地下鉄駅が直ぐ周りの店も活気があり近所の人の憩いの場所になってるパン屋が角に３件中ありそれぞれの味を楽しめる

Very enjoyable.

Room was very comfortable and clean. Located adjacent to a Metro line. Nice eateries nearby. Brilliant host.

Spiral staircase leading to our floor. Would be impossible for the elderly to navigate with bags.

Buena calidad precio

La habitación estaba muy limpia y el personal fue muy amable. Nos guardaron las maletas porque llegamos antes del check-in y nos asesoraron en todo lo necesario. Hay una parada de metro justo delante del hotel que conecta con el centro de París. La habitación tenía nevera. Muy útil para tener bebidas frías.

Hacía un poco de calor y abrimos las ventanas. Con las ventanas abiertas, se escucha nucho ruido porque hay mucha actividad en el barrio. Con las ventanas cerradas, se soluciona.

Staff steals things! Diebstahl! Персонал ворует!

Unless you count hotel staff stealing guests' belongings: We had the towels changed to clean towels once this week. The garbage can was emptied 2 times.

Staff steal things! I left my suitcase at reception and my Dyson styler was stolen from my suitcase, the price of this model is now 600€. .. Le personnel vole des objets ! J'ai laissé ma valise à la réception et on m'a volé mon styler Dyson, le prix de ce modèle est maintenant de 600€. .. Персонал ворует дорогие вещи прямо из чемоданов, оставленных на ресепшене 🤦🏼‍♀️ .. Das Personal stiehlt teure Gegenstände direkt aus den Koffern, die an der Rezeption abgegeben werden 🤦🏼‍♀️

La cercanía a la estación del metro, es fácil la movilidad

Las escaleras, el baño fuera de la habitación y cómo está en una vía principal el ruido de los autos en la noche es un poco molesto

Perfect 4 days in Paris

Location was perfect with a metro stop at the front door. Staff were extremely helpful especially carrying our bags up to & from our top story rooms.

Room was pretty good but wish we could control the heater. It got very dry at night.

Very poor

The bathroom looked nice.

There was terrible smell in the room, like being in a sewer, we had to climb 12 flights of stairs with no lifts, spiral stairs to the very top, very steep steps and steep landing.

Superb

Very clean and spacious room. Mattress was comfortable. Very practical in front of metro station and many near places to eat.

Lack of elevator can be an issue if you have heavy luggage

A decent stay!

The location is pretty nice, 1 minute from metro. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable (thank you), cute view from the room, nice shower size, all supplies were provided and renewed during the stay.

WiFi was not usable, there is no sign for the door "do not disturb". Since the building is pretty old we could hear the street noise, but it did not disturb our sleep nonetheless.

The location was very very good and they were cleaning the room every day. The bathroom was also big and renovated.

The room was very small and old. The worst part was that the room was in the 6th floor without elevator. The stairs were very small and hard to climb.

Comfortable, clean, quiet stay at an excellent price at a very conveniently located hotel!

Clean, comfortable, quiet and exceptionally well priced hotel. Great location - right in front of a metro station with excellent public transport connections to everywhere you’d want to see in Paris, and also surrounded by some excellent bakeries!

Only two minor issues - we were on the top floor and there’s no lift so we had to go up six flights of stairs to get to our room. This wasn’t really a problem for us as young healthy people but it was a bit tiring! The only other problem was the WiFi stopped working on the last day, we got an error message saying there were too many people using the WiFi so we couldn’t connect.

small stairs, no lift, shared bathroom in level 3 while my room in level 5, and very bad soundproof. I had to use my own earbud in order to sleep

friendly staff. metro station and mini market right outside the hotel. not in the very centre of Paris but still easily reachable. when I prolonged my stay for another night I received a better room and even paid less for it. that's something to really appreciate! I recommend this hotel.

the floor in one of the rooms could've been a bit cleaner. it wasn't bad but still. the floor of the other room I was in was very clean though.

Surprise view

Really friendly guy at reception, despite being new. Surprised with an excellent street view, new bathroom. Comfy overall. Cool spiral staircase. Perfect sunset view.

Incredibly hot at night and the plasticky sheets made it sweltering. Could open windows all night but it's very loud from street.

2 nights in Siberia

Near the metro

Cold, we froze, thx God that we stayed only 2night, microwave not working, hairdryer not working, they respond very slow and after the check out

Good for Paris prices

Very clean in general; all is in good condition. The staff was welcoming and helpful. 2 steps from the metro; literally in front of the door. They provide coffee and kettle. It is a good deal for Paris prices. Neighborhood is nice. Although far from city center it is easy to get everywhere on the metro with max 1 change.

Though the being located in front of the metro is convenient, it also means that you are in front of a busy road even at night. In summer it gets warm and you can’t open the window as it is noisy outside. Plus the provided fan is small; not enough. Pillows were not very comfortable.
