The room itself was nice and clean (after we received the second one).
However upon arrival we received a room which was not cleaned at all and we had to switch the apartment for the night. The first room was really nice and big, but the second one was really noisy. You could hear everyone coming and going at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs.

La stanza non era l'equivalente o comunque uguale a quella acquistata con Booking in quanto molto più piccola. Asciugamani vecchi e alcuni sfilacciati e uno maleodorante che abbiamo dovuto rilavare, verosimilmente non igenizzati. Di notte rumori molesti all'interno del palazzo. Il personale della reception molto scortese e sgarbato. Erano estremamente infastidite quando le abbiamo chiesto, in occasioni distinte, : una cartina della città (che non avevano, non ci è mai successo in nessuno dei nostri viaggi, anche in città molto più piccole e meno turistiche!!!) dove trovare un cambio nella moneta locale e come raggiungere l'aeroporto al rientro e tengo a precisare che abbiamo fatto booking alle 15 non in un orario notturno. Informazioni che credo tutti i clienti chiedano.....
Nessuna cortesia e attenzione al cliente anche quando durante il nostro soggiorno ci hanno cambiato la serratura della porta d'ingresso e siamo andati per avere la modalità di accesso alla stanza , la signora alla reception ci ha trattato da deficienti.
Rapporto qualità prezzo molto deludente. Sconsigliato.

Gute Lage, Zimmer waren sauber.
Glasscherben am Balkon! Stühle hatten alle Flecken. Der Empfang war wenig freundlich und man musste das Appartement selbst auf Schäden kontrollieren und binnen einer Stunde melden, ansonsten ist man selbst für die Schäden verantwortlich.

Nice comfortable apartment in a nce location. Easy walk to the historical centre of Prague. The trams are just opposite the appartment. The number 12 tram goes right into the historical centre and then ever thing is easy to find. Also plenty of supermarkets close by.

I had to sign a paper that they can handle my data and can send marketing indefinitely. Also kitchen went did not work, and when I told the host, they thanked the report, and did not tried to fix it or offer a compensation. The dishwasher was smelly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at night but the check in process was smooth. The facilities were in impeccable conditions and good value for money. Super near the train station and main attractions.
The floor was not very clean and there was a problem with the sink in the kitchen but not major issues. I totally recommend it.

Eine Spülmaschine in einem Apartment für 8 Personen wäre schon nett gewesen. Außerdem gibt es nur ein Badezimmer + Toilette.

Apartamento muy amplio y cómodo, perfecto para 14 personas. Muy cercano a la Estación de bus de Florenc, y a unos 15 minutos del centro de la ciudad.

Понравился персонал отеля. Нам разрешили немного раньше заселиться, а в день выселения оставить чемодан в отеле. В номере было все необходимое, кухня также хорошо укомплектована.
Не понравилось то, чтобы заселиться блокируют дополнительно 250€ на карте и спустя месяц, деньги до сих пор не вернулись.

It was quite nice and comfortable, we enjoyed our stay.
There was a manual explaining everything related to the property and also recommendations about the city. We had an issue with the heating system but they helped us straight away.

The apartment itself was enough for 2 people, the kitchen is convenient, the bathroom is spotlessly clean too.
There was a very rude receptionist. When we got in, she was sorting her problems on the phone and didnt pay any attention to us until a lovely blond lady (sorry, I didnt ask her name) kindly spoke to us. Also, we didnt find a remote control in the room. When we phoned her, she reacted weirdly and we said we'd go downsteirs to explain our problem. She asked what flat we were in; we asnwered "fresia", she looked at us surprised saying that she doesn't understand, even when we pointed at the name of the apartment, printed on a sheet of paper on the door the door in front of her, she said that she didnt understand. Again, the problem was only solved by a lovely blon lady.
The cooker is kind of slowly and the table is wobbly.

Beds were confortable, the people at the reception were nice and all the apartment, including the bathroom were very clean upon the check-in.
Two beds in one bedroom felt a little bit crowded and the kitchen I think could be better equiped. Despite that, nothing that is too much anoying.

The room was amazingly spacious and full of light, the neighbourhood felt very safe and the bathroom was equally spacious. The room was very clean with a cute mini kitchen. Loved the rooms named after flowers.
Check-in instruction was a bit unclear but mainly because my dad arrived in advance and there was a little language barrier...

