Excelente lugar para una estancia corta

Un gran lugar para una estancia corta. Muy limpio, con todo lo necesario para tu estadía. Además, si necesitas dejar tu equipaje por unas horas después del check out, puedes hacerlo sin problema.

The best Prague hostal

The staff is súper helpful, the beds are clean and also the bathroom. The location is the best location really near every touristic attraction

At the beginning it's a bit tricky to find the hostal, but after you find the place is easy.

Perfect location and friendly staff

The staff was extremely kind and they were ready to help and answer my questions. The room was spacious and checking in and out was quick and easy. The location is perfect, right in the city center! I would love to visit again.

Расположение класс, рядом голова каффки, магазины и тд. Есть лифт, комнаты аккуратные, 24/7 рецепция работает. Без проблем дали фен и утюг. Есть возможность за доп плату купить завтрак на месте

Ostello pulito sia negli ambienti comuni che nelle camere. La posizione è ottima. Il personale potrebbe essere più sorridente e accogliente, ma penso sia un fatto di cultura. Ottima la cucina accessibile a qualsiasi ora è ben attrezzata.

Dovrebbero buttare un po’ di alimenti aperti che sono sugli scaffali della cucina chissà da quanto . Le stanze le puliscono il mercoledì se non sbaglio, ma si può richiedere la pulizia in qualsiasi giorno gratuitamente… però dovrebbero svuotare almeno i cestini una volta al giorno .

Old favorite needs work

The location and the staff.

The facilities need updating. There is a lot of wear and tear in both the common areas and the rooms. There are very few activities at the hostel. There is no bar and the breakfast buffet was often not served.

A good stay

The location is convenient. In the room, there was a table, 3 twin beds, a table lamp, bedside tables, and electrical sockets. At first, I was confused because we didn't have a private bathroom, but later on I realized that we did have one, but it was in the corridor.

In order to access the bathroom, you need to carry a plastic card everywhere. At one moment, my card just stopped working, so after taking a shower I had to go back to the reception desk to renew it. I was feeling confused but the lady at the reception desk was super sweet and helpful. In addition, I think the price is a bit too much.

Location was quite good. Next to the stops and 8 mins walking distance to the Astronomic Clock.

The hostel is in a good location. 8 mins walk from the Old Town Square and 10 mins walk from the Charles Bridge. Our room on the 6th floor had a nice view of Prague. The staff during check-in and check-out were friendly and helpful.

The room was not spotless clean. There were not enough towels in the room.

Worth it!

The hostel was clean and accessible to the prime places in Prague - just an ideal distance.

The room was suffocating and there was not properly planned ventilation but table fans were a consolation.

Good location

Excellent location near the Old Town and near good food places. Trams came right outside. We were just a 10 minute walk from where our tours started. For the price, the room was good and the bathroom was fairly big. The shower was powerful. Staff were really helpful and nice! Someone on reception 24/7 to help.

Our keys to our room stopped working multiple times during our short stay so we’d have to go all the way down to reception from the 5th floor each time. The shower was cold on the last day. There is no air con, only fans.

They were overbooked, and we were placed in a dorm room instead of a double room. No mention of this was made at the reception. We decided to check out right away, and the receptionist promised to arrange a refund. 5 days later, I called the property about this, and they said that we lied about having a cockroach in our room. We never saw any cockroaches, nor did we ever mention any. Why we are being accused of this is a mystery to me. Furthermore they say the receptionist offered moving some beds closer together, but this offer was never made. We didn't spend a single night here and they still haven't given us the promised refund.

Central location Clean Has as a big common area and kitchen

I booked a private room. Unfortunately, the room was not like as in the pictures. Before I book any place I check the pictures of a place and choose the one which suits for me. When I asked them ,I thought they put me in a wrong room, the answer I got from them they can’t put all pictures.. OVERALL, THEY CAN’T PUT PICTURES OF ALL THE ROOMS SO BETTER CHECK WITH THEM IN ADVANCE TO NOT TO BE SURPRISE.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hostel but there are lots of great cheap cafe's in the area. A must is the ice creamery close by the hostel. Long que though but delicious ice cream.

Would have liked a hand towel in the bathroom so I could dry my hands.

I will be back

I return to this hostel regularly, the location is excellent, the rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful, especially the lady (or lady) who (I think) is the hostel manager. I am sorry that some guests write nasty reviews to damage this great hostel. What I like most is that I can work in peace in the hostel lobby

Great place!

Great location, very central for all the attractions and local shops. Good size dorms and clean facilities with a very impressive common area.

Some members of our group had occasion when their key cards didn't work but we had a large group so never had an issue getting into our dorm.

I liked the location of it, and my room mates were very nice.

The room is not getting cleaned everyday, after I have asked they told me it be cleaned every 4 days, that's was strange for me to hear. I was taking shower and suddenly the electric lamp automatically shutted down it was so horrible because I have falled into the ground and I could have been injured after!!

Very good

excellent value for money, the building and the entrance need some rennovation works, however our private room was nice and comfortable, everything worked well (no problem with shower, heather and noise)
