Hic keyif almadik surekli bir sıkıntı yaşadık ve çözüme ulaştıran yoktu.

House keeping ali bey 4118 num oda ile ilgilenen asiri kibar ve iyi biriydi yerler kusursuzca süpürüyor ve siliyordu mis gibiydi odamız hergün temizlendi ve yardımcı oldu.lobide yassir bey aynı şekilde elinden gelen yardımı sagladı.panaroma barda çalışan arkadaş da aynı şekilde çok güler yüzlü ve temizdi içicekleri özenli yapıyordu güzeldi tadları akşam dondurmada duruyor hatta. Animasyon ekibi sürekli aktivite yaptılar kids clup iyiydi. Yemeklerde çeşit çok ama tatları çok iştah kabartmaz. Dalış için güzel otelde imkan var 2 usd ile kiralama yapabiliyosunız. Check out yaptıktan sonra uçuş saatine kadar tüm imkanlardan faydalanabildik sagolsunlar mutfakta çalışan ekip süper hepsi güler yüzlü yardımcı elinden gelen yardımı hızı saglıyor yetişmeye çalışıyorlardı. Makarnadaki abla zaten tek bayan o çok tatlıydı güler yüzlüydü. Her akşam konsept hazırlığı vardı yemekten önce mısır gecesi hallowen konsepti guzeldi. 7 tane havuz var birbirinden ayri yerlerde o yuzden yogunluk yoktu belli biyerde kafa dinlemek icin arka havuzlara gecmek super hepsinde bar var bu arada 2 tanesinde yok sadece hepsinde 2-3 tane cankurtaran var ve surekli uyariyor ve cocuk havuzuda 3-4 tane vardi.

Akşamları pizza yiyebildik ailecek fakat pizzada duran adam sürekli kızarak ve söylenerek pizzayı verdi aile olduğumuzu belirtmeme ragmen vermeyip hep tartıştık 3 kişi sıraya girsekte aynı şey ?( kısa boylu olan adını bilmiyorum.uzun boylu aşırı kibar ve güler yüzlü) 1 pizzayı 3 kişi yiyoruz bu arada) lobi bistro barda çalışan çocuklar istedigimiz içicegi laf söyleyerek reddederek verdi sürekli eşime ve kendime kahve istiyorum eşine yok diyor saçma sapan ? Meyve sürekli aynı hurmanın 4 çeşidi var guava arada muz.(1 kere denk geldik ama çocugum hastalanınca muz rica ettim verdiler depodan) Patates kızartması makarna besleniyosunuz salata. Tatlı sürekli pasta çeşidi arada şerbetli tatlı oda kek üstüne şerbet. En kötüsü türkiyeden uçuşlar tek sefer ve gece oldugu için odaya erken girmek için ekstra 40 usd ödedik ve 5 e kadar gene bekledik satın aldığım odayı degil geçici oda verdi saat 2 de gelip degiştirebilcegimizi söylediler fakat geri döndügümüzde 1 saat sonra dendi 15.30-16.00 da oda degiştirdik. İlk günümüz çöp oldu. Havuzlar buz gibiydi hasta olduk zaten. Kaydıraklar sürekli açılıp kapanıyor anlamsızca tuvaletler sürekli kapanıyor ve erkekler temizliyor bayan çalışan asla yok sadece makarna yapan bir abla vardı. Yanımıza gelip zorla spa satan adamla pazarlık yapıp satın aldık 55 dk diye konuştuğumuz masaj 30 dkkada hiç bişey yapmadan bitirdiler 15 dk relax time diyip gittiler 5 dk sonra alkışlayarak içeri girdiler bitti dediler ertesi gün spaya duş almaya girdik sıcak su yoktu hamamda yıkanmak için izin vermediler dünde böyle bi sıkıntı yaşadık bunu yazılı olarak bildircem dedikten sonra hamama girmemize izin verdiler ama soğuk suyla yıkanıp çıkmıştık artık helal etmiyorum kesinlikle ve bunun satışını yapanı havuz başında yakalayıp söyledim müdürüyle konuşup 5 dk ya gelicekti topuk tabi bidha ugramadı bile.bardan buz istiyoruz surat içicek istiyoruz surat bir tavır? Sanki bedava konaklama yaptık. Ederinden fazlasını ödedik zaten alırken.

