Bien pour un séjour en famille

À notre arrivée, l'accueil était chaleureux et professionnel, ce qui a immédiatement mis en place une atmosphère accueillante. Les serveurs se sont montrés particulièrement serviables, répondant à toutes nos demandes avec le sourire et une grande efficacité, en particulier Mohamed DHIBI qui a été notre plus fidèle serveur, toujours disponible avec le sourire et très poli. Merci à Mohamed pour son hospitalité. Les locaux étaient impeccablement propres, ce qui témoigne de l'attention portée aux détails par le personnel. Chaque espace, des chambres aux zones communes, reflétait un souci constant de propreté et de confort. A côté d'une Médina, très agréable. Nous avons également apprécié les diverses commodités offertes, qui ont enrichi notre expérience. L'équipe d'animation toujours dynamique, politique, avec le sourire. En somme, cet hôtel allie confort, service de qualité et ambiance agréable, et nous ne manquerons pas de le recommander à nos proches.

Le parc Carthage Land n'était pas ouvert en octobre (sauf le week-end).. C'est dommage car j'avais réservé cet hôtel pour ça.

Noget nedslidt hotel med venligt personale og god frokost/aftensmad

Det meste af personalet var rigtig søde og servicemindede (særlig "shout out" til tjeneren Kamal og vagten Hamsa). Frokosten og aftensmaden var også over forventning. Og så ligger hotellet centralt i medinaen.

Hotellets aftenunderholdning er ekstremt højlydt - og slutter først klokken 23:30. Så hvis man som os har værelser lige ud til, skal man ikke forvente at kunne få ro til at sove (eller bare være der) før der. Af samme grund skiftede vi også værelse efter den første nat. Her slap vi for larmen fra underholdningen. Men da vinduerne ikke lukkede ordentligt, var der stadig en del larm om morgenen - bl.a. da der blev slået græs klokken 8. Samtidig kunne toiletdøren ikke lukke, aircon'en virkede ikke ordentligt, og der lugtede også lidt af kloak. Der er også kun internet på nogle dele af hotellet. Skal man have en liggestol ved en af de to ferskvandspool, skal man også stå tidligt op. For efter 8:30 er alt reserveret med håndklæder. Det skyldes sandsynligvis de gamle og slidte liggestole, der var ved saltvandspoolen. Eller måske bare at folk ikke gider at bruge meget tid på den noget kedelige morgenmad.

The food was good, the beddings were supper comfortable

To be honest the reception staff wasn't terrific, the first impression wasn't so good, the TV didn't work most of the time and there's no TV in the bedroom.

The staff are very friendly, the open Buffet was amazing and varied every day there were new meals. it was amazing week.

I liked the location, swimming pools and Food. the walking area around the hotel is beautiful. The property is spacious, clean the beds are comfortable we chose the family property which has 2 floors the top floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 en-suite with balcony and another bathroom. the ground floor has lobby , toilet, kitchen and two balconies I really recommend this property

missing stuff like broom and washing lines for the laundry. we had to spread our clothes on the chairs to dry them. This is essential when you go swimming on holiday. but I’m sure if we asked for them they would brought it to us.

Everything in the Hotel, from the reception and room to the pool, food, facilities, staff and restaurant.

The bar was in the middle of the reception area and pool towels required efforts to get them and drop them back everyday.

Amazing people, great food, large space, and a good way to end our travel across Tunisia.

The hotel is its own little island with food, entertainment, and shopping within the same area - which are a stay if a few nights is good. The food choices were awesome. The staff including the animators are amazing. There are sufficient activities to keep one busy.

It cuts off from the main town and medina - this is a tourist corner which is good perhaps but one doesn’t get feel of the country.

Junior suite was large enough for the family (couple + 2 kids)

Chaos when we arrived. Hotel was too crowded! It was difficult to access the parking (we were told it was full although parking was included in the contract). It was not possible to find someone who can assist with the transfer of our suitcases.

The Food was excellent 10/10, the rooms were nice and clean, the staff were friendly, helpful and generous.

A couple of suggestions would be having a card instead of a wrist band, longer shower curtain in bath, pools being open longer hours, the private beach being tidied up more.

Overall, this hotel is very expensive compared to its offered facilities.

- The staff was humble and welcoming - The private beach is well equipped with long chairs but I expected it to be just next door to the hotel, one has to walk around 400m to reach it.

Honestly, this hotel was overrated, when I was booking I did base on its rating and some comments, this hotel is very expensive compared to its offered facilities. It did not meet my expectations. It does not deserve 4 stars. I was disappointed by the following: - The food was ok, in 4 stars hotel I expected more food varieties especially for dinner almost no food with seafood, the food taste was normal nothing super tasty. Tape water was only provided for breakfast but not over dinner, they push you to buy a very expensive bottle of water. - The hotel is not clean, at the entrance and first floor you smell urine everywhere. - All the stairs are very dirty and there are insects and spiders in the rooms, which also was not super clean and they smell bad. - The hotel needs some renewing touches, many things look old, the rooms look like “dar khla3a” rather than a 4 stars room hotel. - The swimming pool opening time is very limited, from 10 AM to 6 PM which not very convenient for someone who wants to swim early in the morning or a bit late. - We were family and rented three rooms and mentioned while booking to have them next to each other but it was not the case, all our rooms were dispersed and we had to walk around long distances to meet each other. - The hair dryer was broken in one of our rooms and one works for a small period of time and stops and we have to wait that it gets charged and that was very annoying. - No elevator is available to access one of the rooms on the second floor, only stairs, which was not very convenient, especially for my mother who has knee problems. - The wifi was extremely bad in the rooms, it connects for some time and then disconnects and does not appear again, you should fix that! - I reserved three double rooms but one of the given rooms was single room type just because they did not have enough double rooms. - No one informs you about offered facilities/night programs/plans unless you ask.