В помешкані чисто, чиста досить зручна постіль, що для мене дуже важливо. Кровать велика. Зручне розташування: близько до центру та транспорту (трамвай, метро), але в стороні від туристичного шуму.
У відгуками писали при шум від сусідів: так, він є через те, вікна виходять у двір-колодязь, але з наших 10 днів перебування траплялось пару раз і для нас с дочкою було не критичним.
Посуду не багато, але є все основне, нам вистачало.
Депозит в 250 евро, який трохи бентежив своїм розміром, повернувся на рахунок відразу в день нашого виїзду.
Довелось пройти квест при заселенні. Наш автобус прибував вже після 5 години вечора, тому я відразу просила можливість пізнього або самостійного заселення. Мені його узгодили, я внесла онлайн депозит. Але детальна інструкція, як потрапити в помешкання, прийшла в бесіду в букінг тільки на ранок наступного дня після нашого заселення. В день заселення на пошту прийшли тільки 5 цифр паролю, без пояснення, куди їх ввести. Телефон, вказаний як аварійний, не відповідав. Нам пощастило, що разом з нами за адресою підійшла інша туристка і ми разом з нею потрапили до під'їзду (коду до під'їзду у нас не було). В середині застосували навички, отримані в квест-кімнатах, методом підбору знайшли, куди ввести наявні 5 цифр, і, о чудо, отримали паперову інструкції з кодом від під'їзду та ключ від помешкання.
Не працювала електрична сушарка для рушників у ванній кімнаті (хотілось би сушити деякі дрібниці). Через це нам довелось поспілкуватись з досить неприємною особою на ресепшн, гадаю, це саме про неї вже багато згадували в інших відгуках. Допомоги від неї не отримали. Після декількох хвилин спілкування і поясненнь, отримали у відповідь: ну значить не працює. Далі вирішили не витрачати нерви та час. Сушили носки та білизну на вікні. Гадаю, восени і взимку у ванній через це може бути холодно.
За 10 днів нашого перебування не було змінено полотенця та постіль. Ми це очікували, тому намагались бути дуже акуратними. Але, було б не погано передбачити зміну при довготривалому перебуванні, хоча б раз на тиждень.
І не вистачає пральної машинки. Якщо довго перебувати, як ми, то вона була б у нагоді. Вартість 200 крон за одне прання, яку мені озвучили на ресепшн, мені здалася завеликою. Розмір ванної кімнати дозволяє розмістити машинку.

We had a nice bathroom and complete kitchenette. Close to city center and to transportation
Entrance was dirty and our room faced to interior patio where garbage was dispose. We could open the windows on hot days , poor ventilation. Room was very small for two people .

We arrive very late so we get a shower and go to bed. When we wake up all floor in a bathroom was in water. We text reception about it and we get respond that it will be fixed but every time we use bathroom or shower for whole 7 days we get floor in water as they don't fixit well. After second attempt to get fixed no one came in. Very loud place... Eaven when Windows was closed we still can hear others from different rooms. We get a garden view room but no garden at all.! Our windows was straight to someone else room with view on walls.

- bathroom equipment was modern
- very noisy inner courtyard, garbage cans are constantly being rolled, even at night. The whole courtyard is full of pigeons, which you can hear all the time because they are sitting directly above/below/on your window or flying right in front of it
- one extremely unfriendly and rude employee. Without her our rating would have been higher, but that was an insolence. If management is interested, it was the morning of July 2nd and I'm happy to provide more details. This person ruined us the whole day (my birthday) and even days later we were still annoyed. The situation ended with me asking why the parking lot is more expensive in the local currency Czech crowns than in euros (a foreign currency that is normally more expensive) and the lady then just ignored us and played with her mobile phone and talked to other guests. Should not work in a job with contact to people! The other employees we had contact with were very nice. But you know... the unfriendly ones remain in the memory. I can forgive many bad things in the room/hotel if the staff is friendly. But unfriendly and impolite stuff is a no go.

- answer to a question via booking only one day later when we asked again. Particularly annoying because there is no alternative (on many days there was no one at the reception even until 10 a.m.)

- very noisy at all, you always hear when neighbors come and go
- very small room. And then also such stupid decisions like putting a chair in, whose 4 chair legs go a bit diagonally outwards, so that we bumped into it every day or stumbled over it
- broken things, like a window couldn't be closed or the wood in the bathroom was broken, apparently swollen from water
- tile on the hallway floor broken and wobbly
- no trash can in the bathroom
