駅から近かったところ

駐車場代が別にかかるのは駅近なので仕方ないけど、ちょっと残念な気持ちになった。フロントスタッフの対応が最悪だった。荷物の種類なんていきなり言われても何を答えるのかわからないのに、こっちから言わないと詳しく説明しようともしないし、笑顔で対応もしないし、手続きが終わったのかどうかもはっきり言わないから、こっちから終わりですかと聞く始末。自分からホテルスタッフという仕事を選んだはずなのに、客に対しての基本ができてない気がした。

隣の部屋で騒ぐ女らの会話が　夜中に丸わかり。2度フロントに訴えたが、対応したのかわからず。うるさいまま。最悪の夜。　ねむれなかった。　スタッフはチェックイン時から笑顔なし、とにかく、対応悪いし

シングルにしては新大阪駅タワーより広かった

仙台駅からの自由通路からアパホテル通路に降りる際、階段だけで無く、スロープも欲しい。キャリーバック持っての昇降は大変

睡眠の質にこだわらないビジネス向けの宿泊施設でした

清潔感があり、きれい

値段なりです。狭いし、枕やベッドもよくない。置いてある創業者関連の本と社長の顔写真入りのミネラルウォーターを見て、宗教じみていて怖かったです。安いビジネスホテルとしてはありだと思うけど、わたしは苦手でした。ごめんなさい。

Central location in Sendai

The location was central. Close to the JR station, shopping and restaurants. Had all the amenities that a traveller requires. Great value for the price.

You don't book this for the views. The room was very small but you get what you pay for.

Thumb up service at the front desk. Ask for a electronic air-filter, it was brought in next minute.

It seems to pay ¥1800 for breakfast is not a right choice, where is less varieies of food and not refill food frequently.

Very good

Unbeatable location! Only a few minutes walk from JR Sendai station. There is a direct skywalk from Sendai station to the 2nd floor of the hotel which is very convenient. The room and facilities were clean. I had a comfortable night. Plus wifi connection is really strong!

I feel that the staff was a bit impolite when I dropped off my lugguage at the hotel in early morning before check-in time. I feel that when he knew that I am non-Japanese, he sounded a bit blunt when talking to me.