Четвертый заезд состоялся!

Это был наш четвертый сезон отдыха в этом отеле. Отель проходит реновацию, теперь есть wi-fi на всей территории отеля (для работы в интернете слабенький, но написать сообщение или принять звонок достаточно). Появились элитные алкогольные напитки на продажу прямо в ресторане отеля. Да и сам алкоголь oll inclusive в этот раз был очень приличного качества. Итальянцев и французов в отеле ещё больший процент. Аниматоры, концерты, живая музыка, дискотека... Все это каждый вечер. Ночная жизнь в отеле кипит. Персонал нас встретил, как родных. Наблюдала, что много отдыхающих приезжают в этот отель не первый раз и их с теплотой встречает персонал. Сейф в этот раз был исправен , запрограммировала сама. Уборка в номерах удивила высоким качеством и приятным обслуживанием. Номер был отличным , с видом на море, горы и сад. В ресторане в этом году было очень много говядины и баранины. Рыба была однообразная, морепродуктов умеренное количество. Фрукты, десерты, сыры и колбасы в изобилии. Ну и любимый нами пляж и Красное море.

Но, как говорится, "и на солнце бывают пятна". Первое жирное чёрное пятно - это администраторы на рецепции в день отъезда. Заказала на Букинге такси в аэропорт на 10.15 утра. Звоню в 8.00 утра на рецепцию, чтобы вызвать электрокар, но не соединяет. После нескольких бесплодных попыток, иду на рецепцию сама. Администратор Яссир гневно и раздражённо отказывает мне принять заявку на вывоз чемоданов на 10.00. Говорит,что только по телефону нужно звонить в 10.00. Я не сдаюсь и настаиваю на том, чтобы он принял заявку. Со словами "хорошо, уважаемая" Яссир делает вид, что записывает мою заявку. В 10.00 я звоню на рецепшин, но трубку 3 раза снимают и кладут рядом с аппаратом. Со мной никто говорить не собирается. Как потом выяснилось, это был очень полный администратор с каплями пота на лице. Никакого электрокара не подали. Я бегу на рецепцию и требую электрокар. Яссир изображает полное недоумение, якобы "а из-за чего тут шум", и пытается переложить вину на водителя электрокара. Тот достает свой папирус и показывает, что никакого указания номера ему не предоставляли. В этот момент на рецепцшин заходит водитель такси Букинг с табличкой с моим именем. Я объяснила ситуацию и он любезно согласился подождать, пока мы привезём чемоданы на рецепшин. Моей маме 74, она нервничает, давление повышается... В общем, Яссир и компания чуть не сорвали нам выезд в аэропорт. При этом отпускали ещё гневные фразы в мою сторону на египетском, естественно. Думаю, что так эта компания издевается над туристами, которые приехали по турам их турагенств. У людей, просто, нет возможности написать свои гневные отзывы, вот отсюда и такое самоуправство и безнаказанность. И ещё одно обстоятельство, которое портило спокойный отдых - это постоянно гремящие и бахкающие двери всех номеров. Был сезон ветров, и двери захлопывались с диким шумом , постоянно, круглосуточно, спать было очень сложно. Срочно нужны доводчики на входные двери в номера, иначе эти двери разобьют все...

Genel olarak keyifliydi

Herşey çok güzeldi, kafa dinlenebilecek bir otel. Etkinlikler genelde sahil tarafında olduğu için yukarı tarafta sakince dinlenebilirsiniz. Biz yeni olan odalarında kaldık çok güzel ve moderndi. Seneye yine gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Sahil kenarından denize giriliyor fakat sahil taşlı deniz ayakkabısı şart. Ras mohammed koyundan daha büyük ve renkli balıklar görebilirsiniz sahilinde. Üstelik iskeleden girmenize gerek yok diz boyundaki suda yüzüyorlar bu bile bu otele gitmek için yeterki bir sebep.

Yemek servisindeki genç bir çocuk servis sırasında bana kilolu olduğumu ima eden bir hareket yaptı biraz keyfimi kaçırdı, daha sonra aynı çocuk farkı bir günde arkadaşına beni göstererek bişeyler söylüyordu. Rahatsız ediciydi.

