Pokój śmierdzieluszek

Lobby było przyzwoite i miły personel.

Dostaliśmy pokój, w którym śmierdziało. Po zgłoszeniu personelowi tego faktu zmieniono nam pokój, w którym też śmierdziało, ale mniej. Obsługa rozpyliła odświeżacz powietrza. Zatrzymaliśmy się tam na jedną noc, więc odpuściliśmy. Hotel nie sprawia dobrego wrażenia. Z sufitu zwisają kable, tapicerowane meble w pokojach nie grzeszą czystością. Generalnie najgorszy nocleg, jaki mieliśmy w czasie dwutygodniowej podróży po Wietnamie,

Alojamiento ideal para visitar Can Tho

Fuimos a echar una noche para visitar el delta del Mekong, y tuvimos la suerte de encontrar un alojamiento ideal debido a su limpieza, ubicacion (a 200 metros de donde se cogen las barcas de la visita) y un personal super servicial y acogedor.

Problème d'humidité et petit déjeuner mauvais

Bien localisé. Hall d'entrée joli et petit jardin au milieu des chambres d'hôtel du cinquième étage. Grand balcon et chambre spacieuse.

Grand balcon totalement vide avec quelques plantes en pot desséchées. Pas de table ni de chaises. Chambre très humide avec problème d'infiltration, mauvaise odeur et douche bouchée (comme il n'y a pas de bac de douche, l'eau s'écoule dans toute la salle de bain). Chambre pas très propre. Nous avions payé pour le petit déjeuner mais faute de clients, le petit déjeuner a été annulé (pas de remboursement). Nous avons eu le droit seulement à une soupe vide et un jus de fruit. Mauvaise surprise, le jus de fruit a dû être payé en supplément! Pourtant nous avions payé notre forfait petit déjeuner... La chambre ressemble un peu à un pré-fabriqué.

Dissatisfied

Nice design and comfy beds.

I booked the family room and it didn’t say no window on booking.com I had to pay extra fee for a smaller room For 3 people when we were 4. They said the hotel was booked but I saw on booking other rooms were available. The breakfast is until 9:30 am but at 8:30 it was empty and they didn’t stock up. We flew into Can tho especially to see the floating market . We took the tour for the floating market with the hotel. We wanted the busy market where all the tourists go but the hotel tour brought us to the sad local one with not a lot of boats. Very disappointed. I spent a lot of money and didn’t see what I wanted to see. The guide was kind and sweet.

Интересный отель. Чисто. Прекрасное расположение и хороший завтрак.

В нашем номере не было горячей воды. Сил разбираться не было - мы ночевали всего одну ночь. При выселении предупредили персонал, но все равно неприятно. Очень скользкий пол в душевой, особенно если на полу есть вода. Номера технологичные, но какие-то непродуманные - например, номер - две комнаты, а регулировка кондиционера только в гостиной или закрытие/открытие штор в спальне возможно только из гостиной (они с моторчиками).

L'excellence d'un sejour de 4 nuits dans une chambre spacieuse , très confortable et silencieuse

TOUT le personnel est exceptionnel, très au dessus de ce que l'on attend en général , sourire , disponibilité et efficacité . Un grand MERCI à eux. Chambre spacieuse , très confortable et silencieuse, Grande salle de bains désign. Petits déjeuners copieux et diversifiés.

Un changement de la moquette du couloir menant aux chambres du second étage rendrait cet hotel encore plus plaisant.

Das eigentliche Zimmer war schön und komfortabel

Der Flur war extrem unsauber und der Teppichboden war unfassbar dreckig. Das Bad müsste mehr gepflegt werden. Frühstück war Ei (lecker) oder Asiatisch vom Vortag. Das Zimmer wurde einmal nicht gemacht

Trong chuyến đi này chúng tôi bị mất ngủ 2 ngày vì bị đưa phòng giường quá nhỏ. Phòng Deluxe .

