Awesome stay

Spacious rooms and lobby. Great access to King & Prince facilities, nice breakfast included, and use of hotel bikes. ALL of the staff were incredibly nice and thoughtful.

The best stay

When checking in, I believe her name was Bambi, was wonderful! Hooked me up with a great room at reasonable price! She was so polite and sweet. Hope when will be there when I come back.

The pool was too warm. Didn’t realize it wasn’t on the beach.

Beautiful hotel, great location

Stylish and modern furnishings. Fairly new property. Spacious rooms. Excellent location, close to The Village and the beach. Access to The King and Prince resort was nice!

The pool was small and not very welcoming. it’s on the rooftop and not much up there besides the pool and chairs. The pool at the King and Prince was great though

We loved the convenience & being able to use King & Prince facilities. Only

Breakfast was good & so convenient

Our room was too cold & we couldn’t adjust the thermostat to go up. It was preset on 72. The fan was real loud right in front of our bed when it came on.

It was okay, definitely not the best I experienced in SS.

Overall this was a nice place to stay but last time I came to Saint Simons Island almost exactly a year ago I paid way less for a much nicer, bigger hotel with beach view. The breakfast was disappointing! No protein other than cold boiled eggs and all GMO prepackaged carb heavy muffins and bagels etc. I like carbs, who doesn’t? Especially on vacation, but a fresh waffle station or something would have been better than the low budget breakfast you may find in a low budget hotel off the interstate. Basically that was the selling point for me was the free breakfast, that’s what made me pay more than 100 bucks a night extra for this place and to come to this breakfast was disappointing. The customer service however was really exceptional and the dog friendly attitude is a plus. Overall though it was a good place I was a last minute reserver this time and I should have just went back to the last place but they weren’t dog friendly so I picked this with little research. My daughter is located in S.S. so I will be back but not here if I can help it. Also the coffee makers in the room could have had more non decaf coffee, no one wants all that decaf. Plus there was no kind of soap provided in the room, I just so happened to bring my own but had I not I would have been peeved by that.

Breakfast, pricing and the in room supplies like soap provided and more non decaf coffee instead of a bunch of decaf coffee.

comfortable bed, nice breakfast, excellent staff—Bambi took fantastic care of us.

only slight problem was the bathroom lighting. difficult to see in the mirror and need better lighting

Very romantic property to spend a few days with a lover

Good parking only three floors everything close short distance to roof top pool nice balcony Morning coffee and bagels afternoon drinks and you are 150 feet away from a Liquor store

Most expensive place to stay on the island. Use the pier down the street for beach access but we weren’t going to the beach

Not worth the price

The hotel location was nice given its proximity to other needed locations, the design was very modern and clean.

Although the property was new we could hear everything happening around us. The cleaning staff was loud, there was a hole in the door to bathroom door, and every time someone flushed the toilet we could hear the water running. The bed made noises, our water pressure was low and the watercolor was brown. I absolutely would not stay there again.

noise and more noise , Every time the toilet flushes in 201, it makes such a loud racket it sounds like it’s coming through the walls

Room was large and nicely decorated

Pool lounge chairs were ripped. Hotel was not very full however we had a view of the dumpster.
