Nice and tidy, well located hotel.

The hotel in Queenstown provided a delightful stay for our family. The ambiance was cozy, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and attended to our every need promptly and courteously. Overall it’s in very handy location, walking distance to town and all tourists attractions.

Just keep an eye on prices because booking.com charged $300 extra then usual hotel was charging. When we requested to price match they said it was different room which was not true while asking from the hotel.

Good budget accommodation

The location is great, new tidy and clean rooms

The walls are like paper, you can be apart of the neighbouring rooms conversations. Parking is also tight.

Great location and a very good size chalet

Very helpful and professional staff in a great location with an easy walk into the main areas of the town We found the bed was a little bit hard for our liking otherwise a fantastic stay

Very comfortable stay, in a perfect location for Queenstowns. Having the beds in separate rooms was ideal!

Perfect location for Queenstown and travelling further afield. Easy parking access parking on site Clean and well presented and worked well for 3 people with a bonus of cooking facilities.

A little noisy especially with the windows open but we were in the apartment next to the road. Ideally could have done with a few extra plates, chopping board and cutlery as when trying to cook having to constantly wash up.

Very enjoyable stay, we would use again.

Easy to find, easy to park, very close to town centre, lovely receptionist. The rooms were impeccably clean and well serviced. All of the above Room well thought out re plugs and charging ports

Concerned that there was no functioning heater in the bedroom and that there was only a portable heater in the lounge area. Heat pumps are required. Fortunately for our stay the weather was benign. I couldn’t reach the heater switch in the bath room, I was too short! It would have been an issue if I had been travelling alone.

Queenstowns little beauty

FANTASTIC location, so close to everything and great views from each room! Staff are beautiful, very friendly. Everything you need for a short stay!

Beds weren’t the comfiest, we could here the people next to us, and the hot water turns off after a certain amount of time but overall was fine for one night stay.

Great location. Lovely room. Space is just enough for me and my sister to move around. Parking available on site.

Heater didn't really heat up as we want and it really takes up time to warm up. You can hear all the outside noise loudly.

Great stay a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown central.

The location is great. It’s a short walk into town but it is uphill on the way back. The rooms are lovely with plenty of space. Shower was nice and hot which is important in winter. Car parking was excellent with plenty of spaces and room.

I did not find the chairs comfortable at all to sit on.

Convenient location to city centre

It is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to the city centre where there are many F&B choices and retail outlets. You can park your car just outside your room.

Would prefer the shower space to be more spacious.

Do Not Stay at Blue Peaks

Location. Modern. Had everything we needed for 1 night stay.

Toilet roll holder falling out of wall. Terrible shower pressure. Ill-fitting front door letting in noise and air. Receptionist was offhand, rushed us off, didn't provide wifi info, no smile, terrible customer service all round. Worst nights sleep as heard neighbours including their toileting noises until 2am. We will not be back and would not recommend!

Great location with great views and wonderful facilities

It was just as it was advertised...very Comfortable room with everything we needed to either be self contained or enjoy the dining/entertainment that Queenstown offered.

Great location, recycling and other rubbish bins. Luggage storage facilities. Room has space for suitcases as well as small table. Great views.

Shower pressure was poor, no kitchen sink meant washing dishes in bathroom handbasin.

Good room for a fair price. Quick walk to town.

Close to town, room had the basics for what we needed, even had view of lake.

Toilet was smack bang right next to towel rack and a pen would have been handy in the room (especially since it was census week)

ok but expensive for what it is .. your paying for the location 5 min walk to centre .. ideal

location was great .. parking was easy as was access to the property

price was expensive compared to others … landings were noisy .. it’s a basic premier Inn style room with a comfortable bed . room was clean and if wanted to heat food up microwave abs bits were handy .. didn’t use but could see the benefit
