Pro prespani velke skupiny ok, pokud neresite komfort

cena, prostorny byt, celkem nove zarizeny, zajisten odvoz od nadrazi dodavkou pro vsech 14 lidi, komunikace v dobe pobytu i po nem, nabidka dopravy od ubytovani na Zlate pisky za rozumnou cenu, rozumny pristup pri reseni drobnych skod v byte po nasem odjezdu (poskozena zed (kolegove celkem popijeli, takze to asi zpusobil nekdo z nich, ale dodnes je mi to zahadou), dohodli jsme se na odecteni 50e z depozitu), zbytek depozitu mi byl korektne vracen po nekolika dnech

i presto, ze jsme nesli po komfortu, ale spise po cene, tak pouze jeden funkcni zachod je pro 14 lidi naprosto nedostatecny (uprimne, i dva by byly na hrane) a chtelo by to vedet dopredu, kolegove nakonec z nouze pouzili i ten co byl omotany plastovou paskou (nesplachoval, ale dalo se splachnout kbelikem), coz nam bylo pozdeji vycitano (napul chapu, ale napul proste nouze), komunikace pred prijezdem byla nektere dny perfektni, nekdy dlouho bez odpovedi (po prijezdu uz perfektni), pozadavek na depozit 100e den dva pred prijezdem (at poslu prevodem, coz je z CR za den nemozne a velice drahe) -> nakonec predano osobne na nadrazi (a doporuceno zkusit si zaridit napr. Revolut), pouze jeden klic, ktery se musi predavat pres trezurek (opet, pro rodinu ok, pro 14 lidi horsi)

es gab keinen Aufenthalt da wir keinen Zugang zum Apartment bekommen haben,trotz Vorauszahlung per Paypal.

Vermieter verlangte 4 std. vor der Anreise eine sichererheitszahlung.diese wollte er nicht in bar annehmen sonder verlangte dies per Kreditkartenzahlung! da es keinerlei Kompromiss seitens des Vermieters gab konnten wir das Apartment nicht betreten und mussten uns mit unseren kindern eine andere Unterkunft suchen. wir haben versucht den Vermieter zu kontaktieren,aber er hat sich bewusst nucht gemeldet. das Apartment haben wir vorab bezahlt und es wurden und seitens Booking.com keinerlei Erstattung geleistet. gaaaaanz schlechter Service. absolut unseriös und in Anbetracht das wir im Voraus bezahlt haben,absolut unprofesionel. eine Familie mit kindern einfach auf der Straße sitzen zu lassen. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Lokalita, velký prostorný apartmán

Rozhořčení hned po objednání, zmiňované parkoviště za 8€ bylo daleko od ubytování v centru města, na veřejně přístupném prostoru a na nezpevněném kamenitém terénu. Další nepříjemnost nastala při čekání na přístupový kód ke klíči od ubytování, který jsme měli dostat nejdříve v 19:30 hod., potom kolem 20.hod. a nakonec po urgenci přišel kolem 20:15 hod. (pan majitel nepředpokládal, že by mohl apartmán někdo objednat a úklid tak začal shánět až po naší rezervaci). Do té doby jsme čekaly se 3 dětmi a všemi zavazadly na ulici plné různých individuí. Od pana majitele chodilo velké množství fotek, jak vypadá schránka, vstup, ubytování, nábytek apod. Po vstupu nás uvítaly nezakryté otevřené zásuvky, toaleta přetažená černým igelitem (po důkladnějším prohledání apartmánu jsme objevili naštěstí ještě jednu funkční) Postele jsme si částečně museli povléct sami, vybavení poškozené, vana bez špuntu, nádobí neuklizené, lednice špinavá, vařič i jeho okolí také. Pan majitel po zaslání fotografií reagoval tak, že máme řešit pouze záležitosti bránící noclehu na jednu noc, ostatní považoval za bezpředmětné.

Excellent location in Old Town. Take into account- due this location may be problematic to find appropriate parking.

IMHO requirement for deposit produces extra unnecessary inconveniences and conversation with host. In my case bank transfers in both directions had a significant delay. But it is my opinion- host may be had a bad experience with guests in past :-)

Good for the price, but could be much better if host would be more adequate and available.

