S klidem bych doporučil a sám bych využil i příště.

Předem zajištěné parkování auta, klid (okna do dvorního traktu).

Spíše jen detaily: Nedostatečná orientace v objektu (na jednom patře jsou stejně očíslované pokoje i kanceláře, úplně by stačilo u výtahu dát jednoduchou orientační tabulku. U kuchyňské linky bych uvítal utěrky na nádobí.

Thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable with everything you need

I found the bed very comfortable and loved the huge pillow.

Nothing not to like. Would have made stay easier if I knew there was extra items to use in cupboards etc. prior to visit. Found everything half way through stay.

Séjour très agréable.

Emplacement super, proche de tout ( trams magasins et sites touristiques de la ville) Petits déjeuners livrés à l heure demandée et assez copieux Pains frais tous les matins. Merci pour ce séjour.

Le thé et la confiture pourraient être de meilleure qualité...

Really liked it am booking again for next year.

Great location for access to metro and trolley. Had provisions for making tea or instant coffee with cream in refrigerator plus extras like honey, cheese spread, jam, Nutella each replenished by daily room cleaning. Breakfast brought to room included rolls, bread pastry cheese and cold cuts. We had a small balcony to sit and have our coffee. Rooms with balcony, smoking is allowed strictly on balcony otherwise high fine for smoking in room. Will book again for next year.

A minor negative is no cable TV only local and German stations.

I really enjoyed my stay at Austria Suites and would highly recommend.

The breakfast was very good always arrived on time and was usually more than I could eat drinks were plentiful. Bed was comfortable and the room was cosy.

The only disappointment was there was no shower caddy which meant you had to put your shower gel and shampoo on the floor.

Good location, plenty of space in the apartment. Budget price.

Soviet style service: you must return the key to a receptionist going to the city, but they can give a key to everyone who comes from the street and says the room number. The same breakfast everyday (bread, cheese, ham). The shower door is outworn.

You get what you pay for.

The mini kitchen and the warm and clean bathroom. And for a family of 2 adults the room is big enough. The location is also good. And Daniela from the reception was your dose of daily SUNSHINE!

This can be more about the receptionist. Daniela was the ONLY best recpetionist amongst all. The rest of them was just „disrespectful“. We ordered food delivery at night since our daughter was already tired from walking around the city the whole day. And when the food delivery arrived I asked my husband to pick up the food downstairs. And the „guy“ at the recpetion made a comment like „I usually would go to the restaurants“ and my husband told him kindly „Our daughter is already asleep so we can‘t go out anymore“ and he the guy at the recpetion answered „well I think thats being lazy“. I studied 4 years at a hotel school in Switzerland and also worked in the service industry during my studies. No matter what star rating that hotel has you are working with GUESTS who pay (no matter what amount) so a certain

I can't not eat gluten and they adapted the breakfast for me, really amazing thank you ❤️ Also, Dim in the reception is wonderful, he gave us great recommendations, he speaks at least 5 languages and his energy was contagious

Location is superb, however everything else is meh

Good location everything you need is nearby, tram station is 2 mins walk

Uncomfortable pillow Balcony is full of spider webs Rude staff downstairs at the reception Had to go to another hotel to check in which was very uncomfortable should’ve at least let us know about that As it is really hot outside it was really uncomfortable being in a hotel room without air conditioner or a fan. Ants in the room, please get rid of them Breakfast could be better

Very pleasant place for a long trip in Prague, especially for a family with kids.

Very nice place to stay for a trip in Prague. Very close to Old City (Arbesovo namesti tram station). 15-20 minutes walking to Prague Castle and main bridge. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and it has a complete kitchenette. The breakfast is served in the apartment at what time you want. The furniture is not very new but it is in good condition. We will come back for sure next year. A big plus is parking area for the guest with cars.

Exceptional

Apartment was spacious, clean, all windows facing the courtyard so absolutely no noise from the street. The stuff at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was delivered on time, fresh pastry every day. Towels, bathroom amenities, coffee and tea pods, etc... replenished every day. Close to the subway and tram station. Great value for money, I could only recommend.

Comfortable apartment close to attractions

Very comfortable apartment in nice building. Rooms were huge. Kitchen is nice equipped and you get yogurt, water, tea, coffee... free of charge. Nice breakfast included, served in room. During the weekend parking is free in front of hotel.

Very good

We had a great stay at the Austria Palace. Staff was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed having breakfast in our room every morning and our apartment was cleaned every day. Very quiet at night. Overall great, we will stay there again when in Prague.

Wi-Fi didn't really work. Beds are very hard.

Great accommodation

The property has a great location, with many attractions within easy and quick reach. The room had a large, comfortable bed. Breakfast was huge, only some fruit or vegetables were missing at breakfast. Definitely choose to stay here next time.

Value for Money hotel in Prague

Reasonable, cleaning service everyday included in price, refill of bakery item, cheese and other items for quick breakfast.

It was not in main town, so everyday you have to either walk or take tram to go to Oldtown, it was not problematic but just a comment. Was not in main center, small rooms and may be could have been more option at reception to give information, have some active bar ( it was there to purchase)

Above expectations for the price

4 tram stops from Charles bridge, DM, bakery, shop, butcher within 50 metres. Parking place is in the hotel, not outside. Breakfast is really good for that price and served in the room directly. Beds are good. Ladies in reception are really helpful. Check-in is in an other hotel (really 50 metres from Austria Suites) and you can buy daily Prague tickets hete.

Dust bins through cobbled courtyard at 5 AM... That hurts so much...

Superb

Very nice and english speaking personnel! Breakfasts are simple but enough,with fresh bread and are currently delivered straight to your room.Very well situated with about a 15 minute walk to the tourist hotspots like Karol bridge or Stare Mesto. Large and comfy rooms,with good matresses. The room was very clean.

Super place and stay

Super placement near all means of connections (U station, tram, even train station), parking available in the yard and the route to the highway easy and clear. Personel friendly and helpful.
