Pleasant stay with some imperfections

Friendly and flexible staff both during check-in/out as well as beautiful view from above. Spacious comfortable rooms. Residence equipped with lift and air conditioning.

Residence 500m from the port of Ischia, central location but a little inconvenient as it is located at the top of a hill and there is a climb of about 100m which with shopping bags or suitcases makes the arrival more tiring than expected. We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper for a week, perhaps a little too little for two people, we were forced to buy more toilet paper as well as dish soap and a sponge to wash the dishes. Insufficient bath soaps.

This property is an honest 10/10! Straight from arrival, the staff was beautiful and kind to us. The room is very clean, had a beautiful view and all facilities you need on holiday. The location is amazing, a 3 minute walk and you are at Ischia port. Great cafes, restaurants and shops close by. The buses are also great to get around Ischia and see the entire island. Really couldn’t thank the staff more, we loved our stay and can’t wait to go back.

A Pearl in Ischia

Giuseppe in the reception was great 10+++. Always glad and he gave to us very good tips what to do and how to travel to different places. Every morning we had a nice chat with him. We had a nice quite big apartment with a large balcony. The view was amazing. If we come back we would like to stay in this apartment

Just like at home

Apartment size is grate, separate living room with the kitchen corner is grate if one of you is an early riser. Bathroom is so big you can dance in it. We definitely felt like at home. Oh yeah, location is very good also, just 10-15 min walk from the port, 5-10 min walk to main restaurant and shop street, 10-15 min walk to the supermarket. Yes it is a steep walk but it is grate for your buttocks ;)

recommend to anyone who are staying for more than a couple of days and don’t want to hire a car

perfect location for port, bus station and a reasonably big supermarket. Room was clean and well equipped. We managed to cook a couple of dinners too. Francesco was really helpful, bordering on a concierge. We had a great time there.

Spacious room with cooking facilities and a spectacular view.

The selling point for us was the balcony and the view. Since we were there 4 days we also wanted a fridge and a sitting room other than the bedroom and this fir the bill. Giuseppe was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful and offered help at all hours.

We had a bit of difficulty as the water heater turned off which Giuseppe said was because the water pressure to the island fell. But he quickly resolved the problem. There is a bit of a steep hill to climb in order to get to the units, but that is why there is such a spectacular view from the room. We stayed on the 2nd floor in a view room with more than ample space to sit in the living area, but quite frankly the terrace is where we ate mostly.

Very comfortable apartment for 4 people family. Good location, close to restaurants and shops. Extremely helpful staff.

A bit cold apartment (bathroom) in April. In summer it would be ok.

A great place to stay in Ischia!

The location is so close to the port and everything around it. It was easy to get access to buses and the ferry as well. Francesco and his staff were very friendly and helpful. Moreover, we were offered a free upgrade to an apartment with sea view when we arrived. And we were so amazed by the view from our balcony. The apartment was clean and tidy with every necessity. For two travellers, it is a very nice choice.

The shower space could be more spacious. Even for me, a small person, I felt a bit crammed in. Another thing bothered me a bit was the water sound made by the air conditioner. Sometimes we needed to turn it off during night.

Stunning views of Ischia

The one bedroom apartment with sea view was fantastic. The view was stunning, beautiful sunrises to gaze upon, glorious sunny days across the bay and great night time views. The apartment is a good size, very modern, has Aircon in the bedroom and lounge/kitchen, and the bathroom is really big. The host, Giuseppe was brilliant in helping us in every way, whether it was ordering us pizza, advising where to eat and anything we needed. Simply perfect service.

This place is great, but for us the bed was a little hard and as Brits we'd like a kettle. Very minor bits that I don't think detract from an amazing apartment. I would also not the hill up to apartment which it steep, don't let this put you off. Just use s narrow taxi (there are plenty)
