Beautiful BEACHFRONT Custom built 5 bedroom 5.5 bath vacation home owned and built by a professional designer! Luxury interiors and furnishings will not disappoint!! A full size elevator makes maneuvering its three stories a breeze!!
First floor has large oversized living /dining/kitchen/ wetbar open concept space with high end furnishings , a fireplace to add warmth on cool evenings and the kitchen is equipped with top grade appliances including two icemakers built in, one with nugget (sonic!) ice in kitchen and the other in wetbar with cubed ice for great mixed drinks!! The home is stocked with all the kitchen amenities you might need to cook a gourmet meal as well as the beautiful dishes to serve it on. Dining seating at large table and at islands to accommodate 20.
30 feet of glass windows and doors on back side of this space to enjoy ocean views! Large covered balcony across back with large sliding glass doors open from kitchen and den areas for opening and enlarging your entertainment space! Two first floor bedrooms each with on-suite bathrooms comfortably accommodate King size beds with luxury mattresses as well as two built in bunk beds in each room. Utility room on first floor with large washer and dryer.
2nd Floor boasts the exquisite Master suite, the private on-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and large walk-in shower with double sink vanity. Sliding doors from Master to 2nd floor balcony with incredible ocean views. The fourth bedroom with a King size bed and luxury mattress is also on the second floor with a private on-suite bath as well and a private gulf view balcony. The second floor also has a cozy second living space with a fireplace, wet bar and balcony access. The large 5th bathroom to service the third floor loft space is on the second floor with double vanity and large walk in shower !! 2nd floor also has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. The kids will love the cozy third floor loft space with one Queen size bed two Full size beds and two Twin size beds, with bean bags and TV. And last but not least the third floor cupola space is accessible with the greatest 360 degree ocean and bay views in the whole house.
All bedrooms and loft have flat screen TVs with cable access as well as large TVs in both living areas. The outside ground floor is equipped with BBQ pit and tables and seating for those evening cook outs, the outdoor shower is on the ground level as well for making rinsing off the sand easy for all, beach towels are provided and a washer and dryer on ground floor for towel washing to help with keeping sand out of the house. The house is equipped with internet and Wi-Fi. This home will only be leased on a very limited basis per year make sure to book in advance to get the opportunity to experience this beautiful home!! Pointe West Beach Club access is available at a fee per person to the beach club with this rental. It has an incredible ocean front pool as well as a bayside lazy river pool, a bar, restaurant with poolside service and a great work out facility. My family and I really enjoyed our time together at this property. The decor was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The beach was clean and not a bad distance to walk to from the house. We would definitely stay here again.

Concerned after Hurricane Beryl but everything was fine. Flooring and sheet rock repaired… couldn’t tell anything had been damaged. Internet was out for a day but that was out of Melissa’s control. This was our 3rd year to stay and always have a wonderful time. Thanks Melissa

Our family absolutely loved this beachhouse--best ever, fit us all so well, so many spaces to escape to, well stocked, spacious, peacefully decorated with ocean colors. Just a gem of a house. Thank you for opening up your home, we treated Sea of Grace with grace!

State of Grace is a beautiful and comfortable house and we loved it! We had 7 adults and 4 children and never felt crowded. The beds were great as was all of the beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, glasses and several serving pieces as well as pots and pans. We fogged around the house when we arrived due to the mosquitos (they were bad) and that helped a lot. You need to bring your own beach toys and chairs as they are not provided by the owner. The swimming pools were great and the crossover was nearby. We will definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd time staying here a week each year. Both stays have been incredibly relaxing as the house is in perfect condition and is great for a large family.
We’ve been super happy with the design and quality of the home along with the ample parking. I’d highly recommend Sea of Grace and my family will return next year!!

This was our sixth family reunion. We had 30 people in 4 houses on the beach. Sea of Grace was simply unbelievable!! Perfect in every way - pure luxury and beautiful. All the extras included. Pointe West added the pools basketball and pickle ball so it was great. Will be better when the bar and restaurant open again. All in all the house was simply grand for our best reunion yet!,,

The Sea of Grace is by far the nicest home we’ve stayed in, in Galveston. It’s beautiful inside and out, super comfortable, and had plenty of room for our large family to spread out. The beach is a short walk away, and was nice, and not overly crowded. If only the weather would’ve cooperated, but it allowed us to fully enjoy this wonderful home. We would definitely choose this home again for our annual family getaway.

