A pesar de que limpian la piscina cada día, está sucia. El buffet es siempre la misma comida y los restaurantes que reservas por la noche es más de lo mismo.

El colchón en la habitación. Se descansa bien

Las instalaciones ya necesitan una buena renovación. El buffet sin aire acondicionado no es nada cómodo, no se disfruta nada. Faltan áreas frescas o sombrillas.

Es un Hotel muy bonito, agradable pero si necesitan trabajar con los detalles.

El Hotel es muy Grande y tiene muy bonitos paisajes; también hay agradable ambiente, y los animadores muy agradables y amenos.

Primeramente la alberca no le dan mantenimiento diario, el agua al tercer día de haber llegado estaba turbia. Los cubiertos del restaurante estaban sucios, con olor a saliva. Hay muy pocos camastros para la cantidad de gente que hay hospedada. Las sombras para los camastros son muy pocos Deberían poner a un equipo 24 horas asegurar que la playa esté limpia de sargazo. El personal es poco servicial, el elevador del edificio 5, no servia desde el primer piso. Ya que el botón estaba averiado. Estábamos unos 8 huéspedes esperando que el elevador bajara, entre los empleados que pasaron, ninguno se acercó a darnos la indicación que estaba descompuesto.

Hôtel très agréable

C'est un complexe sans prétention où il ya des jeunes des moins jeunes des enfants des couples et tout le monde profite de la vie. Les animations sont sympas et bien menées, la nourriture est correcte, les serveurs sont accueillants. On y vient de temps en temps et c'est toujours un bon moment. Ce qui est dommage c'est ceux qui prennent les transats et qui finalement ne sont pas là de la journée !

La chambre bâtiment palenque est vieillotte. Les gens réservent tous les transats et la moitié ne sont pas là.

La habitación es cómoda. Llegamos temprano y nos dejaron pasar a desayunar.

Luego de haber trabajado en hoteleria y de haberme hospedado en varios hoteles todo incluido de la Riviera Maya, puedo dar mi opinión sobre este hotel: -Teniendo en cuenta que hay muy pocos camastros alrededor de la alberca y en la playa, es imposible conseguir uno luego de las 8:30am ya que todos están "ocupados" con toallas. Se ven camastros vacíos todo el dia, pero están "reservados" por gente que únicamente deja su toalla allí y se va (luego quizás ni lo usan en todo el dia). ESTO ES UNA FALTA TOTAL DE RESPETO Y PESIMA ORGANIZACION POR PARTE DEL HOTEL. -Muy poca variedad de comida y de muy baja calidad. -Supuestamente el ckeck in es a las 15hs, pero nuestra habitación estuvo lista a las 16hs. Para llegar a la misma, tuvimos que "adivinar" donde quedaba e ir preguntando ya que nadie nos acompaño ni nos ofrecieron llevar las maletas. El servicio/trato al cliente por parte del personal es muy precario. Es un hotel todo incluido de muy baja calidad, que no debería costar más de $3000 o $3500 por noche. También tiene mucha falta de mantenimiento en áreas comunes.

Los cuartos, el clima no servía dos noches estuve con calor, y se reporto, hasta el 3 día enfrió un poco. Pedí toallas y nada. No había disponibilidad en cenas. No recomiendo este hotel . La playa súper sucia y estancada el agua y llena de sargazo, te ibas a la otra playa del hotel de a lado y estaba más limpia, aún con sargazo pero si podías bañarte

Honestly, the cons highly outweighed the pros of staying at this property.

The staff made the stay very inconvenient. The reasons included: -Not allowing taxis/transport to drive up to lobby from the front gate (at least a 1.2 mile walk) unless it was directly organized through BlueBay itself. They didn’t provide any transport. After a night club they made us walk this distance in the dark. -The room was dirty upon arrival, after already postponing check in an hour late. -The food was not great.

Worst experience ever, Total false advertising, waste of $ waste of money

NOTHING!

Terrible experience, not worth a single dollar. This hotel is barely 2 stars, the beach was filthy in addition to the amount of Alga and extreme bad smell, we were informed that the hotel doesn’t clean the beach because it is responsibility of the county so no one is able to use the beach. Hotels next foor had equipment cleaning their side of the beach every morning but not this one. We had 2 rooms, the AC never got lower than 85 degrees, could not sleep any of the nights, Maintanence came 2 tones said there was nothing they couldn’t do because the AC units were old. Food was very sub standard and my daughter got food poisoning from under eggs at breakfast and had to take her to the emergency room. Pool never had any clean towels, all guests were cramped in the pool due to no access to the beach, the pools were not very clean, water looked gloomy. 1 small bar in the pool area serving hundreds of people, lines were very long, staff overworked and overwhelmed. The hotel only had 3 golf carts working for the whole resorts so rides were extrictely for check in no other service for guests. Nightbar was the same, area extremely hot, the music/dj left at midnight after 3 hrs, the hotel left a wireless speaker if you want music the guests has to connect a cell phone. Worst experience ever!

honestly - nothing. it was a disastrous experience

don’t even know where to start…First off: public restrooms - you can’t even wash your hands, because the majority of their sinks and faucets just don’t work! Second: food - my daughter got food poisoning on day 1 of our trip at that Mexican restaurant so we ended eating in the buffet, third: Internet - it just doesn’t exist in the rooms, i couldn’t even load google page on my phone let alone watch something. it is a huge shame to have such poor internet service in this day and age. fourth: extremely noisy all around the clock! i felt that the service staff are pulling their carts in the hallways 24/7 creating a lot of noise as the floors in hallways are textured stones. They don’t even have “do not disturb” signs, so you frequently end up with room service knocking on your door and yelling “room service” right in the middle of your baby’s naps!

food was not edible it was GROSS! No waitress service at the pool/beach, alcohol was below bottom shelf. Blue tarps draped over buildings with no one working on the issue. Ghetto Resort !!! Left two days early .
