Great little apartment with everything you need. Perfect for families that don’t want to stay in the centre of Shinjuku

Perfect for a family with space to spread out. Handy little convenient store directly across road and others within very short walk as is the train station. Only 4 stops to main Shinjuku station and far away enough to get away from the business for some r&r after busy sightseeing days.

Little hard to find on google. Our drive dropped us in back alley as that’s where gps took us but it is actually located on the main road. Sometimes have sirens going by so if you’re a light sleeper perhaps bring ear plugs. I slept fine though.

A thoroughly immersive yet very comfortable holiday that ticks off all the boxes.

Our stay here was a real-world immersive vacation experience. Staying here gave my family a chance to not just vacation in Japan, but to live a few days almost as locals, and with all of them old enough to have an appreciation for the cultural contrasts versus life back home, it made for a perfect socio-cultural holiday that they immensely enjoyed on every level.

< Not Applicable! ^_^ > If you’re looking for a generic western hotel room with room service and a concierge, this might not be for you. The property owner did go to extraordinary lengths to cover all guest needs we could think of and beyond, so despite not having the chance to meet our host in person, we all felt extravagantly pampered by her through her home.

Lovely home, comfortable and had everything we required! Family mart directly across the road!

The only issue we had was the pathway to the house is hard with a stroller… but i would still stay here 1000 times again!

Prefect location with car park

In kitchen there is not enough power point, I have to swaping around with microwave, toaster, and kettle, otherwise very comfortable with lots space to stay.

i would not recommend

The good thing about this house is that there is free parking and the house owner is nice

The house is old and you have to take the suitcase to go up the stairs to the 2nd floor and clean up your trash , the quilt has a lot of hair and stains that made us feel uncomfortable.

Unexpected pet charge not worth the price. Good for groups

Spacious. Good location

The owner choose which beds we were supposed to use, which I thought was a bit controlling. They also charged 4000 yen per pet PER DAY in cash... this was not miscommunicated by them and I was completely caught off guard by the extra 8000 yen I had to pay IN CASH. I had to run to an atm as no other options were available (credit card, google pay, ect.) I wouldn't stay here again, and wouldn't reccomend it for pet owners because the surcharge on top of a 200$/night room is outrageous to me. For large, pet free, groups, it was be a great and cheap place to stay. The price is probably based on people, though, so not sure what kind of deal is available.

I would choose this place again if the procedure would be easier.

Very nice place. The owner was very friendly.

The responsable person sent too many and long emails. As a busy traveller the preparation was too complicated and time-killing. The traffic outside was very noisy. The information on booking.com could be better.
