L’espace piscine.

What a jewel of a property hidden off the main road. Exceptional rooms with amazing bath and relaxing balcony spaces. Lovely open restaurant area and pool
Nothing.. only good things to say
4.2
We loved the swimming pool, big and always clean. Our room and bathroom were spacious. Staff were extremely nice.
Very bad smell in the bathroom caused by bathroom fan, which we figured was connected wrong way, instead of getting the air out it was getting the air in from the back of the building and the smell was of a sewage.
Breakfast was very limited, coffee was instant

Very helpful and friendly staff.
Comfortable!
Nothing!

Everything. about tbe botel could not fault it.
Great location.
Food was amazing also
4.2
nice pool and restaurant. clean.
it’s a bit of a walk to get to town center. we would walk until we could find a Tuk Tuk 🛺
4.2
the staff was very helpful. they helped arrange tuk tuk tours as well as a ride to Phnom Penh. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.
the location was not the best. Although it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, the area was noisy and there wasn’t anything nearby within walking distance. not a big deal since everything was a short tuk tuk ride away.
4.2
The family room was large and comfortable. It was nice that there were 2 separate bathrooms. Our kids enjoyed the pool as well. The staff was very friendly. Especially the manager ( don’t know his name). He was very helpful and arranged a tuk tuk and transfer to Phnom Penh for us.
The location was not the best. it was right off a dirt road and there wasn’t much to do within walking distance. The food at the restaurant was good, and breakfast ok, but I thought the portions were small for dinner and breakfast options limited compared to other hotels we have stayed at in Cambodia.
4.2
The restaurant had very good food at very reasonable prices, very happy with the food. The staff were very nice and our English speaking tuk tuk driver, the premises has a nice traditional feel, resort like feel, the pool is huge and warm. Good for a short stay only.
The room could have some updating, the bathroom is a very poor design, shower faces vanity and the vanity gets wet when showering so unable to put toiletries on the vanity, the bathroom could be cleaner and the rain shower head was horrible, needs the calcium removed so it actually works.
4.2
Good location and quiet
The room we got was smaller then previous time

This is a lovely little hotel, tucked away to give a real sense of tranquillity, yet fairy close to the centre of town (walkable). The staff were all very pleasant and helpful with great attention to detail (one evening when we ate in the hotel restaurant, they offered to take the table and chairs out onto the veranda so that we could enjoy the evening air - a really nice touch showing genuine care for customers). The room - a deluxe one - was very spacious and comfortable: bath and wash basin quirkily situated off the bedroom, whilst separate shower and toilet were in an enclosed room. There were seating options inside the room and on the outside balcony/veranda so that relaxing on the premises was easy and pleasant. Swimming pool was very clean and relaxing. The restaurant served good food in a pleasant environment such that we ate in (a rarity as we tend to go outside hotels for dinner). Altogether a really nice place.
A small point: our room was directly at the top of the stairs such that anyone/everyone coming up the stairs could see straight into our room through the big glass patio doors. We felt inclined to keep the curtains closed (especially when using the bath in the open plan bedroom!).
4.2
The staff was very kind and understanding. They helped us get around.
Breakfast was good.
There were a lot mosquitoes which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The staff was helpful and gave us solutions but it was still uncomfortable at times.
4.2
A green and quiet oasis in a dusty town. Good sized, bright and clean room on the 1st floor. Nice pool. Friendly and attentive staff. Nice set breakfast. Reasonable prices for food and beverages. Guest-friendly check-out times.
Constant spitting and and blowing your nose on the floor was a hygienic problem even before Covid. Now it should be an absolute no-go.
4.2
Room was really nice and large.
Breakfast was good.
The lad that was in the breakfast room was really nice and pleasant.
It's a shared balcony with your own table chairs and a hammock in an alcove.
There were a lot of cleaning staff yet not much cleaning going on. The bedroom floors were dirty.
There was a plate with pineapple on the floor of the bathroom not sure why but it was mouldy. The sink that was inside the room we found more mouldy pineapple. Maybe 25 minutes walk to the river which is OK but the walk back to the hotel at night is quite dark.
The hotel doesn't have a main door to it. Its all in the open down a tiny rd. So very easy access to anyone who comes of the street. This includes the reception area where your keys are kept.
4.2
Very kind and helpful staff. It's very quiet and the rooms are beautiful.

Nothing of the place I like! Price is too expensive for that kind of villa. To old n not as expected
Room is old. Facilities is crowded not easy for parking. Bed n sheet n mattress not good. Toilet not good and lighting is bad

The accommodation, pool and garden are fantastic. A great atmosphere in a tropical garden. The food is great and the staff is very nice and friendly. Good value for money.
As in thole Cambodia, you sometime hear some noise from Cambodian weddings/party. (but the room is free of noise) otherwise I would rate this a 10

The pool was perfect! Everything was very good and we can highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
It really looks like on the pictures! This hotel is a little paradise away from home.
Nothing. All was very good.
4.2
the swimming pool is nice and free breakfast is good. the staff was kind to arrange transportation there and out.
the bed was probably the hardest bed I’ve had on my trip in Cambodia so far.
4.2
The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Vireak Rorm and the owner, Guillaume. The pool and grounds are very pretty. It’s a comfortable, welcoming place.
4.2
Beautiful grounds
Staff was so nice and helpful
Rooms were clean and comfortable
Love it!
At first, it felt far from town, but after the first night realized that we liked being a but further from the action. Still walkable to everything and could use their bikes and motorbikes to get around
4.2
Small family run hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The chefs were amazing and the food delious.
The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. When the restaurant was busy they didnt have enough staff to look after everybody so service was very slow, but the food was still amazing. There is a mosque very close by and the noise started at 5.30 am and went to late at night.
4.2
Super helpful staff and cute courtyard.
No mosquito net in the bathroom window
4.2
Beautiful garden
Bed is not comfortable, it is not flat. The location is a little far from the city center, that is not a problem, but the road to hotel is very very dusty and noisy, u must take tuktuk, walk does not make fun.
4.2
A bit outside the town, but nice little oasis. Staff were very nice and friendly.
The owner or part owner who was French appeared to be a little worse for wear due to drinking in the evening. He appeared in the morning in the same clothes, and felt a little unsettling.
They have a few friendly dogs wandering around.
4.2
very well designed and very supportive staff
WiFi was weak and parking cars not ideal
4.2
The property is an oasi 2mins outside the city, calm and teally comfortable
Rooms are big, furnished with all comforts and super well designed.
A very special thanks to Guillaume, the owner, with whomwe found a new friend.
4.2
Nice staff, huge clean room with a great bathtub. Nice breakfast a la cart.
The property wasnt so nice as portrayed in the pictures which gave the impression of a large kind of resort hotel ... it was actually a bit tatty and we could have got a much nicer, colonial villa hotel for the same price in a much better location. The location was a bit of hike on a large dusty main road out of town, prone to flooding. We hired 2 motorbikes from the hotel, the first had real mechanical issues and problems with the lock which required a long trip to the mechanics at an inconvenient place far out of town.
4.2
Great pool, fun managers, nice food, large room.

From the moment we arrived until we departed the whole team at this resort were amazing. Customer service 10/10,,we had an amazing experience here,on one particular day the family who run the resort were being blessed by the monks, which apparently is a yearly event,,what an experience to see this happen. They invoved us and shared their Khmer food, which was delicious. The food from breakfast to evening meal was delicious, and always served with a smile. The swimming pool is nice and cool after a long dusty day seeing the sights. Sad to leave, big hugs from all when we left, . If we are ever back in Battumbang this is where we will stay. Thankyou all for the wonderful memories.
