Underbart!

4e gången på Catalonia Majorica. Efter många vistelser under årens lopp fastnade vi för detta härliga hotell med underbar utsikt från rummet. Allt är bara topp. Vi längtar tillbaka!

Soggiorno soddisfacente, ma attenti ai dettagli

Colazione ottima e abbondante. Qualsiasi pietanza con le uova (frittata, crepes ecc.) veniva fatta al momento da un cuoco in pochi minuti. Terrazza con vista spettacolare. Piscine invitanti e ben tenute.

Il check in è durato un'ora, non ho capito per quale motivo. La stanza al primo piano era vecchiotta e mancavano le prese di corrente vicino al letto. Bagno senza scopetto per il water. Il giorno dopo ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani e invece che rimetterne per due persone li hanno rimessi per una sola. Le chiavi elettroniche sono scadute ore prima del check out e abbiamo dovuto andare due volte alla reception per farle riattivare.

Piacevole e rilassante

Camera accogliente e pulita. Bagno dotato di una doccia super spaziosa. Colazione leggermente costosa, ma la qualità dei prodotti è buona.

Posizione centrale e ottimale per l’accesso alle principali attrazioni, peccato per la difficoltà nel reperire un parcheggio.

Comfortable stay with lovely sea views and 20 minutes walk from the centre

It was relaxing, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful - facilities available to be used - hygienic and view over the port was superb

The facilities were not good for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues. Situated up a steep hill, no designated parking spaces for wheelchair users and no automatic doors - heavy doors to navigate, although staff did all they could to help

Gute Lage, mit Luft nach oben!

Die Lage!

Wir hatten vier DZ zur Einzelnutzung gebucht. Jedes Zimmer war anders gestaltet, inkl. unterschiedliche Einrichtungen. Von sehr alt bis renovationsbedürftig war alles dabei!

Jestem rozczarowana i na pewno nie wroce

Widok z okna na zatoke, po awanturze dostalam nowy, duzy, swiezo wyremontowany, ladny pokoj

Hotel od wielu lat nie remontowany, estetyka z lat 70 tych. Na poczatku dostalam maly, brudny, zimny pokoj na parterze. Tam bylo ciagle slychac walenie drzwiami personelu ci przeszkadzalo zasnac wieczorem i budzilo rano przed 7.00, przez sciany pokoju bylo slychac sasiadow i splukiwanie wody pietro wyzej. Po dwukrotnej wizycie w recepcji dostalam nowy, piekny pokoj premium z widokiem na zatoke. On odpowiadal standardowi 4 gwiazdek, bo poprzedni to mniej niz 3 gwiazdki. Sniadania urozmaicone, personel bardzo dba o turystow ale stolowka jak ze szkoly podstawowej bez wyjscia na taras, gdzie mozna byloby zjesc sniadanie. Za cene zaplacona w tym hotelu mialam piekny pokoj( bez sniadania) w centrum Madrytu! Zdecydowanie przeplacilam!!

Jättefint läge. Avslappnad känsla på hotellet. Supertrevlig personal. En helt magisk frukostbuffé. Allt som allt en trev

Ganska nära till det mesta. Otroligt läge med en fantastisk utsikt över havet och alla båtar!

Dåligt städat faktiskt, slarvigt att ” glömma ” vissa delar av rummet. Samt att det låg ” dammkorvar” kvar efter städet. Inte godkänt. Väldigt slitet exteriört, skrapmärken överallt på lister och väggar. Tydligen håller man på med renovering våning för våning, det blir bra. Detta var rummet jag tog upp. Annars höll det ok standard i övrigt.

Séjour parfait, je reviendrai

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, un peu en hauteur offrant une vue magnifique sur le port et la baie de Palma. Hôtel très calme à l'écart du bord de mer, très bruyant et en travaux permanents. Un grand merci au personnel de l'hôtel, très professionnels et souriants. C'est agréable !

Odeur de canalisation à certains moments peu agréable.

Quality Time

The Location - Not far from the City Center

The intern Pool wasn’t warm I had a issue all the Time with my Door key reader I had to go back to the reception every single Time I wanted to go into my room to get the key card rechecked . It was really annoying But the staff was helpful

Alles in allem war alles völlig in Ordnung, vom Zimmer bis zum Frühstück

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Nähe zum Kreuzfahrt-Terminal gebucht, was der perfekte Ort war. In Sichtweite zum Hafen waren wir mit dem Hotel mehr als zufrieden. Es war zwar nur für eine Nacht, aber das Hotel bietet sich auf jeden Fall auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt an, auch wenn es nicht direkt am Meer liegt.

La habitación es grande, camas cómodas, balcón y bonita decoración como en el resto del hotel. El desayuno buffet está muy bien, variado y con opciones para vegetarianos. El personal del restaurante profesional y agradable.

El desayuno espectacular, en el bufet había muchísima variedad de comida, Loli la cocinera de la plancha muy amable

Uno de los camareros del bar salió corriendo diciéndonos que no habíamos pagado cuando si habíamos pagado la consumición a un compañero suyo, es cierto que no fue gritando por el bar pero aún así me pareció un gesto un tanto feo

Genieale Aussicht über den Hafen von Palma! Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut zu empfehlen ;-)

Die Lage war wirklich optimal, wenn man nahe des Hafens und mit toller Aussicht übernachten möchte. Wir waren allerdings nur 2 Nächte im Hotel. Der Schräg-Aufzug hinunter zum Hafen ist absolut genial!

Die Zimmer sind schon sehr abgewohnt. Eine Renovierung der Zimmer wäre wirklich angebracht. Leider waren keinerlei Steckdosen in Bettnähe. Nur eine im Bad und eine hinter dem Fernseher.

Great place to stay with a beautiful view of Palma

We had a family room with bunk bed. The room was spacious and we had plenty of space for all of us. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful view of Palma and is in a great location for the beaches and a 20 minute bus trip into the city of Palma. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Very central, front desk were friendly and smiled and very nice. The view was wonderful. The breakfast choices at the buffet are also a plus. So much variety. The pool was very nice. Drinks were excellent.

Some of the breakfast staff at the dining room need to smile more. Not very friendly. Doesn’t hurt to be more approachable when you speak to someone. A waiter Danny was not very nice. We asked him for some ice & he was upset and wanted 3 euros. He needs to smile more and be more approachable not uptight and rude.

Staff were exceptional - friendly and gave loads of options for sightseeing in the area. Swimming pool area was fantastic and easy to use towel system. Food was good in the restaraunt. Good self-balcony size.

Gym was tiny and a bit random. There was only two weights of 10kg. The hot breakfast options were cold and not tasty but I loved the fruit options.

Great view from restaurant and pool terrace.

Lovely view over the port from the bar roof terrace and pool. Our room was recently refurbished and very comfortable. Very good customer service.

Little tricky to find as Google maps was confused by the new roads being built on port front.
