us. The second they was better fortunately. The staff was really loud in the corridor. We can not switch off the the balcony's lamp, because of it everything was full with geckos and mosquitos. I am disappointed because of it, it was the first negative experience in Vietnam.

Nice hotel to rest after early visit of Mekong delta. Great swimming pool and place to play for the kids.

Lack of support for excursion in the region around. Agency contact given is very expensive and not competitive compared to others.