Khách sạn nằm ở địa điểm trung tâm quận Ninh Kiều, tiện cho du Khách tham quan và khám phá chợ đêm. Nhân viên nhiệt tình và lễ phép.

Tôi đặt phòng có giường lớn và ban công, nhưng khi nhận phòng thì giường chỉ có 160 cm. Phòng Deluxe. Chúng tôi mong rằng khách sạn nên đưa đúng phòng với đúng giá khách đã trả.

Les filles de l’accueil sont en compétition pour savoir laquelle serait la plus désagréable et la moins souriante On nous a accueilli en édictant le règlement intérieur : ne pas ramener de nourriture qui pue. Je ne sais pas si c’est parce que je suis asiatique… et après seulement on nous donne un verre de bienvenu. On nous a aussi demandé de payer immédiatement Très surprenant pour un hôtel qui se veut haut de gamme. Aucun savoir vivre et aucune élégance pour moi qui voyage bcp dans les grands hôtels Mais passé l’épreuve de l’accueil, la chambre est bien et bien placé

Clean hotel in ideal location.

Nice hotel in Can Tho near market, many restaurants and the river. Room was clean with good AC, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and blackout curtains. Staff was friendly. Breakfast downstairs was ok for a couple of days. Good deal for the price.

Bien pour un court séjour à Can Tho

L’emplacement, puisque le Mékong n’est qu’à 5 minutes à pied ; le personnel qui est très accueillant et aidant (super organisation de notre transfert en bus jusqu’à Rach Gia, et réservation de nos billets de ferry jusqu’à Phu Quoc). L’hôtel comme la chambre sont décorés avec recherche et goût.

La chambre sans fenêtre qui sent un peu l’humidité, le rideau électrique de la salle de bain qui patine un peu, et surtout la moquette du couloir qui était sale et tachée.

Small hotel with low-end management. Well known how the level of the owner is.

Nice Décor in family room, others are normal

Very strong bad smell in the room though one staff tried to work on. We had to sit outside at hallway till 9pm but the very young staff at reception didn’t know how to solve the problem. Finally we paid more to change the room, only around 300,000vnd but the one called manager didn’t date to face out. The hallway were very dirty, not comfortable bed, very hard mattress and pillows, cause of the cheap ones

Es war richtig schmutzig, so dass wir trotz bezahlter Rechnung vorzeitig abgereist sind, da man aufgrund des Schimmels, Staub und Dreck bestimmt 1 Tag hätte reinigen lassen müssen , uns sollte sogar 1 Handtuch noch in Rechnung gestellt werden welches aus Versehen auf den Boden gefallen ist und schwarz war, meine Socken von einmal durchgehen waren ebenso schwarz, Personal ab abends spricht gar kein Englisch, statt Teebeutel gab es Toilettenpapier, ich mag eigentlich meinen Urlaub nicht mit Meckern verbringen, aber das Hotel geht gar nicht und ist im Vergleich zur Leistung zu teuer Wouldn’t recommend to stay there, totally dirty and nobody is interested to improve the cleaning service at all, they even try to charge this on the back of their customers

Nice, modern hotel with friendly, helpful staff

It’s a modern hotel in a good location, opposite one of the only cocktail bars in Can Tho. The reception team were really helpful and organised the bus to pick us up when we left.

We did have some little ants in our room, which got into our bed, and the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. But we didn’t report either matter to the staff - I’m sure they would have tried to resolve them if we had.

Superb

Superb and stylish hotel in the centre of can tho very close to all amenities and eateries. Staff all speak English and are all very helpful. A good breakfast is included as well. Highly recommended

The hotel is surprisingly modern and well-equipped for the lesser-known city. Super comfy bed and well-designed room. Didn't have breakfast as the location was in the middle of a food heaven. There's also a smart TV in the room and lots of universal power socket.

The air conditioner is controlled using a central panel at the door, which is not convenience, and also didn't seem to respond to it, so the room was too cold. Curtain is also controlled electronically which is a bit awkward as I couldn't close one side. Shower rack was a bit weak.
