It was good except for when an issue arose and then I felt like I was treated like an inconvenience.

The facilities are lovely and the location fantastic.

It would have been fine but one of the days we were there we returned to the room about 3pm after having g been out all day and the room hadn’t been cleaned so I callled the front desk and she said she would look into it, then 2 more people who didn’t speak English knocked on the door. We finally agreed that they would return at 415pm to clean the room and we just sat outside and waited but the part that was bothersome was that we paid $475/night and there wasn’t even an “I’m sorry for the inconvenience.” The lady at the desk talked about the issue while I was standing there and talked about it like I wasn’t there and that was surprising and impolite. I just wanted to be acknowledged; it wasn’t about me being right. I just expected to be treated with hospitality and common courtesy.

One of the best experiences we’ve had!

The staff was very friendly, our room had a fireplace that was controlled by a light switch!!, fresh towels every morning, great location, fresh cookies in the lounge area everyday, super clean!! no complains!!

Price was very expensive.

Exceptional

The Huff House has a great location with it being two blocks from the town square and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly, the room was clean and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. They do a traditional breakfast daily as well as a special. my husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Not deal breakers, but it would have been nice have a full length mirror and small refrigerator in the in the unit that we were in.

Outstanding experience

Everything from the personal touches at check in to the Beautifully appointed room. Even my husband said they thought of everything!. The breakfast was great and the location could not have been better. We will definitely recommend and be back to the Huff House.

Breakfast was not included although advertised eluded it was. Only certain accommodations were given breakfast.

Perfect location, quiet and cozy!

Very nice and cozy hotel. Located in the city of Jackson but not on the main street. You can walk easily from the hotel to the restaurants and shops in less than 10 minutes!

Nothing special except the premium price, but still pretty decent for Jackson.

Beautiful room and grounds though sound carries through the room door at night.

Our room was beautiful and spacious. Everything was very clean and updated, the bathroom was also very nice and included robes. The staff were friendly and gave us a quick tour of the property. There was central air, so the room was quiet. They also had cookies, chilled water, and coffee available during the day.

The staff didn't enforce their 10 pm closure of the common area. Our room was located right next to the spas, and there were people outside way past closing time (one night, they were there until 11:20 pm). We were kept up by very loud voices. Wish the staff would either remind guests at 10 pm or post a large sign that requests their cooperation.

Staff was very professional and accommodating.

Great location and easy walk to town square and shops. The building is only a year old and very well built and decor was exceptional. They have 2 hot tubs and a nice sitting area. Mature trees surrounded the hot tub and sitting areas to make you feel like you were out in the woods. Exceptional.

Amazing location close to all restaurants and also quiet!!! We loved the daily cookie treats, relaxing in the hot tub after hiking all day. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Summertime in Jackson Hole is absolutely beautiful

The breakfast was delicious every single morning😋 The bathroom is beautiful, love the open shower! Met some very nice people from Texas in the Jacuzzi which was very relaxing. Had our last breakfast by the fire pit 🥰🥰🥰lovely lovely place will definitely be back

We stayed in sleeping Indian love the room but there was a light outside that shined in the room all night. Not a big deal kind of helped me find the bathroom bothered my husband more than myself.
