Confortable y tranquila.

Tiene una arquitectura campestre hermosa, rodeado de naturaleza y en plena ciudad; la fuente de flor de loto es preciosa, espacios tranquilos para leer, cero ruido en la noche, el sector es muy bonito, todo el personal súper amables, las habitación amplia con todo lo que necesité, incluso kit de costura que me fue muy útil; el desayuno es delicioso 🥰

Lo único que no me gustó fue que sirvieran café soluble y no café de grano.

Hôtel tout confort au calme à deux pas du Poblado

Excellent accueil de Rony dès notre arrivée, nous avons adoré notre séjour: grande chambre, eau délicieusement chaude dans la douche, beaucoup de choix au petit-déjeuner très bon servi dans un patio extérieur, salle de bain agréable, quartier très calme. Des échanges et conseils de qualité de la part des réceptionnistes: Rony, Andrés et Johana. MERCI !!

Un peu à l'écart du Poblado (au moins c'est calme !!), à pied il y a une côte à monter pour revenir. Attention dès que la nuit tombe c'est dangereux, prenez taxi ou Uber, sinon la journée aucun problème.

Boa localização mas o conforto deixou a desejar

Gostei da cordialidade dos funcionários e da localização próxima aos bares e restaurantes.

A cama fazia muito barulho quando se mudava de posição, a tampa do vaso sanitário estava quebrada e existia um sino na porta de entrada, que tocava quando os hospedes pediam para entrar e o som reverberava dentro do nosso quarto todas as madrugadas. Isso foi bem desconfortável.

La habitación está muy comoda, las areas comunes estan lindas con plantas, el desayuno basto y de buen sabor, la ubicación es buena pero en la noche hay que tomar transporte por recomendación.

Hotel impecable y conveniente

El hotel tiene una inmejorable ubicación, está muy cerca de toda la zona viva, bares, restaurantes, rooftop, farmacias, minisuper, centros comerciales, etc. Caminando a buen paso, está a 15 min, o 20 min si quieres ir mas despacio de Provenza. El hotel es sumamente seguro, siempre había alguien en la recepción que nos abría cuando regresabamos de la fiesta, los alredores son silenciosos , las ventanas tienen black out, tiene una excelente cama, bien acolchada, y también a/c lo que permite descansar muy, muy bien. Por otro lado ofrecen 4 opciones de desayuno, para todos los gustos, buena porción y buen sabor ( el café podría mejorar), la limpieza es impecable en todo el hotel, y un buen plus, es que el Uber siempre llegaba en menos de 5 min. El personal del hotel, fue amable de principio a fin, nos sugirieron tours, lo cuales eran mas baratos que los que había cotizado en internet, y la compañía turístuca fué muy puntual y seria ( recomiendo el de Guatapé y Comuna 13, ambos días fueron muy bien aprovechados). Y para terminar, pero no menos importante, nos permitieron guardar nuestras maletas durante 4 horas posteriores al check out.

La única sugerencia miníma, es que podrían mejorar la calidad del café. : )

Pleasant stay in a good location.

The member of staff who welcomed us was very pleasant. The breakfast area was pleasant and there was a good choice of food for breakfast. The location was good as it is quite close to the airport.

The bed was smaller than I expected and the room not quite the spec I would expect for a boutique hotel. More space in the bathroom to place personal items and towels would be good.

Absolutely recommended due to great staff, a clean facility and great ambience.

Breakfast was great, service staff was amazing, and the rooms were exceptionally clean.

Although no fault of the hotel, construction is ongoing on the street. The construction workers for a nearby building begins work at 7am, which can impact an early morning sleep. I heard them on a Thursday morning but not on a Friday morning (perhaps because it was a Colombia holiday with workers off for the day). There's also an annoying door bell that one can easily hear from the room, even from the second building. It doesn't ring too frequently, but when it does it's pretty loud, and can be especially heard from rooms that are "open" to the elements.

OK at best, but you get what you pay for. Pay a little more and get a much better hotel

The only plus is the little courtyard, the shower and the relative proximity to Parque Lleras.

Apart from Jaime and the ladies serving breakfast, staff aren't very friendly and did not go out of their way to be helpful. Reception was very rude when I invited a guest. Breakfast was mediocre at best. No facilities and really dated decor. No elevator.

Overall pleasant stay, the breakfast was good and it was an excellent location.

The first night the bed made lots of noise. However we told staff and they sent someone to fix it so the issue was resolved.

Our stay was exceptional there!

The house is beautiful, the breakfast was delicious and our beds super comfy. I’d definitely recommend this place!

My stay was comfortable, safe, and easy!

This was a great place to stay for a work trip. The wifi was amazing, super helpful staff and the room had everything. I was delighted to have a comfortable bed as my time in Medellín was busy.

The lighting in the room was harsh. For the breakfast options the food was very poor.

Comfortable, quiet but close to the "movida" of El Poblado. Approved!

Very comfortable hotel, in a quiet area but at walking distance from the center of El Poblado. Very professional and efficient Lorena, receptionist, who speaks good English and also a little French, and very kind and precise Sugey, maid for my room and for breakfast. Both made me feel right at home. The breakfast was good, even if it could be improved a little. Parking for my motorbike comfortable and safe.

We wanted to see city and we did it

Very nice and clean hotel, comfortable bed, helpful staff a specially Lorena and girls from kitchen.Thanks!!! Good breakfast. Perfect area around 25min on taxi till biggest funicular and about same till Commune 13.

I realy enjoyed Luis . He was very very good . I hope they know how to value him . I worked for 25 years in hotel industry for big some hotel and I'm from a Tourist island Aruba and I know when somebody means well and Luis defenently does.

There were some guests with kids (1 room infront of me and 1 room next to me with very rude European kids and parents for the kids made lots of noice and running ) which distrub my sleeping everyday early in the morning and the parents did not do anything about this and I did inform the frontdesk.

Exceptional

The staff was amazing. We noticed they like to work at the hotel and help as much as possible the guests. They helped us find all the tours we wanted in English and restaurant recommendations. The inside garden is also beautiful. Perfect scenery for the breakfast.

Night at la campana hotel

The parking was easy. Breakfast area very relaxing.

The room seemed smaller than the photos made it look. Garden view was actually the roof with garden to the left and right.

This is a beautiful hotel with good location and wonderful staff.

The hotel is beautiful. We loved the vegetation around the property and the rustic feel of the rooms. The best part of our stay was the staff, especially Lorena. She made us feel welcome even before we arrived. She arranged a cab for us to and from the hotel. She even had sandwiches prepared for us on the day we left to take with us because we left before breakfast started. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend it.

Having some snacks like chips on site for purchase would be nice.
