3.9
The location, the size of the room
Bed and pillows are old and very uncomfortable, I asked for another pillow, they say they didn’t have any extra and that all of them are the same.
No extra towels, one towel per person and one for hands, and that’s it, you can fall coming out of the shower/bathtub on the wet floor because there isn’t an extra towel for it.
Bathtub is high to get out, the size of the bathroom is so disproportionate for the size of the room. To small and to old.
Breakfast! Omg, terrible. They served the breakfast that they say “include” it’s insulting. If you want to have a real breakfast it’s extra.
3.9
There are stairs going to the front desk and the elevator. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs before reaching the elevator.
The toilet and bath was dirty.
3.9
Beautiful inside and out
Some mold along the tub

Location
Beds were hard, rooms outdated needing mayor renovations, service was bad, room was dirty, we requested a room change that was denied. Included breakfast was a joke. We end up eating outside every day

Location
Breakfast. Staff. AC

Nice facility over all. You can tell it’s old, but still a nice hotel for the price. Very nice restaurants, good food, conveniently located. Very classic hotel, and it’s part of Mexico City’s history.
Elevators need some maintenance. The doors are scary, they seem to do very sudden moves.
3.9
thé location was amazing.
the ac in the room (top floor) seemed not to work well. the tub was not easy to use.
3.9
The staff.
Greasy and old carpet in room. Water went out during our last day. Toilet returned feces after flushing. Old outdated furniture. Television was small for the room (we could not share screen from our laptops). Internet was slow nd ccut out. Dust in ceiling. Outdated bathroom. Felt unsafe at times. Towels had holes in them and were quite old. There were stains in the bathtub. Cleaning was light during the week.

the hotel itself - its beautiful arquitecture makes its unique. its location is beautiful and the way it’s designed from within makes it a good experience
I would have liked a room with balcony but I don’t complain. it was a good view. two lamps don’t work though so I suggest changing the light bulbs. didn’t bother me
3.9
The building is beautiful and really historic
the stairs to access the lobby are really steep and arriving tired or having mobility issues was a challenge
3.9
Room was spacious. Really great location.
The Breakfast included is just fruit and toast and you have to pay for other things which is still better than nothing.
I thought the towels had seen the end of their life and also the water pressure and temperature in the shower could have been much better.
3.9
Bathroom no clean
3.9
Not much
Very por selección
3.9
polite staff
1) warm water was a gamble(sometimes there was and some no)
2) too much noise from the road and also from the other rooms(not because of guests but because of bad isolation)
3) “breakfast included” is just a trick to make you book that hotel. they offer below of the minimum and they call it breakfast. they also have a buffet but of you need to lay more. really disappointed here!
3.9
Beautiful building but the stay could have been so much better
Beds are exceptionally hard. Housekeeping repeatedly ignored door sign and continued to enter the room without knocking, starting at 08:30. Breakfast is very basic. WiFi only works half of the time, with a long break every ten minutes. Laundry service is the most expensive I have ever seen. There is a fitness room but nearly all the equipment does not work.
3.9
Súper friendly staff, beautifull old architecture on the lobby and the exterior. The breakfasts was great.
The bathtub was dirty(hairs), the shower handle was súper flimsy and loose (super dangerous even for them to have a risk for accident) bed was was hard (no biggie there but pillows were also super hard), towels were old, the elevador is súper old and does not go all the way up or down in one go, the is no indicador of the floor on te inside and there is no sign of the floor on the ouside, no biiggie since is just 5 floors, basically everything is super old that wouldn't be a problem however it is a bit sad they should be hable to match the level of luxury of the impression you get from the outside and once they do charge accordingly I give it a 7 but I was expecting a 12 :(

Location
The place is quite old. Really needs a good refurbishment. There was no soap in the bathroom. Place is rated 4 stars but is quite far from that.
3.9
Rooms are spacious
Location is good
Breakfast, although basic, is alright
We didn't have any towels at the beginning
Wifi isn't consistent throughout the property
Door men are not very pleasant to interact with
3.9
Price is good, location is also excellent.
Breakfast should include more stuff, it is really simple. Cable TV didn't work and wasn't fixed even when I reported to the reception.
