Very convenient for 1-2 nights visiting Sendai.

Very convenient, clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom. Staff is helpful. The lounge is a plus for travelers.

住宿第一晚遇到浴室有異味，當晚反映給櫃檯接待人員幫我們加強housekeeping，比手畫腳溝通後，隔天房務依照我們的請求解決怪味，非常感謝有乾淨的空間休息。

早餐很豐富，有很多西式、日式、原型食物的選擇，地點跟房間格局對旅客非常便利。

週末遊客多餐廳用餐區太熱鬧，連續住四天吃一樣的早餐最後我吃膩了，如果下次來會考慮不買早餐。

Convenience and comfort

Great location, being in the Sendai station complex. Great breakfast, comfy bed. Plenty of choice for places to eat and shopping within the train station complex. So easy to go on day trips by train.

Best Hotel with a view in Sendai

Location was perfect and it's one turn from the Shinkansen exit. The room was amazing, I love the bathroom which was quite big in the Japanese standards. I did not avail the breakfast as there are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. The view in my room was spectacular. I requested a higher floor room and gave me probably the best one.

I can't say anything bad about this hotel. Everything is perfect from check-in to check-out.

Great location, new and clean room!

Superb location that is connected to the Sendai train station, surrounded by plenty of shops and F&B options. There is also a lounge on lobby level that is accessible by all hotel guests where there is a range of beverages available.

Nothing really. Our only quibble is that there are not enough wall hooks within the room /bathroom for us to hang our used towels. Thus, they do not dry overnight we have to use fresh bath towels daily which is not our preference as we prefer to conserve resources and not have to change them daily.

Good location and value for money

The location is superb. It is just beside Sendai Station and it is fully sheltered. The room is right sized for couple and the breakfast while not as widespread nevertheless do showcase Miyagi's regional speciality which is appreciated. The staff is professional and detailed in their explanation. Despite the fact that English is not their main language, the staff nevertheless tried to make conversation as smooth as possible. My Japanese is shaky.

It would be good if there is free early check in and late check out. That said, the stay is quite good and it is definitely one of the highlights of our stay in Sendai.

Wonderful place to stay, convenient to everything, highly recommend.

Very convenient location to station, shops and restaurants, lovely, helpful staff, spacious room, the shower was AMAZING, wonderful amenities, hotel stored our luggage while we went sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay, despite the breakfast problems, and would likely stay again.

Hotel well situated right next to Sendai station. Ideal for day trips. Breakfast was good for cold dishes. Plenty of shops in the vicinity.

We had a few issues with breakfast. Firstly there was a limited amount of fresh fruit available, initially only orange and grapefruit segments on the same plate, which is not acceptable for people with grapefruit allergies. This was later changed to two separate dishes, but no more fruit choices. The "hot" food was kept on hotplates that were not kept hot meaning that the food was only lukewarm. If these problems are rectified then this would make breakfast a much better experience.

One of the best experiences I had in Japan

One of my best experiences in Japan. The hotel sites inside The JR Sendai station, it's very convenient when using the shinkansen or the metro.The hotel is close to everything you need - shops, restaurants, convenient stores. The rooms are huge, nicely decorated and very comfortable, The bathtub was really big, probably the biggest I saw in Japan. I was given a room on the floor before the last and I had a gorgeous view of Sendai. The staff is super nice and polite and helps you with everything with a smile. The buffet is one of the best I ever had in Japan and I went to lots of buffets in Japan. Everything's was so delicious and the selection was really huge, especially the mashed potato, tofu and Miyagi vegetables, it was really the best. If you have the choice don't miss the buffet, it was really worth it. Thank you so much, I will definitely return!

Superb

The room was very comfortable, I especially enjoyed their bathroom. The location was super convenient, with several commercial centres and JR station just downstairs, it saved us lots of time. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

Sendai sightseeing very comfortable

Great location accessible from station mall. Lovely guest lounge . Helpfull and friendly staff . Excellent buffet breakfast in nice restaurant.

right smack in sendai station. might be a challenge initially but there are signs if you look out for it. room very clean and well maintained. lovely bathroom. location is too notch with easy access to trains, restaurants and shopping.

Pseudo-posh hotel in a great location with misleading pictures of accommodation.

The hotel is fairly new, vry well located and the furnishings were nice.

We had to upgrade our room at the cost of almost one night's stay because our booking pictures did not show that the bed was jammed up against the wall so that the inner person could not get out of bed without disturbing the other. The upgraded room was only 1 sq. metre bigger to get a bed where the was freedom on both sides. This is definetly not shown in the pictures. Also, we had to "discuss" with the manager for a long time to get the upcharge made more reasonable as the hotel originally wanted quite a bit more. The rooms are smaller than they appear in pictures provided on Booking.com and space is wasted in them attempting to make a "nice-looking" room rather than a practical one.

Few minutes walk to the hotel from JR Sendai station

the hotel was located in JR Sendai station, easy to find restaurant.

The price is more expensive than others, air condition in my room is quite hot at night.
