Tranquilo, pero la persona del aseo llegó 2 horas antes que finalice mi estadía, tenía otra copia

Lo mejor es la ubicación porque al apto le falta mantenimiento.

Que no estaba limpio, los cubiertos en la cocina estaban sucios. No había nada para poner en la mesa ni un repasador. Después hay cosas rotas que no da muy buena impresión. El wifi estaba desenchufado

La ubicacion.

Falta preocupación en los detalles. Por ejemplo, una puerta de lavaplatos pegada con cinta de color azul. Cajonera de cuchilleria sin su cubierta. No se reemplazo cocinilla eléctrica de encimera de dos platos por mismo modelo.(se colocó una normal encima) Colchón manchado, sin protector de colchón. Equipo de televisión por cable mal ubicado, desordenado (encima de radiador de calefacción central). Inodoro con su esmalte salpicado y manchado. Las máquinas de ejercicios sin mantencion, obsoletas. Falta de señalizado para ir a piscina. Falta equipo de aire acondicionado. Mal trabajo de pintura (se pintó sin sacar lámparas, manillas, etc)

Custo benefício bom.

Localização perfeita, garagem e funcionários ótimos no prédio.

Pouca estrutura..apenas uma panela e uma frigideira...difícil de realmente conseguir fazer as refeições. Apto muito apertado para 4 pessoas...deveria ser no máximo para 3. Controle da TV sem pilhas ( tivemos que comprar)

Foi maravilhoso ficar hospedados neste local, excelente custoxbeneficio.

Apartamento confortável, com todos itens necessarios de cozinha, conseguimos inclusive cozinhar jantar no apartamento. a limpeza feita todos os dias enquanto estávamos nos passeios foi excelente, bem dedicada e caprichosa. Tem recepção 24h e sao bem prestativos. A Localização é excelente, pois iamos no Costaneira à pe, por ser perto, tinha mercado, famracia, varios restaurantes e lanchonetes perto e parques para passear na natureza. A Vista do terraço é linda, com um belo por do sol e tem churrasqueiras para assar carne perto da piscina. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a estadia de um modo geral.

Excelente ubicación cercano a metro, locales comerciales, de comida. Muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona, personal del edificio muy atentos.

Detalles en la ropa de cama, necesitan un cambio.

FALTA DE MANTENCIÓN Y CUIDADO

La cercanía del departamento con tiendas, restaurantes, mall, supermercados, etc

Toda la información acá descrita es real y fidedigna, No nos gustó a todos el aseo mal hecho, con pelusas bjo la cama, en rincones, muy mal aseo, falta de prolijidad, por otro lado no nos gustó el mal estado del departamento, con deterioro en las manillas de puertas, paredes sucias o manchadas en living comedor, bordes de las puertas y manillas sucios, enchufes de living comedor no funcionan, faltan ampolletas, balcones sucios en su pisos, polvo por todo el departamento, un aseo no ejecutado, silicona de protección de la cocina y lavaplatos pésimo, sucio, con el costo de Arriendo yo tendría esa propiedad en óptimas condiciones.

Excelente ubicación, temas a mejorar

La ubicación es excepcionalmente buena. A pasos del metro, mall Costanera, lugares ricos para comer. Se arriendan estacionamientos en el mismo edificio a muy buen precio. Equipado para alojar, no para permanecer. Calefaccion con aire acondicionado. Aseo diario, excepto festivos. Baños en buen funcionamiento.

El mobiliario estaba un poco avejentado. Muebles de cocina, closets, velador en mal estado. Sugiero aumentar el numero de almohadas mas mullidas y mantener ropa de cama por si ocasionalmente resulta necesario (por ejemplo si no puede usarse el aire por problemas de salud y refresca en la noche). El wifi jamas funciono (la tv tampoco) a pesar que di aviso no se soluciono.

Un DESASTRE en todo sentido. Muebles en pésimo estado, lamparas de luz sin focos, cortinas rotas, mala calefaccion, dos estufas, andaba una sola. control del TV sin pilas (algo basico) sabanas sucias. Anfitriona NEFASTA y MALEDUCADA

ubiquação muito legal perto de locomoção e supermercados

O preço que pague não estava dentro das expectativas quando reserve. para ubiquação donde esta o apartamento é um lugar nobre mais acomodações e limpeza deixa muito a desejar. fase muito tempo fique no mesmo lugar mais era muito limpo atendimento excelente. não recomendo.

Seul la vue et l emplacement était bien

L emplacement et la vue magnifique

Les toilettes se s évacuent pas La baie vitrée est cassé L isolation acoustique est déplorable Le robinet eau froide ne fonctionne plus car cassé Je me suis coupé le pied avec l angle de lit qui est tranchant. Les portes de l armoire de la chambre ne z pas bien Rideaux de chambre est cassé et donc la lumière nous réveille le matin

Excellent location, attentive and helpful staff.

Some of the furnishings were a little aged, but functional and clean. It would be helpful if they had somewhere to store luggage for a little while after.check out. The kitchen has the basics, but a wine opener wouldn't go astray.

Good location, apartment needs maintenance.

Very close to the shopping centre

It wasn't cleaned properly, the furniture was falling to bits. Also the second and third beds are a bed and a rollaway in the kitchen.

I like the balcony the view was nice, the location was excellent, bed was comfortable,

It was not clean properly, towels looked dirty not really white uellish color, toilets had stains, carpet dining area was dirty so was the seats, ac did not worked and tv did not worked, so next day I had to wait for ac maintenance and cleaning people… The bathroom was very old and the ceiling paint was peeling off and stained….this place needs some renovation

very poorly maintained, host difficult to reach and she credited the stay in the credit card register in "booking.com", days before, causing confusion and without telling anything. didn't have any problem with warm water, but we had our room cleaned only 1 time (wasn't clear about the hours available for cleanse)

Friendly staff and convenient location

Perfect location close to everything. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops close by. The recepcion and cleaning staff were really friendly and exceptionally helpful.

The appartment needs a little bit of a make-over and it would be perfect

Disappointing and won’t stay here again.

The location is good, great area with lots of restaurants and very close to the Costanera shopping Center.

The sheets, towels and pillows where old and not sure they were that clean. The heating didn’t work at all, the air conditioning hardly had any air come out, the TV had very few channels and didn’t work properly. the floors and cupboards are very worn and old.

We are not coming back to this place.

The location is very good.

Not very clean. Only one towel for two people during 4 days. Few lighting bulbs, we have to buy some more. The main door lock was broken the first day and we had to wait outside for 2 hours until the owner had it repaired. The kitchen area was greasy. Not enough toilet paper. A bad experience in general.
