Overpriced for the experience. We enjoyed our stay but would probably not come back

View was nice, room was nice. We liked the top floor and the end room

On site food not so great. Cleanliness of pool area and trash around property. You could tell there was not some one constantly cleaning up the area. Putting down the umbrellas in the afternoon stating it was too windy when it was windy all day seemed excessive. Lack of management visible especially on the pool area controlling children running wild with no supervision

Very disappointing

Great location right on the beach. The grounds were well kept. Service in the dining room was good and the wait staff were friendly and professional.

The room was outdated, dirty, and in need of repair. There was no water pressure in the bathroom shower. Horrible value, I have stayed at lesser named hotels and had a much better room. The front desk staff were less then friendly at both check in and check out, just doing a job not welcoming at all. The food in the hotel was just okay but way over priced. All and all I would not stay at this hotel again, way over priced for little to no value.

Very cool hotel with lots of upscale touches.

The rooms are very quiet with little to no noise from neighboring rooms. The hotels pools were well maintained and a nice treat. The beach was not overly crowded. The rooms were cleaned each day. We really enjoyed being right on the beach.

The restaurant in the hotel was overpriced and did not have options that we enjoyed. A shuttle to tourist areas would have been a nice touch. Everything is close, but it's a lot of walking. There was an internet booster in the room that glowed blue all night long.

Enjoyed the resort atmosphere and amenities and beachfront location

The resort grounds were very nice, and location was wonderful Parking was easy Meals at the restaurant were very good The balcony was a good size AC worked well and there was a ceiling fan

Unless you book an oceanfront room there is no ocean view King size bed was not comfortable Bathroom layout was good but the toilet was very low and the tub/shower was very high and difficult to get into safely The price was extremely expensive for just a room

Pleasant in parts.

Location is great with lots of eating places ineasybreach

Clean carpets - we tend to go barefoot indoors but after the first evening could not as our feet were filthy! Never ever have I experienced this before in a time share. At the prices charged you would expect the highest standards, not this time. The unit would benefit from some in depth maintenance to bring it up to an acceptable standard. Also unable to use the veranda has work on roofs opposite was very noisy, we were not forewarned of this! Poor management of this aspect.

Room 474 in bad shape. Separation of wall and crown molding severe. Ants all over sink and vanity area. Needs repairs and upgrades for a resort of this type. In worse shape than budget motels!

Beautiful Thanksgiving… weather and surroundings made me realize going away for the holiday will be our plan from now on

proximity to the beach, amenities more than adequate, clean, friendly and helpful staff, safe area.

the building we stayed in was one of the older ones of the property and could use some updates. for example, the door to the room was difficult to close, and we found it to actually be left open a couple of times after it was cleaned and a couple of times by us as well (it appeared closed but was not, and nothing was missing)

First time to St. Simons Island and it was beautiful. I hope to be back again.

Loved the location and the beach access.

Bathroom was not as nice as I expected -- particularly hard for 2 people getting around the sink area. I reserved a 2 queen bed room but I don't think the beds were queen -- they felt more like full size.

Though it began with a negative interaction, despite this I would come back.

pool area, distance to the beach, bike rental around the corner, a mile from the pier and shops, cottage coffee next to our room, beds were comfy, hotel bar (bartenders were busy but very nice and easygoing)

front desk staff was rude when checking in. though I did end up speaking to the manager who was very nice and was apologetic about our experience. the room was not very clean. the fan had clearly not been dusted in ages, the furniture was stained, there were holes in the wall.

Not a place I would stay agian.

The staff was friendly. The grounds of the resort was nice.

The furnishings in the villas are outdated and worn. The hot water heater leaked and we were moved to another villa. (not Beachfront like the first one.) The second unit also had a water leak in the closet in the master bedroom. (It backed up to the bathroom.) The carpet was wet in the closet and into the bedroom. The TV did not work in the master bedroom. In the first villa the WiFi did not work. I