Location is ok, size of apartment and its price is also very good.

Host asked to pay deposit to his bank account before check-in and did it at Saturday when all banks in Slovenia are already closed, check-in was on Sunday. It was the reason of unpleasant delay to take keys. Parking "at property" was actually 15 minutes by walk, and there was no possibility even for short term parking near apartment to bring things into, need to call host for this as car access for residents only and no parking near at all... Then host became unresponsive for the most of the time, so no answers on complications like "no towels in appartment" and where to leave keys at checkout...

Spacious, provides all emnities, excellent location!

The apartment is situated in a perfect spot below the castle, and just several minutes from Old Town. The river Dunaj is maybe a 10 minute walk, and everything we needed was cery close by. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and provided everything we needed. The toilet was still broken (as shown in other reviews) but there is a second toilet, so this caused no problems for us. We enjoyed our stay, but be aware of 3€ city tax that must be left upon departure, and 100€ deposit requirred (also mentioned after the booking. Other than that - we couldn't fault the place :)

Broken toilet, wasn't immaculate. If we wanted to be really picky then we could say the windows were filthy, and there was a pile of matresses in the corner of one room (one of which was moldy), but this is plus if large groups are looking for somewhere spacious to accomodate quite a few people. This place could easily accomodate 12-15 people.

Started "very bad" but ended "acceptable"

Location, my bed (the matrimonial one) was very good, the others were a bit worse but ok, the sofa bed was not that good but it's normal

Dirtiness: ants walking around, it was dirty under any furniture, nothing (not even windows or the cups/glasses/plates) was clean. After telling everything here and more to the owner, he acted a bit weirdly stating that ants are normal "like water and air" and that the only thing we can do is "spray them", sent the cleaning lady (which is good) to solve the issues, and then said "when the cleaning lady came there, there were no ants there, they probably went to sleep, so I hope it will be ok" which sounds extremely weird because we told him we killed a lot of those and we even sent a video and photo of what we were seeing. Anyway apart from these weird answers he installed ant traps so he was at least trying to solve the issue There was only one stove and we lacked essential stuff for cleaning or simple soap, but soap has been provided by the owner after contacting him/her.

We asked many times to get the caution back and we still didn't get it back. You can't find anything on the booking side, that they want a caution. Just in the end you have to do a transfer and we never got our money back.

Avoid this apartment. Owner is a scammer who tried to steal money from me outside booking.com

Avoid this appartment. The owner is a scammer who tried to scam me and take money from me send to his personal account based on "damage deposit" which is illegal. He did not let us in unless we gave him the money and for more than 3 hours let us stay outside the flat in the cold just to contact booking.com and then used excuses to cover his actions. Moreover, the flat is filthy, never got cleaned, in an awful condition with broken bathroom, windows, full of dust and insects!

Perfect location, cheap but poor cleanliness and facilities

Location is perfect especially for people staying for a short period. Price is very cheap and around a 5minute walk in to the castle and a 2minute walk to the surrounding paths and gardens. Town centre is around 5-10minutes away.

Second toilet was completely broken with duct tape everywhere, shower curtain was jaggery cut at the bottom, kitchen was dirty with broken fridge door, damp clothes in hallway and washing machine, bathroom sink leaked and shot water straight across the room, bathroom lock didn't work, broken blinds, dirty bedsheets and pillowcases and took around 2hrs to get keys and get the apartment ready (not a very good pre clean was done)

Avoid this place, terrible treatment.

I can't say anything positive, as we were not able to get to the room.

I was sent instructions of how to get to property. There was supposed to be key in locker box. When we arrived to the location, there was no key in the box. It was late night(I told this to property owner on phone and he ensured me that this is not problem) and it caused real problems to us. When I contacted property owner and asked for compensation, he basically told me that it is my fault. Then he stopped replying. It was really ignorant and arrogant treatment. If friend of mine did not offer us to stay in his place, we would end up on the street. This was really terrible experience. Avoid this place.

the location was great both near the centre of the town and also not far from the train station, it is a big apartment well worth the money for a over night break

the guests before us had trashed the place so there was some damage but Andrej did inform us about and it never really bothered us. the only downside was there were no curtains in my room so the sun shone through the window and woke me up
