Rooms clean and comfortable but not great value expected more for the price compared to other places we have stayed in C

Lovely pool and view over the river

For the price expected room to be serviced. Same towels for 3 days and no replenish of water or toilet roll.

Comfortable stay though a little isolated

Nice rooms on the river. Good AC

WiFi was weak in the rooms, bathroom didn’t smell great, and the restaurant had a limited menu. A little far from the action, about 20-25 minutes walking. Also, it shares property with a soccer field so boys are playing out there most days making noise. Not dangerous at all, just a bit noisy during soccer matches

Endroit reposant et personnel très sympathique

Hôtel situé un peu en dehors du centre (10 min à pieds) mais d autant plus calme . Chambre spacieuse. Piscine très agréable, dans un cadre agréable et calme. Bons petits déjeuners. Personnel dévoué et toujours aimable et prêt à rendre service. Une très bonne adresse recommandable sans hésiter.

Super tolles Resort!! Vielen Dank für das freundliche Personal.

Wunderschönes Resort direkt am Fluss gelegen. Bereits beim Eingang wie im gesamten Resort, viele schöne Pflanzen und Bäume. Der Pool ist sehr schön hergerichtet, mit tollem Gestein und auch sonst sehr sauber. Wir hatten die Deluxe Suite und dies ist 10 Schritte vom Pool weg, was super toll war. Zudem ist das Zimmer sehr geräumig und hat eine Dusche mit Pflanzen und Gestein, dass man sich wie im Dschungel fühlt, super!! Auch eine kleine Terrasse gehört zum Zimmer mit Tisch und 2 Stühlen. Beim Frühstück gab es eine tolle Auswahl von English Breakfast zu Omelette und weiteres. Natürlich auch asiatisches Frühstück wurde angeboten.

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen bis auf die Frühstückszeit. Man konnte nur bis 09.00 Uhr essen. Dies war für uns etwas knapp.

nice pool, ok room, beautiful bed decorated

rent scooter and we give back 20 min. after 24h and they take 2 day rent. after I see same bike in rent place in centre and we ask why take 2 day rent, they say they take 1 day. I’m not get poor this 7$ but hotel reputation go down in my aye’s.

Good place, but quite a few improvements needed to make it a truly nice experience

The room is cozy and clean upon entry, with a spacious bathroom (with plants inside the shower, which is a very nice touch). The garden is just fabulous. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean. The position is next to the river with a nice view and around 12 minutes walk from the centre. Parking is available for free.

There is no breakfast included and no restaurant or bar service (closed since COVID outbreak). The rooms are not cleaned every day unless you specifically ask for it. Once we asked though they did it immediately and well. The water in the bedroom is not complimentary but you have to pay for it (yes, even the one outside the fridge). The hairdryer works for only a few seconds and then stops. The fridge does not cool down anything, at best it gets the drinks mildly cool after a full day. All in all the value for money is not the greatest, at least until the restaurant is open and breakfast is provided and included.

Would get a hotel on the other side of the river next time.

The Hotel restaurant was not open for any meals or drinks. Room had to be sprayed for a plaque of mosquitos in the bathroom. Location had no restaurants within walking distance, so we had to use taxis to go across river to restaurants.

Just feel really let down by a poorly managed hotel.

Location

There was no breakfast. Children screaming from 7am every morning, and men drinking and vomiting at night until 2am. Also surprised to see that the balconies have no coverage. Staff were too poorly trained to serve. WIFI unreliable and slow.

When booked room said there were 3 people, but they charged us for towel and pillow. Cost is $2/each per night. Pool had many tiles missing. Be careful

A mini resort smacked in the town center. Quiet and comfortable.

A mini resort right on the river and is close to the main area of the city. A short walk across the bridge and you'll find many restaurants and bars for expats and locals. The hotel is new and has a nice swimming pool. We were surprised that it was quiet considering the location next to the busy bridge. There is a large outdoor dinning area but unfortunately the kitchen was closed while we were there because of Covid-19. There are little things to like about this hotel like reusable glass water bottle, well-maintained garden, all glass enclosed shower area. Our room has a view to a tiny garden.

Mosquitoes in the room! Why do they leave the door opened?

Paradise on the river

Stayed in many places in Kampot Bedford this place is totally brand new and is probably the closest thing to a 5 star resort that Kampot has .. amazing staff fantastic riverside pool and the best views ever .. can’t wait to come back highly recommend
