Overall experience was great

It was close to everything. Didn’t need a rental. Loved the view close to the beach. And the hotel provided towels, chairs and umbrellas which was great. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Also they charge 45.00 per day for both guest for hotel amenities like lunch, dinner, and drinks at the hotel. But if you don’t use it you lose it.

The only thing I didn’t like was when it’s really hot outside the condensation in the room would leave my clothes damp, the bed, and the floor would look like someone spilled something. But housekeeping would change your bed depending on the time

Amazing place in Condado

Location, cleanness and easy access to all interesting places in San Juan. Beach was fantastic, towels provide and water. Breakfast excellent even when this was not included Rooms comfortable and clean.

Customer service was rude and not friendly.

The hotel was noisy. The sink in the room smell and the food was horrible Finally I paid fir breakfast for 4 people, however when I check out I was billed breakfast for 2 costing over $400 extra to my credit card. Still waiting to hear from Marriott Still waiting to hear

It was okay

We was able to check in 3hrs early Free washer and dryer in the hotel

A customer claim we were making noise at a time we just got in our room. We are not sure if the staff lied or the customer got the room mixed up. We had to call 3xs for someone to come to our room for a spill. No one came. My husband had to go to the lobby and get a security guard to help us. House keeping didn’t go a good job in cleaning our room

I have stayed here several times: love the location, decor ambiance, cleanliness and hospitable staff. That was not the case this time. Do I can’t say anything positive.

No hot water Mildew smelling room Staff was not visible No temperature control in the room too cold and if you lower the temp the condensation would wet the floor etc Staff apathetic and dismissive Poor regard for guests staying at the hotel Screaming and unruly children in pool area No warning that Bar dining area was closed for hotel guests Did not understand the additional charges

Nice but not really worth the price.

The rooftop pool and bar was very nice. The rooms all had balcony’s which was also nice. It was kind of a strange setup for the bathroom.

There was construction starting at sometimes as early as 8 am and the walls were very thin so you can hear EVERYTHING. Which is not the most fun when your on vacation and want to sleep in a bit. I also did not like how they charge a 45 dollar service fee per day and then on top of that Puerto Rico charges a 7% tax for “rentals” so it ended up being like another 70 dollars a day on top of the price of the room per night.

I loved my stay and I will be coming back. I enjoyed my visit and time at the hotel!

The hotel has good and welcoming receptionist, it was clean and comfortable. The pool was sooo beautiful at night and getting compliments from the lounge was top tier service. 10/10

What an enjoyable stay!

My friends and I had an amazing time at AC Hotel! Our room was clean with a beautiful layout. I love the convenience of having a refrigerator in the room with a microwave right on our floor. I’m happy we opted for the continental breakfast included in our stay being that it was $21+ per person. Breakfast was great and so was the food on the lunch/dinner menu. The food prices were very decently priced. The pool area was beautiful and the beach was within walking distance. And speaking of distance, everything that we needed was in walking distance and we loved that! We were very highly appreciative that we were able to check in early as well! AC Hotel was truly beautiful and we would definitely stay here again!

The only complaint we had was poor housekeeping! We left to get breakfast and hang poolside for hours just to come back to our room around 4pm just to find out that it still wasn’t cleaned! We had to request towels and the garbage be taken out…and the same issue happened the following day as well.

I did not like the room was not set up to accommodate four people had to wait for towel we had to go get them are self did like the view of looking at a Allie to Burger King phone doesn't work over charge us a extra 250 the elevators was broke a lot of things was broke but I did like some of the customer service but they couldn't even honor what they said they would do the following day

I expected a little more from Marriott. The hotel to me was not upscale

the location and the guys at the front desk were excellent.

The smell in the rooms and hallways. The bathroom was not as clean in the shower area.

My Stay was exceptional. 9/10 for me. And I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

I LOVED the breakfast. The staff was very Professional and gave my friends and I a very warm greeting every time we had an encounter with them. Paola and Westley in particular were great! They're customer service was awesome! Next time when we visit hopefully they will still be there :)

I didn't like that the microwave was in the hallway. Just in case I wanted to heat something up late at night I would have to get up and go down the hall rather then staying in my room to heat up my food. But besides that there's nothing else that I didn't like about the property.

construction outside balcony lack of view took us a little time to find hotel beach automatic $45 a day fee accessed(you could use it toward food/drinks) if you book thru anyone other than Marriot directly, you are not eligible for Bonvoy points
