Wound definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, friendly and approachable staff and clean! Having a pool was a bonus!

i would definitely stay here again and highly recommend caye Caulker and this spot to all travellers

location is perfect abd the pool, it was not a five start hotel but nothing in caye Caulker really is except for maybe a hand full of high end places, our particular unit had an amazing ac and although it did not have a patio or view of the ocean it was very nice because our unit didn’t get the sun beating down on our room. which was nice for sleeping in. Elroy the security guard is super nice and is there all night long, we felt very safe, but honestly Caye Caulker is very safe

the condo is part of a complex and on some sites advertises access to a roof too patio, however that was only available for 4 units not for our room which was #9.. but honestly not a big deal because salty is right across the road and you can grab a 3 dollar beer and go sit on their covered dock on a hammock or swing

Aceptable, pero por el precio hubiera esperado algo mejor

Lo cerca del embarcadero, frente a la playa, que contaba con piscina.

La entrada a una de las habitaciones era de Arena y se entraba a la habitación, el aire acondicionado muy viejo funcionaba poco y el ventilador de pedestal adicional muy pequeño y viejo. En la otra habitación ubicada en el 2do. Nivel las cortinas eran transparentes. El equipamiento de la cocinera muy escaso, por ejemplo solo una cuchara.

Not recommended….although the management company did provide items as per advertised, only after we refused eviction.

Not as advertised, condos are individually owned, and therefore stocked and maintained as owners deem necessary. AC leaked everywhere, cooktop unsafe, no toaster, micro, cups, glasses, usable frypan/pots, few utensils.

Pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

It’s right next to the beach - that’s definitely the chief attraction. Room was big and had a place to cook. Air conditioning was good. The pool was beautiful.

One of the beds was hard as a stone. The bathroom was terrible. Rust on the sink, the shower head sprayed in random places, there was a leak from somewhere and the floor was always wet. There was a safe in the room, but it had no batteries so couldn’t be used. One of the windows in the room couldn’t be locked. I paid for a room with a sofa bed, but instead the room had no sofa bed and they charged us for a portable bed to be setup. I couldn’t find my email which detailed the sofa bed, so I just let it go since it was only $15. When it was time to check out, they refused to let us store our bags there so we could explore the island, even though there was space in a storage room. They said just leave your bags in a courtyard on a picnic table!

good location.

they post for $63 a night with 50% deposit but, when you get there you need up pay total over $100 smh since they can’t return your deposit you kind of stuck with it. i wont recommend this place.

It was okay. I would pick a different room.

Short walk from water taxi . Felt safe. Has pool. Close to bars. Hot water in shower .

I keep getting bit by mosquitoes. See bugs. Could fix up a bit more.

Not expecting for what u pay for.

The location

The beds need to be upgraded / fixed , there is a small kitchen but there is nearly stuff , 1 drinking glass, not enough knifes , spoons, forks. Electric stove with 2 plates 1 is only working , we are in 2023 and no microwave ,after complaining we got one from the office.there is a eating table but only 1 stool. It is a private owned apartment but you can see the owner didn't visit it for a long time to check on it.

nice spot close to everything and the roof top was amazing

view of the ocean and great private roof top terrace. Neat little kitchen and AC was very good and good pool plenty of room

The location is ideal! Rooms vary widely in amenities, as they are all privately owned! Therefore there is a disparity in how they are furnished and maintained! BUT, the location could not be better, and staff are courteous and pleasant!

cheap price gets you cheap amenities but not clean or comfortable

central location on the beach

this is a very fun down hotel. everything in the room was broken , smelled like mold. our water even shut off for several hours in the morning with no explanation. bathroom door doesn’t close completely so had no privacy. beds extremely hard and uncomfortable, no extra blankets offered just a sheet given. pool is very tiny with only 2 chairs for the entire hotel which is not practical at all.

I was expecting something less inviting because price. But, new manager, Levita was crazy great at welcome and helped me get my snorkel tour delayed.. then the room was great and well in my budget

Stay away from unit 12

Great location Staff were always very helpful

Our unit was terrible Bare light bulbs, rusted towel bars, no storage at all in bathroom Unable to use safe (locked, no key). Only a plate on the wall for a smoke detector, no smoke detector Balcony had numerous broken and missing tiles Beds were uncomfortable and pillows almost non existent Unit 12 way overpriced for what it is.

nice place if it weren’t for the awful owner of the restaurant that shares the property.

location was great

Staff at the hotel was great but the owner of the restaurant was rude and abrasive. after fishing and hanging out on the pier all week without problem, the owner came out on our last night and started cussing at my kids, through our fishing bait on the ground and refused to tell us who he was. Apparently the pier is owned by the restaurant and not the hotel. We were never informed of any rules of the pier and had been fishing out their all week with the staff but that last night he decided to come out, and enforce unknown rules with complete disregard to his behavior and language in front of kids. for this reason we will never stay there again. this was our 4th time staying there.

The location was great!

Our room needed repairs, kitchen poorly stocked. Daughters room was updated and much nicer. Same price. Owner of restaurant across street was awful.
