Dortoirs propres et de qualité

Les lits sont assez isolés (niveau sonore) les uns des autres donc on entend pas vraiment les autres. Il y a une lumière à chaque lit et des casiers privés. On peut dormir à 2 dans un lit.

Je trouve le prix vraiment exorbitant pour des dortoirs (150€ la nuit) mais il n’y avait plus que cela de dispo

Great place to "crash" for a shower and a bed in between days full of high adventure activities.

Great location.

Parking in the garage overnight contributed to us to missing our early flight home. Overnight parking 0.4 mile away is not a great plan.

More spacious than anticipated, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable environment. Good sense of security and safety. And the accessible outlets.

Too hot, the fans could only help so much due to the noise they made.

Lovely

I appreciate the complimentary coffee. The lounging area is a great area to meet and converse with others. And the washrooms are excellent.

Finding towels that were nowhere to be found except for rags that were used to dry myself off.

Confortable hospedaje de muy buena vibra

Me sorprendió la comodidad de las literas, y lo ordenado de las áreas comunes y baños. Cuentan con lockers de suficiente tamaño y seguridad para las cosas. La ubicación del hospedaje también es buena, y el personal muy cordial

Hubiese sido bueno que informen de como llegar al hospedaje desde el aeropuerto, si bien no hay mucho de donde elegir, conocer eso desde un inicio hubiera sido de ayuda.

Chercher une place de parking uniquement le long des rues,on ne peut pas stationner nuit sur le parking public.prevoir peut être un coin cuisine avec plaques frigo micro ondes.on peut quand même apporter sa nourriture et manger sur place

Great and cheapest stay

Bed was pretty comfortable and had privacy with the curtains. Location was amazing, walking distance to the town square and all the bars and restaurants. Showers and toilets were private, it makes it way more comfortable, it was relatively clean for a bathroom that is shared with plenty of other people.

One thing that kept happening was that my key card would stop working out of nowhere so I had to go to the front desk a couple of times to fix that, and one of the times it was after their work hours so I had to wait for someone to let me in. Another thing I recommend is take your own towel, their towels are available for everyone to grab on their own and it happened that they didn’t had any towels when I went to shower, luckily I had read some reviews and took a towel with me. I personally thought the price was a little bit much for a hostel, BUT considering that it’s in a very expensive town and the location were worth it. No kitchen, it’s not a big problem but it would be nice if I didn’t had to spend money eating in restaurants everyday.

Most bang for your Buck you can find and location is unbeatable!

Love the free coffee did not have breakfast as we were up super early

Lights stayed on at night which was difficult and the locker system was very finicky

A perfect location, and nice facility.

The location was great. I would have enjoyed even limited kitchen facilities. Generally? A pleasant facility.

With the lack of exhaust fans in the showers the atmosphere got pretty humid as each day progressed. Even though I let them know I was trying to rest, one staff member remained loud while making up bunks.

It’s a okay place for hostel, pinterest looking, if you are on budget good spot so don’t expect much

Small towels, dusty, bunch of other guests hair were all over our bunk bad, no hot water or microwave, toilets/showers are not that clean (with the amount of tourists highly suggest to clean at least 2-3 times during the day)

Probably the nicest hostel I’ve ever stayed in. it was very clean, the beds and pillows were big and comfy. I loved the single room bathrooms and showers. lots of privacy and 2 lockers per booking. the location was perfect and the decor was lovely. the vibe was great. Everyone staying there was a super respectful and quiet. it was also a fantastic deal for the area! Highly recommend

the top bunk got pretty hot and stuffy at night but overall was still wonderful

Good location, comfortable beds, lots of bathrooms

Toilets flushing right over my head, and the light in the bunk room was ALWAYS on. Makes it hard to sleep. No microwave or refrigerator available; dining out was mandatory.

I had a nice couple days in the Hostel but missed a fridge.

stay and front desk is fabulous but accounting of the property is making their guest feel irritated !

the whole area is superb ! it’s clean, quiet, modern. Staff at the counter (a guy and a girl) was good enough to help with my luggages and maintenance issue.

the property has been charging me continuously by charging on my debit card, and make refund of the charge after two to three days and then charge again, this happened since the day I book the hotel. nevertheless, they still charge me another extra fees which I was not informed. the total I should be paying is MYR700++, but end up charged by then at an amount of MYR900++ which is not worth it. I will ask the property to make the refund back.

Superb

I loved the expirence of staying upbeat modern hostel. Very clean and quiet. Most people just came in and showered and then went straight to bed.

I wished the bath rooms were a little bigger with a few more hooks to hang stuff up on like your clothes. I would be helpful when changing your clothes & drying off. Also, it would be nice to have two bath towels to start off with. They will give you more, but you have to go upstairs & ask.

Staff could be more helpful! Didnt realise in Jackson have to book taxi to airport way in advance. My flight was early morning. Had difficulty to book taxi the night before. Asked the staff at front desk he said if no taxi company is picking up phone then there's nothing that could be done. So it would be helpful if the staffs at the front desk could remind the guests when checking in ..if they need taxi to be booked when checking out. As taxis are limited and no uber services. We travel from different countries and are unaware that systems are different.

26 people in one room with no windows was hard to breath kept waken up during the night gaspin for air also no fridge tv area zero cups to drink the water
