There are many positives about the property and we generally enjoyed our stay. Location, property grounds, pool, public grills were all pluses. There were just a few things which kept the experience from being perfect. Upon arrival, door code didn’t work. Had to call management to reset a new code. Not a big deal. On one occasion, our reserved parking spot was taken by the maintenance truck. Couldn’t find anyone to move it and got answering machine when tried to call office. We ended up driving around for 15 min looking for a place to park. But probably most important, found a couple of cockroaches in the kitchen.

We absolutely loved this condo. Very spacious for the eight of us. You get one designated parking space with lots of visitor parking. Central location to beaches and shopping. Communication with property management was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for 3 couples…it had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was excellent! We loved sitting on the balcony drinking coffee every morning. The condo was conveniently located…did a lot of site seeing!

We were already in Kauai and staying at Pili Mia. We decided to extend. unfortunately, our existing space was not available, so we rebooked to 14A. The space (14A) was adequate, although more expensive and less space and amenities as our previous place. The main issue is the requirement to download yet another app to check in. The App is gimmicky and shows hundreds of messages etc. Overall, a minor inconvenience but annoying. Pila Mia is a nice place if you don't mind a 15 minute walk to the beaches.

Very nice condo with modern finishes, amenities, and great location. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. Only small mishap was we we told the unit would have beach chairs, but they weren't there so we ended up having to rent them. Other than that the place was perfect for our family. Highly recommended and will stay again.

Well appointed home/condo with lots of room for our family. Easy to walk or drive to shops and several beaches are within a short drive. We loved our stay and would recommend this home for any family visiting the islands.

Did not get offered a full refund despite not being able to go due to global pandemic. Took full credit as I do hope to visit sometime later. VRBO made no attempt to give any sort of refund of the 10% they pocketed. I am more frustrated by VRBO than the property management as other platforms have a full refund. Gave five stars so I could submit my feedback. I have no idea about the property and apparently this feedback tool has no idea I cancelled.
