Exceptional

Super clean and confortable. Despite of being in a busy street, the windows isolate perfectly. Really good room, comfy bed, good A/C, fully equiped and very kind staff. Definitely to repeat

Affordable accommodation in the heart of Skiathos.

The room, even though it was not the most modern with up to date furniture or modern bathroom, however it had all things needed for a night's stay. Everything was in order and extremely clean. We also had a balcony that had a mountain view. The lady that welcomed us was extremely friendly and helpful. It is situated in one of the best locations in the heart of town, near the harbourside with plenty of dining choices and shopping. It has laundry facilities as well at the top of the building. It was extremely convenient for us to stay there the night before taking the ferry to go to Skopelos!

It did not have a lift but it is something you can expect in a lot of accommodations in the Greek islands that are located in the heart of town. The bathroom could be updated.

A simply amazing stay at Maria studios. It's very close to the island's port, just 5 minutes walking. Right at the door there are all kinds of places to get something to eat or get a quick drink. Mrs Antigoni who works there was very kind and helpful at all times. The studios are big with their own kitchen, the bed was very comfortable and in general everything was extremely clean. Will most definitely stay there again when we go back to Skiathos. *Bonus the amazing wifi signal in the room!

Great place to stay in Skiathos, a lot of value for money

Perfect location in Skiathos town, but still quiet. The host was very helpful and sweet, and did a lot to make us feel comfortable. Clean room with a lot of space.

Beds were slightly hard.

Central position in Skiathos town. Spotlessly clean. Antigone always around and ready to help. Also changed our booking at very short notice when we had a problem with transport.

Staying there felt like home.The hostess Mrs Antigoni was very friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean everyday. The location is downtown and very close to the port. We highly recommend it!

Great location the shops cafes restaurants all a few steps away. The port for the ferry boats or boats for day trips all within walking distance. Quiet street great stay highly recommended

Very comfortable and clean place with perfect location.

Perfect location, close to the main street, the port and bus stations, but quiet place. 10 minutes from the beautiful Megali Ammos beach. Very very very clean rooms!!! The room is enough big and comfortable to spend there long time, we were staying there for 2 weeks. Air condition is in the price. Antigoni is very nice and helped in everything. Next time we will go back.

pleased to be there

it was centrally and very clean

it was exposed to the sun and it was extremely hot , we couldnt sit outside at the balcony , unless ti was late evening . An umbrella could have been useful the rooms not particularly large for 2 people

Wonderful room in the heart of Skiathos town

Very friendly host, premium-quality furniture, wonderful location in the heart of Skiathos town, Parking lot. Highly recommended.

The building gets really hot on sunny days.. The (rather small) AC has to be running non-stop to compensate.
