L'odeur d'humidité car impossibilité d'aérer les chambres , pas d'ouverture des fenêtres. Nettoyage moyen du sol des chambres. Peu de choix au petit déjeuner

Tamaño de habitación y camas. Aunque mal distribuido, porque al ser dos personas, solo había un despacho de trabajo para una persona, con una silla para una sola persona, cuando se trata de una habitación grande para dos personas.

Fallos en el servicio y la limpieza. Faltaban toallas el primer día. Las toallas son de hostal barato, con aspecto viejo y sensación de no estar muy limpias, y con dudas de si las cambiaban o simplemente las doblaban. Dudas sobre si cambiaron las sábanas en cinco días. Desayuno buffet libre que no varió en los cinco días de estancia. Publicidad engañosa: no tiene parking gratuito. Si se viene en automóvil, hay que aparcarlo en la calle. Otro aspecto a mejorar es la WiFi, porque sí, había señal, pero por favor señores de Marriott, una WiFi no puede ser abierta, sin contraseña. Se trata de una WiFi libre no encriptada. Mejor no poner datos bancarios conectados a esa WiFi, que circulan sin encriptar por la red WiFi. TV básica, no es una smart-TV ni tiene La ubicación es regular, lejos del centro de Playa del Carmen. No es una ubicación cómoda para disfrutar de Playa del Carmen, caminando es más de media hora.Hote

Hoteles de la cadena Marriott nada recomendables. No cumplen con estándares mínimos de calidad.

1.- El servicio regular, el primer día no había toallas en el cuarto, y hasta tres veces tuve que bajar al lobby para solicitar toallas, y solo me supieron dar toallas de piscina. Otro de los días al solicitar una toalla de piscina en recepción me pidieron dejar una identificación, lo cual me pareció una falta de confianza total hacia el cliente. 2.- La limpieza de las habitaciones deja que desear. Toallas y sábanas las mismas durante cinco días. Lamentable. 3.- Desayunos buffet muy básicos. 4.- Engaño en la web sobre que el hotel tiene parking gratuito. Mentira. El hotel no tiene parking, hay que dejarlo en la calle. 5.- Wi-Fi nada confiable. Se trata de una WiFi libre no encriptada. Mejor no poner datos bancarios conectados a esa WiFi, que circulan sin encriptar por la red WiFi. 6.- TV básica, no es una smart-TV 7.- Salón de juegos mal acondicionado. Solo una mesa de billar con la mitad de las bolas. 8.- Ubicación regular. No se puede ir caminando a la playa.

Nos gusto el desayuno, la habitación que nos brindaron (nos hicieron un grato upgrade), en fin nuestra estancia fue muy placentera, todo muy cerca, muy atentos. Escucharon y atendieron nuestras solicitudes y no colaboraron en hacer nuestra estadía funcional y placentera. Sin duda volveríamos. Gracias

Todo bien, talvez la variedad del desayuno, pero en general (aunque repetido) era funcional.

el hospedaje incluye desayuno y tiene estacionamiento

la habitación olía a drenaje y humedad, casi no había agua para bañarse, no dejaron shampoo, ni toalla para el piso de baño

The breakfast was good. Fruits, different types of bread, waffles, cheese and ham, juices. Very clean room with a little kitchen which helps a lot your stay.

The property is clean, great suite for the value. location is good enough.

Breakfast is very limited, sweet bread is old, we actually ran into a molded wheat sliced bread. I don’t get why they don’t stock towels, you have to ask the staff for them, not the friendliest tho. I forgot a Jacket, called them but no luck, either they decided to keep it or the next guest took it with them. There is better options for that price. Pool is shared between City Express and City Express Suites.

very comfortable beds, and the kitchens were a great bonus. Nice hot showers too!

I personally don't agree with wearing masks and here you can't even get in the door without one. Masks don't do anything to stop a respiratory virus and I was surprised at how strict it was here.

The location was excelente according to our needs. Everything was clean. And the staff very kind. Breakfast was good.

Gym windows cannot be opened, thus the air in the Gym was very bad.

Worth its value if you dont mind taking a taxi all the time.

Good room, very modern, extremely quiet and all the accomodations were brand new. Expensive for this location but the service is high. So it's worth it if you dont mind taking a cab to go anywhere.

It was far from the center, but i was OK with it to start with.

Great place to stay

All the staff were professional and friendly. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Appreciated the large cold bottle of water in the fridge and air conditioning worked really well and was quiet.
