This property has everything you could want for a vacation on the water. It has so many great amenities and the house was well stocked in the kitchen, games and outdoor activities. It was secluded and quiet, but close to town if we needed something from the store. Having the tennis court was a plus too! We definitely want to go back.

This property was perfect for our family vacation! We enjoyed swimming, boating, tennis, sitting on the deck, and walking the trails. Plenty of space for 12 adults, and house was very clean and well stocked with all of our needs. Thanks for a wonderful week!

Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holiday period. The Point was spacious enough for all of us to have conversations, relax, or play board games. The kitchen is well-stocked and prepared for all kinds of cooking. The beds were comfortable; the master bedroom & bathroom on the first floor were large and delightful. We walked the trails to the point and watched mallards, kingfishers, Canada geese flying over, 2 bald eagles and a great blue heron that hung around the cove, and more. And we could watch from the house’s deck and even from inside through the large glass-windows. Remarkably, the weather was warm enough and water calm enough that we could use the kayaks and canoe, an added treat for us. Overall, our stay at The Point was splendid, quiet and peaceful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property, house and all of its amenities. There are many paths you can walk to explore the property, or if you need a peaceful getaway for a hour or so. The house had everything that you could want, plenty of rooms, space and common areas. The screened in porch and views from the deck are awesome. The firepit, fishing/crabbing dock and gaming areas are great locations to spend time with your friends and family. I was excited to get there and am looking forward to going back now that our stay is over. I would highly recommend this property.

What can I say. A stunning house, beautifully and completely furnished with anything and everything one could wish for, set on a lovely, wooded shore property with all kinds of outdoor equipment available. Our busy schedules allowed us only 3 nights, and we had miserable weather on Saturday, so we were not able to fully relax and enjoy all. Hoping for more time and better weather next year. Had a great dinner at Luisa’s in Chestertown and a mixed review lunch at Café Sado (eggrolls and tempura dripping in grease, curry and yakisoba noodle dishes good). A high point for we 5 cat lovers was a visit to the Cat Coloquium in C-town.

This was our third time using this property for family get-togethers, summer and fall. We will be back, I am sure.
