We are thrilled for the new renovations Vista Cay is working on this year. After 18 years our main pool is being renovated but not to worry, guests are more than welcome to join us at the New Isles Pool & Bar, which are now fully open. We realize that this closure of a main resort amenity will be inconvenient for our guests however it is necessary. We plan on keeping the Clubhouse lobby, game room, and fitness center open, however there may be temporary closures as needed for safety. While Verity works on the remodel, the Board is also utilizing this down time to replace the Clubhouse roof. The renovations will start on September 13, 2024 till the end of February, 2025.
The Clubhouse pool will be receiving the following upgrades and renovations:
Resurfacing and removing the leaking infinity edge of the Clubhouse pool.
New deck pavers and design.
Expanding the deck space to the maximum allowed with our existing land and setbacks.
Expanding the size and capacity of the hot tub.
New children’s water play feature.

Loved this property. This was our 3rd stay in Vista Cay. Preferred this penthouse to the other 2 properties we previously stayed at. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. So comfortable and well appointed with necessities. Loved the welcome basket as we came in! We had everything we needed traveling with our two adult kids. Everyone had their own space. The penthouse is spotless and very well maintained. A 15 minute drive to Magic Kingdom and/or to the Islands of Adventure. I will definitely stay at this property again the next time we are in Orlando!!

Best VRBO I ever stayed it. They didn’t skimp on anything at all. Beds super comfortable. All the little things that you have at home, were there for you. Details like a welcome basket, drinks in the fridge, laundry supplies, hand soap, sanitizer, literally everything you need. Thank you so much!!

This place is wonderful. We have rented from VRBO for a very long time and usually multiple times a year. This by far was the easiest rental we have done. Check in was smooth. Directions were clear. When we entered the condo, the place smelled clean and was clean. And, this is the FIRST place that had everything! I didn’t have to run to the store for essentials. They provided it all(paper towels, trash bags, Kleenex, toilet paper laundry supplies and a cute little welcome basket filled with snacks). The beds were super comfortable and the towels were extra large, soft and fluffy. Quiet environment and plenty of parking. Near all major attractions in Orlando.
Check out was also super easy. All we had to do was put the towels in the laundry. No stripping beds or washing everything before we left. We will definitely book this condo the next time we are in Orlando.

The unit was exactly as described. There was a nice welcome basket on the counter when we arrived with some snack and a bottle of wine with a sweet note. The unit was clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do during our visit. Communication with the property manager was great. Would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend this property.

We chose this location for its proximity to OCCC. It was walkable and saved us time and frustration from dealing with the heavy traffic in that area. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. A crock pot would have been an added bonus so we wouldn't have to travel with ours to help with late meals after the afternoon wave of volleyball games but obviously that's not a deal breaker.

This was a perfect location and reasonable price for my family. Nightly cost was equivalent to a nice hotel but accommodated my entire family and teens. Very spacious and very clean. We had absolutely no issues with the rental at all. A few extra things would have been nice and made it even more perfect but so very minor, such as a small step stool for us short folk or a sitting chair in the queen room or nonslip mat in the 2nd bath tub. But those things were so minor. Everything was perfect and affordable!

It was so nice to be able to spread out more than a hotel and it was very convenient to quickly get to the parks or restaurants at night. Beds were great, which is the most important part of the stay.

This property was very comfortable and well stocked. We do a girls trip here twice a year and always stay at Vista Cay and this condo was perfect in every way! Thank you, we'll be back in the spring!

This property is easily accessible, private and quiet. The buildings, grounds and amenities are well maintained. The property manager had fantastic quick communication and allowed our family early access. We also left early hoping to give the housekeepers a little extra time to prepare it for the next guests. The welcome basket treats were appreciated. Management kindly left soap for the dishwasher and washing machine and there are several “extras” in the unit – like beach towels and items to care for a toddler. There were, however, 2 important items that need addressing. (No, we didn't have time in our short stay to address the items with management.) Number one and most important - is the poor-quality mattress in the primary bedroom. This is a high-quality property, but the mattress is completely shot and makes for a miserable night's sleep. Second, cleaning. Dust is high in this property as it has an abundant amount of faux greenery. The unit needs a deep clean - particularly the floors. Housekeeping did not clean baseboards, greenery, or the corners of the bathroom floors before our stay. Numerous dead bugs in the light fixtures and the primary shower was not well cleaned. (The shower could also use a storage shelf for shampoos.) Overall, this is a nice property and if the 2 items were addressed, it would be a perfect location for a family trip to Orlando.

Luxurious Comfort
Beautifully appointed, impeccably clean and within close proximity to countless venues, shopping and activities.
We stayed for a week to visit family and hit the Disney parks for the final 3 days. Not only was each room beautifully decorated, the beds were so much more comfortable than any I've ever slept on. With spacious rooms, high ceilings and a roomy balcony, our group of 4 adults and 1 teen felt we had more than enough space. Also, there were so many thoughtful items provided for our use (household cleansers, paper towels, dish detergent, etc.) that we really did not have any need to purchase anything. Our generous host even left a lovely snack and beverage basket along with a note that really helped us feel welcomed on day 1!
Plenty of indoor activities for staying in: movies, cable with a couple of movie channels, well-made puzzles, kids toys and games. Having the 1+ mile walking/jogging path around the lake was really nice. My adult son absolutely loved use of the quality basketball court accessible within the complex.
One other nice surprise was the complete lack of bugs / mosquitos anytime outdoors. Not really sure how this is possible given the beautiful lake and was even hesitant to book here because of that, but no issues at all throughout the day/night!
So glad to have found this gem - will definitely be booking again! Thank you for an amazing getaway ❤️

This property was very nice and convenient to all the locations we visited during our stay. The only minor problem was the parking during the 4th of July weekend. Unfortunately we had to park 3-4 buildings away and walk. My husband is handicapped and cannot walk long distances, so I would have to drop him off, get him a seat, and then go park. Left a message for management but never got a call back. Overall, we had a very nice stay. Have stayed at Vista Cay before and would recommend.

Great, open condo layout w/ lots of host amenities
We love staying in this part of Vista Cay when we come into town annually for a big industry conference. These condos are well furnished and laid out both for our own needs and also to do small hospitality at. The property mgmt company added a lot of really nice little touches - some refreshments in the frig plus a stock of coffee and creamers, extra TP and paper towels, new dishwashing and dishwasher supplies, etc. Made stocking for our five days easier since we didn't have to buy things we might only use a little bit of. Everything was clean and in great condition.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It is a very kid friendly unit. It was in a great location for our days in Universal Orlando and Discovery Cove. The grocery store as well as many shops and restaurants all right close by. Would highly recommend this unit.
