I will try the different hotels next time.

Good location and clean

No bedside dimming lights, it’s every disturbing with ceilings lightning on when reading in the evening. The room is quite small.

Location was superb. We enjoyed our room which had a lake view and plenty of space

Queenstown picture perfect

The Studio room with lake view was exceptional. Bed was very comfortable and waking up to the view was pleasing. Washer and dryer in bathroom was convenient to have and worked well. Downtown was just a short walk down the path near park. There was a walk path down by the water along the park to Queenstown restaurants and shops.

The big designer stores and no one really in them to buy far too many.

I’d stay here again no problem.

Great location but beware there’s a steep uphill walk coming back from town. Room was comfortable and staff great.

Location, restaurant, staff, facilities and the bus stop to the Remarks on the doorstep.

Would love to come back for our next Queenstown visit!

We loved our stay at Ramada. The room was comfortable and the view in the lake room was incredible. Bed and pillows were great, shower pressure was amazing and we loved the heated towel rack. Location is amazing, short walk to town centre (yes there’s a hill on the way back but that’s Queenstown!), right near bus stop too. Would definitely come back.

The room would receive a decent amount of condensation in the morning which could sometimes make the place smell a bit damp but house cleaning would sort that out while we were out.

Value for money in Queenstown and easy walking distance to waterfront restaurants etc and parklands. Neat clean and all that is expected of a big hotel chain.

No soft lighting g at all in the rooms, and only one seating stool. It was sit on the bed only or squeeze onto the stool.

Location was excellent - walking distance to town. Quiet and great views. Front of house staff/concierge was outstanding.

The breakfast was ok, not great. Otherwise nothing to complain about.

Clean and good location, room description is deceiving

Room was very clean and bedding and towels changed daily.

We booked a room with a lake view, however there was a large structural beam across the window obstructing the view. Understand this is necessary, however the room description should come with a disclaimer that it may be an obstructed view to avoid disappointment. It also had poor ventilation , with visible condensation on the window ledges. The American man on reception was pretty flat and disinterested, making us feel unheard.

Perfect, what I wanted.

Food was great. Location was excellent, walking distance to downtown, also to the Queenstown Gardens. On a bus route. Staff were nice and helpful. We took a bus tour to Milford Sound. Weather excellent. Bus driver knowledgeable and interesting. Took a local bus to Arrowtown which was interesting and enjoyable.

Nice enough place but it’s a steep walk back up the hill at days end

Clean and reception staff were all pleasant.

Restaurant/bar staff are nice but very slow and disorganised. Food options are very limited and it closes at 9pm.

A lovely start to our honeymoon that wouldn’t have needed much improvement to be called perfect

Location + View was amazing. Room was immaculate on arrival. Proximity to town was a great benefit

$200 bond after paying on arrival was a little annoying considering we weren’t informed prior to our stay. Due to current Queenstown Boil Water notice would have liked a supply of potable water. Staff were not present on check out despite it being 20 minutes into operating hours. Parts of one of the curtains were broken which let the late sunset in when we tried to go to sleep.

Our stay was comfortable and in a good location.

We had a studio with small kitchen and laundry facilities and these were excellent. Good size in general and comfy bed.

The room was too hot with no windows to open. We had to turn off aircon and even put it on cooling at times. The hill climb was not great for an older couple.
