It was as described. However...there is no tv in the loft as it shows in the picture. Great views and plenty of stairs.

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. Directions, condo information and communication with Corey was excellent. The location was ideal for everything with easy access to beautiful beaches, nice shopping, excellent restaurants, and connecting to other points of interest. In general the condo is as described. A quiet community, clean, comfy beds, stocked kitchen and we appreciated the few kitchen extras. There are a few details that could use some attention. As mentioned in previous reviews and as happened to us, the a/c on the main floor did not work adequately. We contacted Corey and he communicated that he would have an electrician come address the equipment malfunction. That did not happen. Fortunately, we were gone during the day pretty much every day. Having that repaired appropriately would go a long way with future customers. The only other major issue was we were unable to sit on the lanai at all. Website photos show the right shade is drawn and there are three tall plants blocking the fan unit on the deck. The fan is not only loud, but it blows a lot of hot air making it unbearable to sit at the table and enjoy the beautiful view, which is a shame, because it really is a lovely view, especially for the gorgeous sunsets.

The condo was comfortable and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was adequately stocked to cook a few simple meals. Loved that there were a few spices and condiments for us to use.
Location is nice and easy to get to a few shopping and dining areas. Sunset views from the point just outside the condo are not to be missed! Corey was very responsive and informative. There are lots of stairs outside and inside the condo. Not a problem for us, but if you have any concerns about navigating stairs, ask before you book.
We’d go back without hesitation.

It's in a wonderful location because we could walk to Shipwreck Beach, Brennecke Beach, and Poipu Beach. My friends and I loved swimming in the pool and lounging in the hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean, the location was fantastic, the view of the ocean from the balcony beautiful. It held the six of us just fine. We did not find the additional blow up mattress in the upstairs loft until the last day so that was a bummer, one of the kids had to sleep on the couch. The apartment does need some attention, one of the bathrooms on the second floor had a toilet that ran all night (we turned it off manually so we wouldn't hear it), the shower did not drain and there was no pressure. The downstairs A/C did not stay cool but the ocean breeze during the day made up for it (at night was when it was difficult), and the kitchen cabinets could use a little TLC. I still would stay here again because everything else excelled and we were happy with the listing and with Corey the property manager. He did offer to look at these items while we were there but the timing of when we would be there just didn't line up with his schedule so he assured us he would address these issues after we left for the next guests.

We loved the location - Less than 5 minute drive to Poipu beach and any restaurants and shops. Cori, the property manager is on top of everything and check in and out was effortless. They have lots of chairs and beach equipment including a wagon. The AC worked well in all rooms. The top floor bedroom and bathroom are a little small, but perfect for kids. Overall the condo was perfect for us - quiet clean complex, close to everything and enough room for 3 couples. The only thing I would say is maybe a little deeper dusting needs to happen.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home! It was a short walk to the beach and there was a ton of beach gear there to use. The community is very quiet and everyone was very nice. Communication with Corey was excellent and he gave us some great recommendations on things to do. Our favorite thing about the house was the lanai - we spent every evening there watching the spouting and breaching whales, the spinner dolphins putting on a show, and the gorgeous sunset. We cannot wait to return!

The location and house were just as pictured. We enjoyed our stay. The only advice I would give is that house needs more of the basics stocked up (toilet paper/paper towels). We called several times and they did bring them but it should be stocked for a weeks stay. Also instructions posted in the house for basic info and check out info /pool rules etc would be helpful. Other than minor adjustments, the place was perfect. We would come back. .

This home is spacious, has everything you need, and all the furniture is very well kept and comfortable. We had 3 couples stay and there was plenty of room. We also had another 3 couples come over every night for drinks and games and we all fit comfortably.

Wonderful location which I believe is at the southern most point of the island. Easy access to beaches, activities and restaurants. Host was very welcoming which was very much appreciated. And the views from the unit and the property were fantastic. The building looked a little old, but the unit was clean and well kept inside. Do be aware that there are a lot of stairs if that's not your thing. Hope to stay here again someday!

We loved everything about this rental. All the communications with the property manager were right on! The location was perfect as well! The place was extremely clean and very well stocked. It was perfect for our family...the top floor was an excellent place for our nephew to have his own space! We would definitely recommend and will definitely use it next time we come to Kauai!!

Epic location with epic views!
Absolutely loved this place! Great location, incredible views from not just the condo but the property has some of the best viewing areas of the poipu coastline. It’s probably the most southern tip of the island you can get.
Ac works great, fully stocked kitchen, extra comfy beds & bedding (slept like a baby every night) pool & hot tub were a huge bonus too.

Horrible Construction work and noise
When we arrived there was scaffolding around the entire length of the lanai. There were workers standing on the lanai and they were facing the inside of our unit and could see us sitting on the couch inside. They even had their tools on the lanai. There is repair work going on all over the complex. This was a disappointment to me as when I was looking to book a VRBO, I saw listings that were nice but listed there was construction going on and I did not book them. I know the pandemic has caused a backup in repairs BUT list it in your info as I would have never booked this property!

A week on adventure island. Enjoyed the ocean view.
Condo exceeded our expectations. We appreciated the host Corey making us feel welcome. He provided a video on how to access the unit and was very helpful when we messaged him. Check out was just as easy.
The view of the ocean was amazing from the condo and property. Loved watching the sunsets and ocean swells from the bluffs. Kitchen was well stocked. There were lots of extras like 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, 2 large beach umbrellas, a boogie board, several sets of snorkels and fins. Parking was never an issue. Several beaches were within walking distance either direction (East or West). We’d stay in this condo again. Mahalo!

We loved staying here!!
The condo/townhouse was clean and had everything we needed, plus more!! The location was spectacular, we would watch the sunset in the evenings, take walks along the path watching the waves crash against the rocks. We walked to the Grand Hyatt for their huge Buffett breakfast a couple times. We went in June and only had a little bit of rain twice. Cory was exceptional answering any questions we had through email or text. Very easy to work with. We really enjoyed our stay!!!

Beautiful Location
We loved the property and our host was excellent!! Beautifully located just minutes from Poipu Beach and some of the best restaurants on the south side of the island. A great half way point that made day trips to Waimea Canyon and Hanalei Bay easy. The property had a pool, tennis court, grill, and a beautiful spot with benches on the ocean. The condo was well equipped with all the essentials for cooking meals.

Excellent view and location
The condo had an excellent view and it was close to everything. It was easy to check in and Corey was very responsive when we had questions. There were 3 beaches within a short car or walking distance. The swimming pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. The bedrooms don't have much of a description on the website so they were a pleasant surprise. They are very nice and spacious with 2 king bedrooms with ensuite on the 2nd floor and a queen with a small ensuite on the 3rd floor. You can't beat the view in the morning with coffee or sunset with wine/drinks! The kitchen had everything we needed and there were plenty of beach towels as well as a small cooler and 2 chairs. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

This condo was everything we hoped for-perfect location, clean and comfortable. There was nothing missing from the kitchen, bathrooms, or bedrooms that we needed. There were a lot of extras that we didn’t expect. Property manager communicated exceptionally well and went above and beyond to answer questions.
