Very good

The room was a Little outdated and there was dust in the bed and behind the bed. You could tell by the laser of dust that it wasnt cleaned for weeks..

- helpful staff - near to osaka station

- stained bedsheets - shower head pressure not strong enough - one of the night lights not working - the other night light cannot switched off - there is an aircon sound the whole night - no hangar for used towel

ok but will not go back

restaurant reservation staff responded quite promptly location convenient for Umeda

service staff quite poor in English communication . apparently weak connection to book high demand , top range restaurants especially sushiyas; seemed like the person taking care of restaurant reservation only part time staff & probably not stationed at the hotel. no separate toilet from bath, even we stayed at pricey suite type.

The location is very good. The staffs are very helpful. Many of them speak fluent English. The church on the top floor is etraordinary.

The key is a bit heavy and large. I understand that is a very classic fashion. Just for traveller, the lighter the better.

Shinya & his team's excellent service further enhanced the refined, exquisite breakfast. Every detail was put into creating an unforgettable experience with hand made, healthy ingredients. We truly enjoyed the experience.

The room was spacious. Perhaps the present darker decor can be changed to a lighten the mood at the hotel's next upgrade. The facing of the Dolce Vitae was a little noisier. Generally, we enjoyed our stay and was impressed with the space.

Marvellous. 10/10 would recommend for a couple for a special night's stay. We were very pleased.

Where to begin. The staff were excellent, bending over backwards to be helpful and make our requests come true, especially Caroline with whom we were in contact before our stay. We were there as a couple for a special occasion, and we felt very well taken care of- thank you! The flower bouquet in particular was very tasteful, beautiful, with a nice fragrance- exactly what we wanted. The petal and towel arrangement on the bed was also very well appreciated. The room was a well appointed suite with an extremely comfortable bed, facing onto the excellent jacuzzi bathroom. The jacuzzi bathroom also has a ceiling shower, which is a nice feature. The suite has stunning views over Umeda from all windows, but the jacuzzi room in particular stands out- very romantic. The suite has two balconies for sitting out on, plenty of storage space like closets and chests of drawers, the usual tea and coffee facilities, and there are two separate Washlet toilets. There is a comfortable lounge area in the back of the suite with another great view. Vanity mirror in the lounge area was good for doing makeup. The food. Wow, the food. To begin with, we really appreciated how accommodating the restaurant was with our allergies. We ate dinner and breakfast there. Dinner was superb, each dish made from the freshest ingredients- you could really tell the quality. The soups were particularly excellent. We liked how many good quality vegetables there were. The breakfast was healthy yet very varied and certainly substantial. Once again, top marks: fresh juices, your choice of cereal, meat and eggs done how you like, a freshly baked bread selection, tapioca yoghurt with selection of delicious condiments, fruit, coffee and tea. Yum. All in all, 10/10. If you are a couple looking for a convenient, romantic, luxury hotel experience in Umeda then we would recommend the Harmonie Embrassee.
