Un poco alejado del centro de Calafate

Personal amable, habitación amplia, fácil para aparcar. Colchón comodo. Toallas de buena calidad. Desayuno bueno.

No es céntrico, esta en una zona sin aceras, empedrada.Mejor con coche. Baño pequeño. En la cena los tres platos que pedimos venian con nata (excesiva además), no repetiría en el restaurante. El cuarto tiene moqueta y no hay aire acondicionado (sí tiene radiadores). Pasamos calor y eso q fuimos en otoño.la insonorización no es buena, se oye al vecino y al q pasa por el pasillo. El cobro de la habitación resultó un poco mas alto de lo reservado en booking y eso que descuentan el iva al pagar con tarjeta extranjera, la explicación del hotel por el cambio utilizado no se correspondió con lo q yo creo q es la realidad, en otro hotel al día siguiente sí me cobraron lo q decia booking menos el iva. No es una cantidad enorme, y por eso no insistí.

Piscina muy buena, grande y bien calefaccionada. La comida del bar y el restaurant es buena.

Buscaría mejores opciones. Caro, muy caro por lo que ofrece.

Por empezar la habitación no tenía vista al exterior. Tenía vista a la pileta, la gente de la pileta podía mirar al interior de nuestra habitación. Un desastre las habitaciones que dan hacia ese sector. Las que dan al frente están bastante mejor. La pileta tampoco era gran cosa. Un día nos tocó caliente otro tibia. Y tenía una dudosa apariencia. El desayuno también bastante común. Ni un desastre, ni gran cosa. Lo peor de todo fue los ruidos, gente que corre en los pasillos, gritos, motores que arrancan y paran, la campana de extracción de humos de la cocina. INSOPORTABLE. Y el precio fue carísimo. No volvería jamás ni lo recomendaría.

Tendrían que mejorar muchas cosas. Los baños estaban bastante bien y la ducha y cantidad de agua estaban muy bien. Era el único momento placentero. La cama también estaba muy bien, pero esas dos cosas fundamentales eran muy rápidamente opacadas por el ruido. También deberían Mejorar el proceso de check in. Y aceptar transferencia o MP. Hoy es imposible manejar esos montos en efectivo y liquidan el monto disponible de una tarjeta

Péssimo

Não gostei de quase nada, mas meus filhos gostaram da piscina aquecida

Achei uma catástrofe do começo ao fim, se tiver em dúvida de outro lugar escolha o outro - equipe mal educada e pouco solicita -quarto com carpete que parecia sujo - cama pequena para um casal e quarto pequeno para 4 pessoas - esqueceram 2 dias de colocar toalhas - restaurante terrível, os 4 pratos que pedimos estam incomiveis e um deles era um hambúrguer - café da manhã foi igual por 5 dias sem nenhuma alteração de itens - limpeza do restaurante era péssima no café da manhã ainda estava sujo do jantar anterior - 4 estrelas só se forem cadentes pq hotel está muito longe disso

El wifi es muy lento. El desayuno está bien pero muy poco variado. Cenamos en el restaurante pero no cumplió con las expectativas, sencillo para la descripción de platos que presenta.

Excellent - would definitely stay again.

Hotel location is up on the hill about 7 minutes walk downhill into town. Easy walk and nice to be up high with a view over the town. Nice professional hotel with staff that speak English very well. Beds were good. Pillows very soft would be my only negative. Restaurant has great food at good prices. A nice variety of choices, instead of the usual hamburgers, sandwiches and pizza's everywhere else.

Excellent option, conveniently located

Located in an isolated and silent area, it is a short walk from the main avenue in Calafate, where you can find everything you may need. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good as well as the meals we had at the restaurant.

Don’t book here if you want to sleep!

They served a local wine in the bar. Had Gluten Free bread but you have to ask for.

Specifically requested top floor end of hall due through Booking.com! as we are very light sleepers. Where given ground floor and middle of hall with kids on both sides. Hotel said they where full and could not do anything even though we pre booked months ago! Kids running up and down hall at 1:00 a.m. Went to front desk and they did nothing. The parents where sitting in plain view at the bar! Also, shower guard very small and water gets all over floor.

Superb

A very nice hotel that also offers free breakfast. It has a pool and spa. It's close to the airport but a few blocks from the 'center'/downtown area which is the happening place. Rooms were very comfortable, attentive staff, and a pretty good restaurant.

It's away from the center of town. You can walk if you feel up to it, and a 5 minute ride in taxi.

breakfast was alright.

For 6 nights, they charged me USD1487, not worth it at all, crazy price for what they offered, typical in Argentina. Very messy 6 days, children running all around the hotel during the day and during the night, no one did anything about it, went to complain 3 times, it was impossible to sleep, Argentinians have no manners whatsoever. The pool area needs lots of maintenance, its falling apart.

Average experience, wouldn't recommend

The pool and sauna were great, not too many people when we visited.

We had a lot of issues before even arriving at the hotel because we didn't have a credit card. Apparently a credit card is needed because the hotel wants to hold a deposit on it, even tho the reservation clearly stated that no prepayment was needed. Since we didn't have a credit card we had a lot of back and forth with them which kinda stressed us out, also because we were already in Argentina at the time and didn't have internet connection. When we arrived, the staff was a bit unfriendly, we didn't feel welcome at the hotel, which was so weird compared to the other places we had stayed during our trip. The rooms were clean and roomy, but very old fashioned. Our room was on the 2nd floor and it was close to the restaurant area, so it was a bit noisy since there is no door between the restaurant area and the rooms area. The food was average, we ordered a couple of sandwiches to take with us on our next day excursion, but the bread was very dry and the whole thing was really tasteless, we only had a couple of bites and did not enjoy it at all.

Very noisy, pokey rooms, as others have said in reviews. We were placed in a room directly adjacent to the lobby and told no other rooms available. Bed was uncomfortable, room was not clean. Unpleasant checkin experience.
