Excelente ubicación

Las camas demasiado pequeñas , check Inn muy tarde y check out demasiado temprano ! Solicitar late check out valía 95 mil pesos argentinos !! Demasiado caro, 5 habitaciones reservadas y ni una sola pudo hacer late check out sin costo, desayuno muy básico. Habitaciones muy calientes

로비는 고풍스럽고 분위기 있었고, 방은 깨끗하고 넓었으며, 직원들은 친절했습니다. 도심 중심가에서 한 블럭 들어간 위치에 있어서 조용하면서도 접근성도 좋았구요. 아침식사도 맛있었습니다.

I was happy with my stay at this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was quite nice and in a pretty room. The entrance and lobby of the hotel was attractive. Location was great, two blocks from downtown shops and restaurants.

The room was fairly basic and a bit dark, but it was clean and comfortable.

The location was good, close to the main street of El Clafate and many restaurants.

The staff on the front desk, while relatively efficient were very dour and not cheerful, bordering on rude. They did not offer help or information, it was difficult to draw information, even about the hotel from them. The feeling was unpleasant. This is a fairly expensive hotel in this area, so we expected better. The hotel does not offer off street parking

Location was right in the heart of downtown El Calafate and very convenient.

Thursday and Friday nights were a bit loud in the streets - we had non-street facing rooms and we could still hear music until early in the am.

Older property in the perfect location

The location is perfect, within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of downtown Calafate. After a long day of excursions it was nice to be able to walk to dinner nearby. The included breakfast exceeded expectations so that was pleasant.

The hotel is older. While the lobby is well maintained there were several maintenance issues in the room. We stayed in one of the "apartments" which simply meant that the unit had a horrible layout. The bathroom was downstairs with a small table and the beds were upstairs. This made for some scarey trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. While most people won't pay attention to this, I was quite concerned about the lack of fire exists. Our room was at the end of the hall and the only exit was the main stairwell down to the lobby.

Great Stay would Return

Rated as a 3 start but would give it a 4 star, very good Hotel, located at walking distance near the main streetm Nice Lobby where I saw the world cup games. Large and comforatable room clean and quiet Breakfast was good

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. quaint and cozy. very nice room. good breakfast. Front desk staff efficient yet helpful. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops.

Superb

The location was perfect because you could easily walk to the city center with many great restaurants to choose from. The staff was so friendly, even arranging a taxi to the bus station for us before we even were actually checked in as guests. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is cozy and warm.

Nightmarish Check-in experience

Location is really close to the center.

Check-in process was nightmare with the rudest check-in experience I have ever experienced. I have checked into the hotel in the morning and left the baggages with them. Since I will be paying with cash, they have decided to include tax in total bill. I did not have enough cash at the time, so I have decided to pay when I checked into the hotel in the evening. There was different staff in the evening, so I decided to push my luck on excluding tax, but it became a nightmare. The reception took out a calculator and stated that she needs to add tax to the bill, resulting in a bill that includes room + tax + tax and insisted I pay that amount. After 10 minutes of increasingly heated discussion and showing booking confirmation, she decided to exclude tax without an apology. At the whole time, I conversed in English and she spoke in Spanish, forcing my spouse to translate her words. By the way, my spouse did not translate my English since she understood English perfectly. This whole experience left a bad taste, requesting cancellation of whole reservation without cancellation fee. We ended up compromising to staying just one night and cancellation of rest of nights. At the whole time, she never apologized and only spoke in Spanish to me wholetime when she spoke and understood English with high profiency. I do not want this experience to happen to anyone else.

Good location hotel staff were nice but this place is in need of some tlc and a better brealfast men

Breakfast was basic. Bread and cerals and a small selection of cheese amd hams

I had a cold shower for days and it took them the last day to finally change rooms They kept telling me it was fixed for 3 days. I was unhappy with the facilities.
