Great location, friendly staff, spacious rooms; tricky TV and lighting.

Location, location, location. Staff was super friendly and helpful through WhatsApp. Breakfast is not all-you-can eat style, but it is fantastic and we never were able to finish it. Rooms were nice and large with high ceilings. Plenty of amenities and well ventilated. Terrace was nice for an evening sit down after a long day of walking.

The TV didn't work for us. It's only an issue because we wanted to watch EURO football. Also the light switch system was very fidgety and hard to figure out - every night was a 5 minute game to figure out how to turn all the lights off. Showers could have more water pressure - WiFi could be a bit faster.

A very modern hotel in good location

We liked the location. We really liked the breakfast staff. We loved the size of the suite and having a fridge. We used the coffee machine as a hot water source for tea when required and got larger cups off the roof top

Noise from above ( no insulation obviously) went to past 1am. You hear voices and very much loud noise of walking, things being put away etc. terrible when something was dropped Lights that come on sensors. Sometimes don’t. Lightening system crazy set up with no instructions Open wardrobe doors takes a while to work out as not a normal push open and no handles Basin no plug can be used and water just trickles Hand towel holder - like an ashtray side on , on the wall. Towel falls off Air con doesn’t really work to keep such high stud room cool except if you put on a stronger fan which then becomes noisy until it hits its temperature Shower ok but head tight on wall so may be hard for bigger person as it comes straight down by wall Bed with a lump where 2 people obviously sleep either side No free water Tiny piece of soap No knives/bowls/plates to use re deck area when closed yet full of glasses/ cups and advise there for you to use No towel change after 3 nights and only once room service re make bed/ empty rubbish Breakfast is chosen for you except eggs.

the hotel is run only by women and you can feel it in the smallest details . fell in love with hotel, the ladies who run it and the location .everything was perfect.

Excelente hotel boutique en pleno centro

El diseño, la amplitud de la habitación, la terraza en la azotea, la cama grande, el desayuno, la ubicación en pleno centro.

La climatización no funcionó bien el primer día, hacía frio en la habitación y en el comedor. El segundo día ya mejor.

Nos enamoramos de este hotel. Creo que fue el que más me gustó de todo nuestro viaje. Pequeño; acogedor, bellísimo; terraza preciosa, la atención inigualable, las chicas son lo máximo. Especial saludo a Jesica la chef que no solo cocinaba increíble sino que además ella misma te atendía haciendo esta experiencia única

We loved the staff, breakfast was wonderful, and location was good. Rooftop is very nice to sit at end of day.

Well located and remodel of the old building was done nicely.

Sitting rooms downstairs could have had more happening in them so you would want to hang out there as it’s a nice amount of space

Nice place but not great service. Would not go back.

Location is great and the rooms are nice

Was not a fan of the staff. Really not helpful. No iron in room nor a telephone so I could not call them for the iron instead I hd to use my cellphone. Overall for the price it was not really worth it.

The Poesis is a wonderful hotel, centrally located to the best Rome has to offer at a great value.

You couldn't get a more convenient location to all the major attractions Rome has to offer and some great shopping. Hotel Poesis is also central to some great restaurants. It's nice that the Hotel includes a basic breakfast with very friendly staff that was fluent in english. The rooms were roomy and one key point for us what that we wanted to be in the center of it all, but on quiet street, which is the case for the Poesis Hotel. Every member of the hotel staff friendly and welcoming and very helpful; from the driver pickup at the airport, to the receptionist to the management.

We had a minor issue with the hot water in our room, but the hotel took care of this issue immediately. The management was involved and even left a wonderful bottle of wine in our room to apologize for the inconvenience.
