Affordable, Comfortable, Clean and Great Staff

The staff were so helpful and nice to us. I even was given barber shop recommendations for my teen son. Breakfast was excellent every morning and the guy serving the food was always extra nice to us. The beds were extremely comfortable. The housekeepers did a great job and always gave us extra trash bags because we tended to accumulate alot each day. Id say Holiday Express San Juan Condado was the best hotel experience. Im definitely a fan of Holiday Inn now and will think twice about paying for over priced 5star hotels in the future. Im so glad we picked this hotel. My family agreed. Also price was very affordable for these type of accommodations.

Wanna go again :)

I liked that it had a whirlpool and a regular pool to relax in. Facilities had a gym which was nice and a 24 hour open market with drinks and quick foods for a late night bite :)

The bed was worn out it had a huge dip in the middlethe bed was not comfortable at all. The bathroom smells like sewage at times like they have a plumbing problem.

The hotel in not fair for the price. The corridor and the room smell!

The stuffs are good. The bed is conffy and the sheets are clean. The location is safe and close to restaurants, and a walking distance to the beach.

There is a bad fishy smell in the room and the corridor. The lobby is not fancy. Very limitted breakfast options. There is microwave in the room but eating in the room is not allowed ( just take out the microwave). Coffee maker has missing parts.

Staying here saved my vacation

everything was clean and neat. The room was a welcome pleasure. Breakfast was delicious.

For our itinerary it was a perfect location and supported our desire for a taste of San Juan.

The breakfast was very good, beyond cold cereal and toast, and the servers were professional and polite as well as the front desk personal. Much appreciated. Location was very good for our desire to walk around and see a touch of San Juan. Close enough to "run" back to the room to change if needed. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

We read the reviews and nothing was totally unexpected. With the weather conditions Puerto Rico has experienced we can only imagine the difficulty in doing repairs and upgrades.
