Good value for money, especially if you plan to travel a lot.

- Wide selection of food for breakfast. The food was mostly tasty. - Room was spacious (we had one bedroom apt). - Location was good. 5-10 minutes walking to the closest beach. Variety of shops and restaurants nearby. - Street parking is available free of charge right in front of the hotel and in general in the city. - Our kids liked the pools. One of them was shallow and another one had about 2m deep. It's not that big but we never saw it overcrowded.

- Nothing changed on breakfast from day to day. Even a slight change would make more fun for the long stay. - Cleaning had some space for improvement. We always observed some sand/dust on the floor. It didn't go really bad though. - Furniture was cheap with some squeaks and noises when used. We don't think this is to be improved as it just reflects the price we paid for the stay. - AC control units made some plastic rattling noises from time to time. It can be annoying at night time. We observed that in both rooms. - The city is located close to swamps which means mosquitoes are everywhere at evening times. This is not a problem of the particular hotel, but it's something to keep in mind when you plan a travel to Muro.

room was wet and cold, the AC for heat was not working. the hotel ran out of extra blanket the first night, and it was freezing during night in early May. never expected anything like this.

Good position of the property in proximity of amenities and beach. Love the idea of recycling and free water refill to avoid plastic usage. We really appreciated the body soap/shampoo which were natural and good quality. Easy to find a car park spot. Pool side is good. Loved the ping pong. Generous check in and check out hours.

For an aparthotel the kitchen is very basic, definitely needs improvement ( example : x1 bread knife to use for everything, tiny hob). Cleanliness also needs improvement, over 5 nights stay the floor has not been done once, we really noticed it as we bare walked in the apartment.

Location

Plumbing issues and sink making noise all night. Cleaning staff talking to lound since 8am. Extractor didn't work. Rain inside de room. I had to ask 3 times to make a complaint. Staff actively tried to deceive me into not making a proper complaint. Terrible service.

Beautiful hotel in great location

It was just really lovely. Perfect blend of independence and holiday facilities. Relaxed and comfortable. Loved our apartment and the restaurant (we were self catering but ate out on eves)

The friendly and helpful staff (especially Andrés and Alex in the pool bar, Anke on Reception, also the charming lady who made eggs at breakfast but I'm not sure of her name, sorry!), the swimming pool, the bathroom and shower, quiet location, good room size. The room had a small kitchen which was useful. Room was modern and clean. There was a good selection at breakfast, and the restaurant and pool bar were decent value.

The sofa bed hadn't been made up in advance even though we booked for 4 people, and there was no spare linen in the room so I had to get some from reception to make it up when we arrived at 2am. The door lock batteries ran out on our first day but it was swiftly fixed by Anke and Andrés with no dramas. In general the room could have had more duvets and sheets etc. But everything was sorted quickly and none of this spoilt our stay at all, just constructive feedback.

Best value for money if you like clean, down to earth place with food that you really crave for!

Best Hotel in years. And the food, all time best. Really delicious, not „canteen“ like whatsoever. Just amazing. Highly recommend this hotel, the name is a gross underestimation of what you get. Very clean and tidy. Just 5/5. Thanks to all who made our trip so nice, es war toll👍👍👍

Puh, always room for imrovement, right? Ok, if you ask me, it is not that I did not like it but I was surprised that the pool was in my eyes a bit „small“...but, we are now really really being very picky.

Lovely holiday apartments

Nice quiet apartments. Lovely small pool, helpful staff and great food. Water refill and recycling facilities too.

No oven in kitchen if you needed that, hob and microwave only but not a problem for us.

Close to the beach and restaurants

Hotel located close to the beach, within walking distance. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around. The room was quite big as it contained a bedroom and small living room with a tiny kitchen which was an extra plus.

Thin walls. Staff is not thinking in a logical way how to allocate people. They put us in the middle of the group of teenagers who made a lot of noise. Instead, to put them together in one part they mixed them with other guests. It was possible to manage it different especially since we checked at the same time.

+ Location near a very nice beach with clear blue water. + Staff very friendly and helpful + Breakfast is done to perfection and very extensive. Hot, cold, vegetables, fruits, cereals. Everything you could want. + Rooms are cleaned often and towels changed. + Pool is clean and cozy. Comfortable and sufficient lounge chairs.

-A lot of tiger mousquito -Via booking you see that the apartments have a choice between pool, garden or lakeview. Unfortunately this is not correct. Only at primestudio you have lakeview and then you are in a building across the street / pool. The view we had was a green ditch with some bushes and trees in front and it said lake view on our booking.

The room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoy the balcony and evening gatherings. Breakfast was yummy. 5 minutes far from the beach.
