Residential area.

Space was very nice, modern and comfortable. Quite and peaceful. You can have a parking spot with extra payment.

Very nice

The apartment is new, clean, and the location is excellent, as is the equipment of the apartment. The parking space in the garage meant a lot to us, because we were with two small children and a baby. Host provided us with a crib for the baby. Communication with the host was excellent. :)

Great apartment all accessories avaliable and close to center of Graz. It was a bit pricey Because of formula 1 that weekend.

Great apartment, very clean and tastefully and modernly furnished. Extremely nice host gave us many valuable tips for our stay. Apartment perfectly equipped with everything that was needed. We highly recommend this place!

I recommend this place and I would repeat my stay there

Fine location, perfect communication with owner, perfectly clean, lots of space, not too expensive (although it can be little bit cheaper, it is not hotel), equipped with everything you need for even longer stay, great garage.

It is in ground floor and entrance doors get stuck when closing.

Very clean and great location.

This is probably the cleanest apartment that we've ever stayed in. Check-in was easy. We got the keys from the office (easy to find on a main street) and the staff was very helpful and gave lots of additional information and answered questions. Parking is on-site and secured. Highly recommended.

No Air Conditioning!

It is a modern apartment With a nice garage that we had to pay 9 Euros per day for it but it is worth it. Nice smart tv and a good size kitchen with dish washer. Close to restaurants and bars.

We had to go back two times to find the host, however we had an issue calling him due to issues with our phone. but does not have air conditioning which makes the rooms hot during the summer, it’s on the ground floor so you cannot leave the windows and balcony doors open. There is a small fan in the unit which is not sufficient for two rooms. It was not easy to sleep in such a hot room.

Super location for super city, amazing Graz with parking

New clean well equipped parking location Graz is amazing

Ground floor on the road but no noise no traffic in the nights evenings quite place so not really a minus...
