La posizione, la Piscina con l'acqua di mare

Un grande delusione; albergo molto pieno, poco personale. Una volta fatto il check in, siamo saliti nelle camere e a sistri sorpresa abbiamo trovato 2 camere su 3 non pronte, non pulite per la consegna. L'albergo necessità decisamente una ristrutturazione e una rinnovazione; mobili vecchi e consumati, mobili del balcone arruginiti, attrezzi della vasca da doccia rotte, spina per l'asciugacapelli staccato, serrature delle porte consumate, ascensore spesso guasto, TV degli anni 80 e non funzionante. Il personale spesso chiede indirettamente la mancia e addirittura ti chiede da bere, soprattutto a chi ha l'allarme inclusive. Spazio piscina: alle 8.30/9.00 non hanno ancora finito di pulire.. Il buffet è in generale buono.l'assortimento è vario con frutta e verdura freschi. Pesce e carne alla griglia ecc

Première et dernière fois !

Quelques serveurs qui etait adorable et restait souriant malgré leur conditions de travail horrible , et de belles rencontres parmis les clients

La vétusté de l'hôtel+++, l'état des chambres , le manque de civisme, la musique à fond jusqu'à 1h du matin pour 5 pèlerins car les chambres ne sont pas isolés si vous avez la chance d'avoir une porte fenêtre qui se ferme correctement. Moquette sales et tachés, déjà qui met encore de la moquette en 2024, clim qui fuit, les nanas à l'accueil qui ne savent pas sourire, limite tu les dérange. Plusieurs cles ouvre les memes chambres , jai jamais vu ca, une cliente sest tromper plusieurs fois et entrait normal ds notre chambre avec sa clé, nous lavons signalés mais rien n'a été fait. La nourriture décevante et répétitive.vous ne trouverais pas de bricks , de fricassé, kafteji, de salade mechouia, de beignets sfenj, tout ce quon a envi de manger en Tunisie quoi, il faut sortir pour ca. il faut se battre pr se servir, d'ailleurs on a assister à une bagarre en plein milieu du restaurant et mon mari s'en est pris une à vouloir séparer, pour de la bouffe mdrr, séjour juste horrible, mes enfants ont profiter de la piscine et c tout, transat cassé, pas un en bon etat, les matelas dessus sont tous troués probablement jamais lavés, club enfant inexistant, animateurs qui te calcule même pas , reste entre eux et pour les quelques animations , ma nièce de 12 ans ferait mieux. Nous n'avons pas pu nous baigner à la mer, trop de déchets ou méduses le long de la plage Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel!!! Heureusement que je suis assez intelligente pour savoir que la Tunisie ce n'est pas ça!

L'emplacement, l'animation, les piscines, la nourriture, personnel gentil.

Service long au restaurant, pas de chaise longue la matin, sèche cheveux fonctionne pas, pas de frigidaire dans la chambre. Pas de cendrier chambre et à l'extérieur des piscines.

nous avons perdu nos vacances

Le personnel était très antipathique, la première chambre que nous avons eue après 2 heures d'enregistrement était un chantier de construction, nous avons dû attendre à la réception puis avons eu une nouvelle chambre. Mon mari a montré à l'employé une photo de la première chambre qu'il avait prise et qui nous faisait croire qu'il y avait un chantier de construction. Lorsque nous avons reçu la clé de la nouvelle chambre, l'employé a dit qu'il voulait revoir la photo, mon mari, sans méfiance, lui a montré la photo, l'employé a pris le téléphone des mains sans demander et a immédiatement supprimé la photo et a donné lui le téléphone en retour. Nous ne pouvons pas nous plaindre Dans la nouvelle chambre, la porte du balcon a été mal installée et n'a pas été modifiée malgré une plainte. Nous avions la formule tout compris et lorsque nous avons demandé une bouteille d'eau, on nous a répondu non, nous n'avions pas d'eau. Les salariés nous parlent sans respect. Nous ne recommandons cet hôtel à personne et nous avons payé suffisamment pour l'hôtel. Nous sommes très déçus et n'y retournerons pas. Ce n'étaient pas de belles vacances, nous avons perdu nos vacances.

Awful and very disappointed!

The location of the hotel was close to everything.

The whole facility was old, air conditioner didn’t work, the rooms were full of dirty carpet and stained furniture. We had to go to 3 different rooms after complaining to even get one that was decent and it was a supposed suite which was dirty. I found used bar soap in the shower which showed it was never cleaned. I paid for an inclusive stay but the food was so gross we ate outside every meal plus the included liquor was so cheap and awful we bought other liquor to have better quality. I’d never stay here again and have no idea how this resort is 4 stars! Run far and fast. When we complained they refused to refund any money paid and simply made excuses.

everything, staff in reception was rude and the same in the restaurant. I payed in reception and been given a key to the room so at night I went to restaurant and I been stopped at the door because I don’t have a bracelet and I should get one from reception how do you know and why was I not been giving one when I payed and received the room key, and the man in the restaurant he said I will let u this time! looks like he’s giving me a favour when I should be treat it as a guest, bad experience

Location was amazing, staff were great, food was nice. The view was outstanding, pool outside of a nice size. Check in and check out easy, staff very helpful.

The room wasn't what I expected, the carpet was stained badly and it looked horrible, the bed broke on the first night while sitting on it and sleeping was uncomfortable, but we were moved to different room after that which was much nicer. Still the mattress was not very comfortable and pillows of poor quality. The lights in the bathroom were flickering all the time giving us a headache, would be very bad for someone with epilepsy.

Rooms are comfortable, cleanliness not great towels and sheets need renewing , food bad for Europeans but you can always find something, overall not a bad holiday 🙂

Staff not very sociable look like they lost 50 dinar every day, food cold , lots choice just not to my taste, mainly caters for the arabs if you like that kind of food you will enjoy
