Ruhiges Appartment mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum abschalten , mir hat es gut getan!

Die Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten und der Preis. Und das Personal war sehr geduldig und super freundlich beim einchecken per Telefon vielen Dank dafür 😊

Beetje vergane glorie aan het worden. Kom hier al jaren, was vroeger beter (vorige eigenaar)

Ruimte en stilte

badkuip had nog een lange zwarte haar van de vorige gast. keukenkastjes vielen uit elkaar of uit de hengsels. 1 toilet (van de 2) was afgesloten. Kraan badkamer wasbak ging elke nacht spontaan lopen. Stop van de badkuip kon alleen met een mes losgewrikt worden om bad leeg te laten lopen

The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and appealing.

Late check-in was afforded by a kiosk outside the main entrance. It was simple quick and easy to use. The kiosk provided my room key and the whole process only required a few short minutes.

I can't think of anything. Everything was as advertised. It would've been nice to stream video from the television rather than watching from my phone.

Hätte ein schöner Urlaub werden können, sind vorzeitig abgereist

Ruhige Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, großzügiges Apartment, kostenlose Bereitstellung von Toaster etc.

Leider hatte die Keramik der Gästetoilette einen massiven Kalkrand, den auch eine sehr freundliche Dame vom Service nicht entfernen konnte. Der Fußboden in der Gästetoilette war mit dicken Staubflocken bedeckt. Ebensolche fanden sich unter dem Bett.

Very good

Was a great self-contained studio apt very close to full shopping possibilities and multiple city bus routes.

I didn't like that there wasn't someone available at the property from 7pm to 7am in case there was a need. Or at least an easy to reach number if there was a problem with the key cards.

One of the rooms had a bad smell when we arrived. The smell went away after leaving the windows open for a while. We think someone may have been cooking something there before our stay When we arrived (late) the machine dispensing cards did not work and we had to call a number to get into the building and rooms we were staying in. The phone message was in German which would have been a problem for someone who cannot understand German. I think this can be improved

Clean and spacious rooms in a quiet neighborhood

The property is very clean and spacious. It is located in a leafy suburb of Berlin. The location worked well for me due to my business priorities but it is quite far from everything else.

The room prices at this property have gone up steeply since my last visit. Cost-quality ratio was not very favorable

Always happy to stay here!

Spacious, bright and airy room with comfortable bedding. Really quiet. Located in a nice suburb of Berlin, excellent public transport made it very convenient to get into the city and back home regardless of the day or time.

Shower water pressure was weak in the mornings. Fine if showering at night.

Not super convenient that no one was on duty, but the instructions were clear about how to use the machine.

Once I had the key, it was unclear about how to get into the building and where, we had to ask some people who were outside for help.

Superb

It was a good sized flat, easily accessible with key card, parking available. Good shower, reasonable wifi and was very clean and staff were all great. Towels etc good quality.

Facilities in kitchen were meagre,no sharp knives for peeling/ cutting. Cross-ventilation was not good during hot weather, too warm in flat.

No breakfast available, due to lack of hotel guest. The bed sheets were not changed at all during my 8 nights stay.

worst stay ever and worst customer service

The property had good parking. Property had an easy access 24/7 to get into the apartment. It had lots of promise if there were people you could actually contact at the desk on the weekend.

When things did not work properly, we tried to get in touch with people. Nobody answered. We were there on Saturday morning trying to decide if we should continue to stay at the place where the shower was just a tiny stream of water where you have to wave it back me forth across your head. . We had reservations until Tuesday. The hours for the office were not until Monday. There was nobody who contacted us so we had to leave. otherwise we were facing the prospect of a really bad shower until the following Monday. We also had asked for things in advance that they said they would give us, such as a coffee maker and an egg pan, but those things are not there. Of course we could not reach anybody to ask for those things. we wasted a lot of our morning trying to figure out what we’re going to do about breakfast because the breakfast items we requested are not there. No one was there to help us find them. So we felt our only way out was to leave and find a better place even though we had prepaid. Now we are not getting any money back from this place because they were not helpful in trying to get in touch with us. They say they tried to call us but that is not true. We were trying on Saturday morning to get their attention and finally got somebody on Sunday who said they would call us on Monday. Now it is Wednesday, and no one has called us. It is the worst booking.com experience I’ve ever had in 20+ years of booking.com. I guess I have donated over $300 to this hotel, but I would stay away from it if I were you
