Small place

It was clean. Close to places to eat. Walking distance to something.

How small the living room was and dining room table was to close to door. Didn't have room to pull couch out. Battery's were dead in remote. I had some i brought so used mine. Kitchen was small know where to put your stuff. I would not have more then 3 people at a time. Very dated needs updated. People were very loud around us and kids running above us at all hours.

Very good

Very comfortable king size bed. Nicrly updated bathroom. Indoor pool heated to a comfortable temperature. Ample parking. Actual working fireplace! Location is perfect for walking to everything especially during the weekend traffic congestion.

Not real roomy but knew that ahead of time. Hot tub no longer operational. TV's were small by todays standard and poor resolution but we weren't there to watch TV. Non working sweeper.

i have been staying at this location for the past ten years and this was the first bad experience.

location

when arrived the property had not been cleaned. There was no towels, sheets, or toilet paper! There was a bag of the previous renter’s dirty linens on the couch!

Door code very simple plus no hassle. Plus location we were so close to everything. You could walk everywhere. It was that close to everything.

Satisfied

Very cozy, comfy room and bed. Kitchen had everything you could need. Shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Would definitely recommend for couples and would book again.

Elevator was inconvenient for us, seen a couple baby roaches, could do without the extra chair

Otherwise the bathroom was clean and neat with a comfortable mattress on bed and convenient parking

apartment was convenient to downtown convention area with good access to surrounding venues. It was a comfortable location

but some priority to housekeeping needs achieved. The entry door was filthy and stained being in need of heavy cleaning and fresh paint. the front window was found unlatched allowing full access throughout. The sliding door to the balcony would not latch due to not providing an adjustment to the locking mechanism. The kitchen pans and utensils were greasy and the coffee pot was dirty due to the correct cleaning agent not being available. The carpet was also in need of a thorough cleaning.

The location was excellent and I would stay here again if a different unit.

Small but worth it.

The bedding was clean, bathroom was clean, kitchen was clean. Floor was clean too. The guy was super nice to us.

The apartment was small and that extra single chair in the living room made it even smaller i suggest that it gets removed. The place wasn't 100% clean there was dirty paper wraps behind the bedside table. There is alot of unnecessary furniture if removed the place will be spacious. Also the balcony was dirty.

Love Gatlinburg, and this apartment is in a perfect spot, but we will not use this apartment again.

The breakfast was only cold cereal. Not very impressive.

The owner did not leave a parking pass. I called the front desk twice, and was told each time, I would get a pass. It never happened. The heater did not work very good. The apartment was very cold and the heater could not get the temperature to a comfortable spot. The heater ran constantly for several days because it could not get to the desired temperature (78).
