First holiday with little children outside our Country

Breakfast and dinner all at buffet, the main swimming pool and the second one in the second building also suitable for childrens, hotels crew very gentle

No much entertainment in the surrender area in the evening

Sehr freundliches Personal. Schon beim einchecken kam man uns sehr entgegen und bot uns den Gepäckraum zum abstellen unserer wertvollen Räder an.

Irgendwann in der Nacht wurde die Rasensprinkler Anlage eingeschaltet. Diese verursacht ein ständig lautes nerviges Klickgeräusch. Denke, das könnte man besser lösen. Außerdem waren die Matratzen in der Mitte entweder durchgelegen oder gewollt extrem nachgiebig - schlafen wir in einer Bananenschale.

Todo muy bien. Limpio, cómodo, ubicación inmejorable. Desayuno buffet muy completo. Atención de recepción excepcional.

good location, nice choice of pools and big buffet breakfast

not much shade on the pools, so not great with a baby. our room was small/narrow, so not much room with the crib up.

Food!!! Absolutely amazing and delicious. Location was also perfect as well as staff.

Pillows were bad, it could be better. First day we came, we found some hair in the bathroom. Wardrobe had some stains from kids.

close to the seaside. lovely beach Es Dolc in a few minutes walk. one minute from the bus stop.

SPA. useless. Steam room hardly warm and jacuzzi is now working at all.

The hotel was really clean and offered a comfortable access to the beach, but their very strong point was the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and professional, especially the waiters at the restaurant. There are three large pools that you can access and other activities offered too.

Absolute bliss

The breakfast was indeed exceptional, and I would recommend to anybody to pay the tiny bit extra to have breakfast included. You couldn’t possibly have a better location for a hotel if you tried. The beach was a 2 minute walk away, along with restaurants and many shops. The area is absolutely beautiful and the hotel has fantastic privacy. The hotel is absolutely ideal for any type of travellers - families, couples, friends. I couldn’t rate this hotel or this stay higher. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to go back next year.

The only minuscule flaw I can think of is the wifi sometimes disconnected. However that was rare and it reconnected immediately. I have nothing bad to say about our stay here.

The location was nice, the room was kept super clean by the staff, the food was plentiful, tasty and varied. The facilities were super. We really enjoyed our stay.

There was really nothing we didn't like. Maybe the attitude of a little part of the staff was a bit off, but not in a very upsetting way.

Location, the appartement was confortable, big shower, kind personnel.

The appartement we got was at the back of the hotel and there the corridor was in a very bad condition. In general the corridors, carpets are a bit used.

Nice view, good value.

Refuses to provide filtered drinking water to guests when it is avaliable from drinking fountains free on the streets of palma. Disgraceful when all businesses should be focusing on reducing plastic waste instead of profiteering. Otherwise. A good value nice hotel, with a lovely view. I give it 1 star though because of its backward thinking on the environment.

This hotel truly exceeds our expectations. As a gift for our honeymoon and my birthday, we were provided with a big apartment with a huge terrace instead of a standard room booked. Moreover, on the bed, we found a bottle of champagne with lovely wishes for our special events. The view from the terrace was to the swimming pool and it was just fantastic. The next day we went to the breakfast with a huge choice of bakery, cheese, fruits, juices, etc. The hotel staff with extremely polite and friendly, so it felt like home. We will definitely come back to this amazing hotel next time!

Very nice

All in the hotel was superclean and modern. Personal in hotel was polite and very nice. The stay was a birthday present for my girlfriend so I ask for wine to welcome as a surprise and it really happened. Wine, cake, gift. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back

Superb

The food was excellent! The kids loved the pools. We loved to be so close to the beach and Colonia de Sant Jordi is a nice little town.

The rooms are quite small but basically exactly like the pictures described. So no surprise!

Definitely recommended for a nice summer stay.

BREAKFAST was AWESOME. Buffett with plenty of options was definitely the best way to start our day it was definitely the best decision we took for this trip XD. STAFF - the hotel staff was amazing, very helpful, very friendly, always open to help and with the best attitude, definitely was something we will always remember from our trip to Mallorca. LOCATION - perfect location, walking distance from the beach, less than two blocks away from a very well stock supermarket, pharmacy a couple of blocks away, and a big variety of restaurants and bars walking distance from the Hotel.

The beds, the beds were definitely something that we recommended the Hotel to improve, the mattress was not comfortable, there was no blanket or duvet and at times it was hard to decide between sleeping with the AC on and try to cover ourselves with the room towels or turn the AC off and enjoy the humid heat from Mallorca's summer.

Very good

It was a great value for money with a nice dinner and breakfast included. We only stayed for one night before transiting to another accomodation. Pool area was not crowded and was very clean and well taken care of. Close to restaurants, the beach and a town.

A little too many people during Covid time. Everything was clean and under restrictions, but it was a strange feeling after so much time spent in isolatiom :)
