Disappointing

The food

Very run down, screws sticking out, basic equipment/fixtures missing, tiles broken, no toilet roll provided despite asking, mosquito net in 2nd bed too small for teenager, pool water cloudy with dirt on bottom

friendly and comfortable, very supportive of guests

The staff and the atmosphere in the place made you feel like you were part of a community. The staff seem more interested in chatting with you rather than just trying to have you buy something. The lounge area was quite spacious, comfortable and inviting.

My was room and sink were quite grungy. screens on windows were damaged, mesh mostly missing. No air conditioning, or safe in room.

Friendly staff

was told there was a restaurant but nothing there. Was told it was eggs and sausages for breakfast so we skipped it. You need a generator as the power cut was quite long.

Very basic stay. Pictures were more attractive than the actual.

ACs were not working. Room size was extremely small.

The AC was working but for Mombasa it required an AC which is for the heat we were 2 and only slippers for one person TV didn't function

Perfect place to relax away from the chaos. Highly recommended!

I would say everything! The staff was very helpful, fulfilled all my requests. Menu available with very good prices. Great swimming pool.

If I have to be really picky, a little fridge in the room would be really comfortable, but the staff was very kind allowing me to keep my bottle of wine in the kitchen fridge downstairs (FYI they don't sell alcohol here)

A pleasant stay in Mombasa

I thought that Leinmach House was the ideal place for me to stay for my work trip. It was very clean, safe, quiet and the staff were all very friendly. It is conveniently located within walking distance to some great restaurants and to the beach. I had some very enjoyable swims in the swimming pool at the end of my work day. The food served in the restaurant was very tasty and good value for money.

The rooms need a little bit of TLC and I feel that even a coat of paint would go a long way to make the room look updated. My biggest disappointment was that there was no hot water in the shower. I was told that the geyser uses solar power to heat the water and that it takes a long time for the hot water to arrive in the shower. It did not, however, make any difference what time of day I showered or how long I waited for the hot water, it never came.

The buffy break fast The location and internet Cheap and best food at the restaurant Nyali beach ⛱️ is like 10 minutes walk Looks secure and quiet at night The guy named Dan was so friendly and helping at all time It's always warm that side so you can cool your self in the swimming pool though at times it's a bit busy It's a nice place to be in Mombasa

Some things need to be improved like facilities AC was loud and water leaking

I loved every moment and the staff were very approachable if I needed anything.

The Food, Staff and rooms were very affordable and clean. I will go back to Leinmach house any time I am back in Kenya, Mombasa. Thank you to ALL the staff for an amazing experience inyour beautifull city!
