Très décevant

Le positionnement géographique

On déconseille absolument de choisir cet établissement. La qualité d’hôtel est plutôt de 3 étoiles maxi et non les 5 étoiles comme c’était affiché sur Booking. La piscine intérieure ainsi que le sauna et le hammam n’étaient pas propres, le petit déjeuner très moyen et peu varié, la chambre très petite et il n’y avait même pas de cafetière ou de théière. La salle de bain était très petite aussi.

Best beach holiday we’ve had in Italy and we can’t wait to return!

We loved everything about this hotel! In fact, we are planning to return next summer! Firstly the staff are just wonderful - attentive, professional, helpful and cheerful. They helped us to arrange trips, looked after our every need and when we had a problem with the room they sorted it out immediately. The room was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we might need. The bed was super comfortable and the room was cleaned to a high standard everyday. We loved the beautiful traditional ceramic tiles that were the theme of the hotel. Our balcony, overlooking the garden initially, was spacious and the view was so pretty. Our second room had a wonderful sea view which was paradise. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious and had a great variety of products. Lots of fresh and tasty produce. We enjoyed our perfectly mixed aperitivos on our balcony every evening after a day on the beach. We used both the large pool (fantastic) and the terme pool, which we enjoyed. We are beach people though and spent most days on the lovely beach.

There was nothing that we didn’t like, we were delighted with everything.

Perfect island stay with great service and great feel !

Breakfast was wonderful . Staff always very pleasant and helpful. Room just a little small but overall was a place I’d return again. Recommendations for restaurants by staff were perfect! Great local feel . Highly recommend .

charming well located hotel - I would go back

beautiful hotel with a charming lobby/pool/breakfast area. lovely staff and great breakfast. rooms are nice though not all are sea facing. it’s sister hotel is across the road with a lovely view of the castle. And it has a lift! it’s well located with the bus stop right outside the hotel

The swimming was below expectation. I expected hotter water as it was supposed to be thermal water.

Celebration weekend

The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choice. It's in a good location right beside the seafront, 20mins walk to the port or 10mins to the castle which is well worth a visit.

The ventilation didn't really work very well. We tried to get the room cooler, but the best option was to open the window.

Would recommend - clean, comfortable, friendly and a decent location

The staff were fantastic - every single one of the team was very friendly, welcoming and smiley. They were very quick to respond when we had a small problem with our air con - fixed within half an hour. The room was spotlessly clean as, indeed, was the whole hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel's about a 15 min walk from the town centre, and from there a little further to the harbour, but only 5-10 mins in the opposite direction to the castle area with lots of bars, restaurants, shops etc. In other words, well-placed to take advantage of both areas. The private beach is directly across the road, we had no problems accessing sun loungers, and the sea was lovely to swim in.

The hotel was slightly worn in places - a few tiles cracked here and there, and could probably do with a lick of paint in some areas. The hairdryer in the bathroom was at the end of its life - taped together a bit and not so great. I would say however that these points didn't detract from our stay - I would still recommend the hotel as for me the staff, cleanliness and decent breakfast were far more important and outweighed any of these maintenance points.

Fabulous location and facilities with lovely staff.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, the spa was just lovely. Staff couldn’t do enough for us, we will definitely be returning.

Lovely Stay

Great location, easy walking distance to the Aragonese Castle. Beautiful outdoor pool(s). Close to plenty of restaurants. Delicious breakfast and wonderful service.

Rooms are a little small and dated for a 5-star resort.