All'arrivo non avevamo la camera superior prenotata e pagata. Al check out siamo stati accusati falsamente di avere rotto il telecomando della TV quando prima di uscire dalla stanza era intatto, ci hanno rubato per questa accusa 20 euro.

موظف الاستقبال الصباح رفض خروجنا من الفندق بحجه ان كروت المناشف مااستلمها منا وعلمناه انو احنا ماطلبنا الكروت وع اساسها موظف الاستقبال المسائي ماسلمنا هيا بس المفتاح اللي اخذناه المهم تاخرنا ع الرحله بسبته وتركناه واشوا لحقنا ع اخر نفس لازم تراجعون سياستكم ذي وربي مره نرفزنا ولا راضي يصدقنا والمناظر حلوه والخضره حلوه لكن تسقوها مجاري وصرف صحي ذا اللي قلب ام النفسيه نتمشى ب ككا وصرت اخاف ع اطفالي يطلعو من المويا الوسخه اتمنى كل شرم ومنتجعات شرم الجميله ماتخربوها ب الررري اللي مو صحي 😭😭

جميل جدا المكان سكنا في شاليه مطل على المسبح نظيف ومرتب وكل يوم يجو ينظفو لك بس ناقص التلفزيون يكون اكبر شويا لانه مره صغير مقارنة بالمكان البوفيه جميل ومتنوع وماتشبع منه الاكل نظيف ويشبع جميع الرغبات والموظفين بشوشين ومحترمين الشاطى حلو بس مشكلتو صخري مره يعني ينفع للتشميس ولكن مو للسباحة فقط اللي تمنيته انو يكون في فعاليات اكثر ولمختلف الجنسيات

Bad customer experience and front desk service; poor facilities

We check in at 11pm, they got us the wrong key, we have to wait for a long time and got bite by mosquito. The room looks nothing like the picture, we have the see view suite, it supposed to have a living room with tables and chairs, but none of these are in the room. The front desk people YELLED at me in the phone. The air conditioning is so loud that you have to put on ear plugs to sleep, one of the AC doesn’t even make any cold.And the front desk also forgot to give us the bracelet. The next day, our room key doesn’t work AGAIN, and the whole electrical system stop to work, including AC. The front desk guy is not helpful and told us it’s not his fault. We have to go back and forth and wait to fix all those problems, some manager came to our room and promised us free late check out to make up for the time we lost because of the problems. GUESS WHAT, they still charge us $25 for late check out!!!!!!!!!!!!!We are very disappointed and frustrating during our stay. 100% DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. Hope they didn’t treat us like this because we are Chinese. Otherwise it’s a next level question.

The food was noce and the beach area was lovely. People can be rude at times but mainly good staff.

I didn’t like the chalet. It was smelling of damp, the bathroom ceiling leaking water filling the floor. Windows never cleaned and fridge never cleaned.

I didn’t like the chalet at all. It was smelly, leaking water, no wifi. Long distance from the restaurant walking in the heat up and down every day 3 times a day.

One word: Perfect holiday experience.

Everything was perfect in that hotel. Beach is amazing. Restaurant contains tousands of options to eat, workers have smiling face and helper. Especially special thanks to Muhammed (who seen on the first photo) If he is at reception when you check in be sure that your holiday starts at that point. He has a smilinh face an very kind young man. You can go diving, safari and boat trip for extra activities. Actually ı don't think to get a holiday in my country (Turkey) anymore.

The renovated rooms are very modern and super clean, the hotel manager Ahmed Galal is an amazing person very helpful from the moment we checked-in and mahmoud the reservation specialist they made us like the hotel before we even stepped in.. I totally recommend it..

Superb

We checked in early to the hotel, the friends at the reception helped without waiting too long. We forgot our card in the room, please take care of the staff quickly. The room was clean and the sea view was nice.I would also like to thank Mr. Ahmed Galal for her interest and concern

gin rum whiskey very bad products are used.cocktails were very bad. I drank the worst alcohol I've ever had in my life. the food was the same as the taste of medium desserts. Redbul and bottled water are sold for money in the all inclusive hotel.