What a wonderful place! Our family of 17 (four generations) loved it! Sea of Grace is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and has gorgeous views.
While walking back from the beach on our last night, knowing that our visit was coming to an end, our granddaughter asked, "When are we coming back?" Not if, but when. Loved it that she assumed we would. That pretty much says it all.

Each year we host a family get together at a home in Pointe West with our adult children, their spouses, and our grand children. This was our first time to stay in this home and we loved it. It was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The teens had a loft room to themselves while the two families with small children were in the two rooms that had both bunks and a large bed for the parents. Everyone commented how the sleeping arrangements were ideal for all ages and families.
The small room at the very top of the house was the nicest surprise of all. It was perfect for anyone who wanted to watch a sunset across the bay or just relax alone with a book. It has 360 degree views and was my favorite place to be.
The multiple decks (front and rear) offered more than enough space for everyone to have room to hang out, read, relax, or take a nap. Lots of seating. And the garage and storage closet has all kinds of beach toys, etc. to use. That was much appreciated as well.
The one time I needed to get in touch with the owner about an issue that came up, she answered immediately and was able to give me the information I needed in a matter of minutes. Very responsive.
The elevator was appreciated for bringing up loads of groceries and luggage, but we didn't use it beyond that. It works great, but you have to be very methodical in the sequence of closing the elevator doors on each floor or it will not operate. It isn't a malfunction, it is just a system of safety features that are designed into it.
Overall, we were extremely pleased with both the house as well as the owner and I look forward to coming back again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea of Grace in Galveston. The property was well located, spacious, and outfitted with everything you'd need to host a large group. The Beach Club on property was fantastic and the beach access was convenient. We're hoping to return in 2023!

Everything from our intro letter and check in info, to the parking, amenities, and check out instructions were presented and handled with professionalism and customer care.
The home itself was amazing in every way, and not a person in our group was disappointed with their stay. The beach access was convenient and the three stairway entrances plus a three floor elevator make all the coming and going a breeze.
The bedding and furniture both inside and outside on the many decks were all top notch. The master suite with huge double shower, deck, and bonus lounge area with coffee bar was a pleasure. TVs everywhere with a great lineup of channels and excellent Wi-Fi around the house made it easy to work remotely, catch a game, or even hide out from the crowd and keep up with a favorite show. And, talk about a “hide out”, the quiet, 360 degree views from the cupola were a family favorite.
As nice as the rest of the house was, nothing compares to the wide open kitchen and living area with a wall of windows looking out over the deck and unobstructed views of the Gulf waves on the shoreline. It’s a dream kitchen in a dream location with plenty of room for a large group. A great time for all. We are already thinking about our next stay.

We have a large family with lots of kids and grandkids and this house fit everyone comfortably. Love the room layouts with Kings and bunk beds and the upstairs bunk room was the cutest ever for the 6 kids that slept there. Huge well equipped kitchen with plenty of seating, two sets of washer dryers, generous amount of beach towels. The porches also had lots of room for eating or relaxing. The best part was the gorgeous master bedroom and porch which was our get-away for a respite from the crowd! Early morning coffee and sunrises; beautiful beach views: everything you could need and a great location. Loved everything about this house and owner!!

Wonderful Beach Stay
We’ve stayed at several beach houses in Galveston and this house has been the best. It’s beyond beautiful and spacious and the owner was super helpful with all of our needs. The location was perfect as well, walkable to the beach and super close to the beach club. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Large House for a Beach Vacation
We just got home from a week at Sea of Grace! This house, owners and concierge made for the best vacation my family and 3 other families could ask for! Plenty of room for everyone and a great bunk room for all of our kids. The beach access was so close and the resort pools are a quick 2 min drive to get to. We have been to Pointe West for a few years now and will for sure look for a week at Sea of Grace for next Summer!

Overall very beautiful place. However, grill was absolutely awful. Could not really use. Grilling is extremely important. Second, oven only broil. Can't have that with large family. Ice maker not work I Nguyen. We rented out 25711, next door too and relied on their appliances.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home on the beach. Anything and everything was there that we could have ever needed. It was a perfect home away from home for our family. The views from every window are incredible and it couldn’t be at a better spot. Easy to get down to the beach and also to hop in the car and enjoy the Beach Club. Our family will definitely be reserving this house again.

Beautiful house on the beach, with a well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed. One note, there are no hangers in the closets and not really any dressers. Not a big deal but as someone who likes to unpack while on vacation, I found myself making a quick trip to the dollar store. Weather wasn’t great but the house offered plenty of room for us all when spending time in doors. Overall we had a great time and definitely recommend this lovely home for a large group.
