Очень противоречивое впечатление

Прекрасное расположение дома, замечательный вид из окна, приветливый и доброжелательный персонал во время размещения. Возможность за доп.плату оставить машину на внутренней парковке. Чисто, хорошая техника на кухне. Но всё перечеркнуло одно НО..

Как это ни странно для таких апартаментов утром проснулась дочь со следами укусов на теле. Подумали что комары. На следующее утро ситуация повторилась. Начали смотреть и обнаружили клопов!!! Персонал на присланные сообщения и фото никак не отреагировал.

Honest and constructive review

Amazing view. Stunning surrounding areas. Cozy and complete studio. Cable TV.

TV furniture and its cables. Portable air conditioning with no point of connection on the wall or window for the exhaust pipe, and so in order to use it, you have to leave the window open, which makes it hard to sleep with the outside noise from passerby cars and nearby airport. Ps: (This problem can be easily solved, by replacing the existing pipe air con unit with a condensate air con unit).

Apartamento excelente no Parque das Nações

A localização do apartamento, o atendimento do Alexandre, os utensílios para cozinhar no apto e a possibilidade de deixar as malas após o check-out. O apartamento é excelente. Ahhh e o café nexpresso que eles deixaram para minha familia

Nos gostamos de tudo, mas uma coisa para aqueles que tem o sono muito leve, o edifício é próximo da estação de comboios e de uma rua principal de Lisboa logo, a noite, escutávamos o som do trem e de carros passando ( nao era muito alto), porém não nos incomodou.

Super emplacement. Personnel au top mais je trouve pas ça correct de louer un bien dans ces conditions.

Personnel très agréable. Rien à dire sur ce point.

La propreté était vraiment à désirée. Des traces sur les toilettes qui ne partaient pas (que s’est il passé avec les précédents clients). Des traces de saleté sur le canapé. Pression de la douche très basse et eau chaude limitée (impossible de prendre une douche convenable). Je trouve pas ça correct de mettre un bien en location avec de tel trace de saleté sur des sanitaires et de laisser un canapé avec de telles traces à disposition.

Good in general; but it could be better

Location, cleanliness, views

Keys handling was a bit difficult, the security did not allow us to stay at the waiting hall inside the building, but made us wait for the keys outside. This was a bit rude, specially because we had a children with us.

La ubicación es perfecta, en nuestro caso esta cerca de las actividades que teníamos previstas, además tienes todos los servicios para poder moverte con facilidad al centro de Lisboa.El personal que nos recibió, maravilloso intento en todo momento facilitarnos la comunicación en español y ayudar en todo lo posible

Todo nos gustó, muy limpio, camas muy cómodas y con todo lo necesario

Güzel bir semtte, iyi bir daire.

Konumunu, genel olarak temizliğini, salona gelen güneş ışığını beğendim. Mutfaktaki malzemeler yeterliydi bence. Bulunduğu konum çok iyiydi ve Tejo Nehri’ne çok yakındı. Marketler, şehir merkezine ulaşım konusunda da kolay bir konumdaydı.

Çarşaflar ve havlular çok temizdi ama yastıklar eski ve biraz kirliydi. Evin genel temizliği çok iyi olmasına rağmen salondaki koltuk çok kirliydi. Koltuk yemek artıkları ve çoraplarla doluydu (minderlerin içinde ve koltuğun altında duran çoraplar)

Excelente estadia no parque das nações

O checkin com Alexandre foi excelente. Cama confortável e cozinha muito completa com algumas cápsulas de Nespresso de boas vindas. Localização muito boa com estações de metrô, restaurantes, shopping muito próximos.

Das Apartment sieht auf den Bildern besser aus als es in Wirklichkeit ist. Der Boden ist bereits abgelaufen, das Sofa ist dreckig und hat ein Lock. Aufgrund der Ausrichtung an einer Hauptstraße ist der Verkehr sehr laut. Ohrstöpsel sind empfehlenswert.

The location was great

The extras, it was really expensive €10 a night for the parking and the local taxes should have been charged with the booking. Also not enough hot water, I gave a bath to my baby and I couldn’t shower myself due to cold water, also a lot of dust underneath the bed

Todo o processo de checkin, o acompanhamento e checkout foi extremamente fácil. Estar sempre em contato com a equipa pronto para auxiliar e tirar as dúvidas foi uma experiência incrível. O Alexandre que nos entregou a chave foi super simpático e nos explicou cada detalhe com muita paciência e exatidão. Recomendo.

Apartamento muito cómodo, numa excelente localização. A vista da sala é excepcional. Há vários restaurantes na zona.

Agradável para uma noite.

Localização ótima, ficaram me com as malas as 11 e permitiram o check in uma hora mais cedo. Cozinha muito bem equipada, cama confortável.

Água quente durou apenas 5 minutos no chuveiro. Não tem ar condicionado, o ac portátil não funcionava, as luzes do quarto estavam a falhar e as cortinas não fechavam totalmente.

Nice apartment in Parque das Nações.

Great location for this area of Lisboa. Minimalist apartment, but it has everything you need. The exchange of keys was pleasant and easy enough. We were able to book this apartment at a discount in November. I couldn't see paying the full price as it is listed, but I'm not sure what the going rate is around that area.

We have young kids, so we didn't like how easy it was to open the windows. The living room and kitchen have glass panels just outside the windows high enough to discourage climbing, but the bedroom window does not. Still, we were very aware that we still needed to keep an eye on them.

Estadia perfeita. localização muito boa. Não é perto do centro histórico, mas adorei.

Localizacão perfeita na parte mais moderna de Lisboa, muitas opções de restaurantes e cafés, muito perto da Estação Oriente e liga você a qualquer ponto do país. Edificil novo, moderno, muito bem cuidado e limpo, assim como os dois apartamentos que alugamos. Atendimento de recepção da equipe excelente! Só tenho elogios.

Tudo perfeito! não tenho nenhum ponto negativo para citar. Não é perto do centro histórico, mas para quem não tem problerma em utilizar o transporte público, não é um problema.

Amazing pet-friendly apartment

The apartment was super clean and spacious. The beds were comfy. The location was top-notch, close to shops and restaurants.

Needs updating.

The location is good. Parking useful and not expensive.

After a 2 hour delay in being able to check and being on the streets in 35° heat we were able to finally enter into the flat. Without receiving any apology either. Had I paid the original ( exorbitant) price I would have been so very upset. The flat is well used, very worn and needs a refresh. Kitchen drawers broken, the water drains smell awful. Maybe there was no need for A/C when the building was built, however now there is a real need and 2 average performing machines were not enough.

We stayed just one night in this apartment in May 2023. It was four of us, all adults. The host was great, communication was great and easy. There was no problem to find apartment and collect keys. Apartment itself is good fit for four adults. Two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all needed equipment, large living room with tv. Great view from the window and no noise from the street. Location is very good, with shops and restaurants around. I would stay there again and for sure would recommend it to my friend too.
