We liked staying there overall , Linda was lovely

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay , it was clean and comfortable

For me I would have preferred a ground floor apartment because of the stairs

Don't think we would go back. Wifi was a big issue.

The fact that it was on the ground, no steps to worry about. Great restaurant across the street. Good public transport and close to shopping centre.

No wifi in rooms had to go to the BBQ area to use. Curtains in lounge area need replacing/rehanging have holes in them.

Very good value for money

We had an excellent experience staying at Clifton Sands Holiday Units and will be back. This applies right from the arrival when we got the key to the apartment at the reception. Here sits Linda, who is very helpful in answering all sorts of questions and is service-minded. The apartment is the right size, with a super kitchen and a nice balcony. The apartment is close to the beach, shopping facilities, cafes, and restaurants.

Stayed a month and had a wonderful time, would defiantly consider returning 😀

Location is amazing very close to the beach. Shops also a short drive away. Plenty of restaurants in nearby Palm Cove. Linda our host is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and very accomodating. Clean well equipped apartment.

location just 30k from city with excellent tropical walking path right along the coast easily accessible. close enough to Mossman gorge and Kuranda and Hartleys Croc Adventures and Port Douglas. great aircon and showers friendly helpful manager

fantastic!

fantastic location if you want to be near the beach - 30 second walk. Linda the manager was so lovely and very accommodating. there are some permanent residents here, and they were all lovely as well. we probably had the most basic unit (no. 8). it was a little dated but was excellent value for money and had everything we needed including full kitchen, 2x air con, washer/dryer, brooms mops etc. lovely pool with shade also.

can’t fault it. although would have enjoyed a cigarette on the balcony (not allowed - although you can smoke at the communal area near the bbq).

The location was perfect.Walking distance to the beach.Public transport outside the door and a lovely restaurant across the road

Staying here was a real treat and such a wonderful price for such a great apartment.

The location and price for this area is awesome! Excellent place to stay and close to everything. The apartment was very clean and provided us with everything that we needed. Really enjoyed staying here and shall again.

Nothing could have been done better. The manager was extremely nice and the other guests very friendly. Probably the only thing that may dampen any future experience is the construction that is happening next door. Hopefully it will be a lovely venue and not block some sea views from the top balconies.

The most comfortable pillows I can recall having away from home. The homey decor. The eclectic corners like the one carport turned into a laze around travel info coffee and chat pad.

What was missing was a key return box for those checking out before the sun comes up.

dissapointed in state of the apartment but the staff friendly

A great location very close to a beautiful beach, close to restaurants and palm cove good air con, comfy beds

The apartment was not well maintained at all im sorry to say, fridge freezer was frozen stuck. bed room curtains lining was deteriorating, shower was nice and hot but the shower head loose. fans very slow

Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Very nice apartment equipped with everything you need for a nice long stay: full kitchen with all the utensils to cook a nice meal for a family, big fridge, washer and dryer, sofa bed, big shower, A/C, balcony, etc. Very clean apartment and common areas, very quiet place and surroundings, just one block from the beach. the swimming pool is nice! Linda was extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back!

Only downside is the Wi-Fi which doesn’t work properly, the TV will only show national channels because it doesn’t connect to Wi-Fi. We didn’t need it though as there are plenty of things to do around to keep us busy.
